Персонал здесь невероятно приветливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Особенно хочется отметить ежедневную качественную уборку номеров, регулярную замену постельного белья и полотенец — всё всегда было чисто и аккуратно. Очень приятно, что сотрудники заранее включали кондиционер перед нашим возвращением, поэтому в комнате всегда была комфортная прохлада. Шикарный бассейн в отеле, работающий до поздна. Завтраки хорошие и вкусные. Хотелось бы немного большего разнообразия, однако для уровня и стоимости отеля всё вполне достойно. Отдельно хочется отметить заботу персонала: если мы не успевали на завтрак, нам любезно собирали еду с собой в бокс. Особую благодарность хочется выразить Ваяну (который разрешил называть себя Ваней). Очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и позитивный человек, говорящий на русском языке. Всегда был готов помочь, подсказать что-то, предложить помощь или просто приятно пообщаться. Благодаря таким людям атмосфера в отеле становится по-настоящему тёплой и уютной. Также у отеля очень удобное расположение — примерно 15 минут до моря, рядом есть супермаркеты, кафе, обменники валюты и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. В целом, отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления.

- Valery (10/5): Улучшить работу WiFi - Хороший сервис во всем. Любое пожелание исполнялось с максимальным участием, в хорошем месте, близко несколько пляжей и хороших спотов для серфинга. Рекомендую для семейных и одиночек. Очень нестабильный WiFi. Приходилось пере подключаться и перерегистрироваться десятки раз за рабочую сессию. С этим надо что-то делать руководству отеля.

Not the hotel's fault but some hotel guest groups partying late (with little regard to others): so if you're sensitive to noise then make sure earplugs are nearby....

- Jordi (5/5): Un Hotel justito, sin mas - Tamaño de la habitación correcta, la ubicación del restaurante (justo al lado de la piscina) y el personal del restaurante muy bien (lo mejor del Hotel) La poca insonorización de la habitación (se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo, vecino con bebé llorando), el ruido de las obras del hotel cuando estabas en el restaurante o en la piscina (operarios casi todo el rato utilizando maquinaria ruidosa, martillo, máquina de taladrar, etc... en general poca tranquilidad)

Для нас это было прям ужасно, кто привык к большим городам наверное ок. Берите номера с видом на бассейн! В этом районе сильно дорогие отели, по цене он ок. Вообщем, я бы ни за что не вернулась) на Бали столько красивых мест! Море пешком не далеко, много ресторанов и кафе рядом.

- raymond (8/5): OK but wouldn’t stay there again - Location of the hotel was good. The staff were very good. The hotel itself is a little bit dated and rough around the edges. The food? Just about OK, evening food leaves a lot to be desired the breakfast was passable. Fitness area was very poor, just a couple of basic machines and no weights.

- Stuart English (3/5): Avoid..... - Location. Relatively easy to walk to the beach and nearest shopping outlet. The overall experience at this hotel was very poor and disappointing. The hotel advertises that kids stay free, which is misleading. Children are not provided with a bed or breakfast unless you pay extra, and the additional charges are overpriced. Even after paying, no daily bottled water is provided for the extra child in the room. Our room was unpleasantly smelly and directly next to an external building site that started work at 8am, including on Christmas Day. To make matters worse, the hotel itself began renovations to rooms directly below us, meaning we were subjected to constant drilling and hammering on top of the external construction noise. Staff appear to have no authority to resolve even basic issues and must constantly “check with management” somewhere out of sight. Simple requests take excessive effort. On most mornings, we had to ask two or three times just to have a breakfast table cleared and reset, and obtaining a coffee often required finding it ourselves. The pool maintenance is also concerning. There is a sign displaying the water condition, but it never changes, which is unrealistic given the number of guests using the pool, most wearing sunscreen, and gardeners regularly trimming trees and allowing debris to fall into the water. A broken pool light was reported, and after seven days it still had not been repaired. Imagine a child reaching in and pulling the electric cable...... Overall, the hotel is poorly managed, noisy, and fails to deliver on what it advertises. I would not recommend staying here.

Rutubet kokusunda kalmak mümkün değildi. Rutubet kokuyor, çarşaf bile nemli, otel ölümüne eski, kapılar şişmiş, duvarlar rutubetten kabarmış, klima kokusu anlatılamaz, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi değil.

The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything; it’s an affordable hotel with a very reasonable price for the quality offered. The breakfast was varied and offered a good selection for different tastes. Very politely mentioning a couple of small points for improvement: the room felt a bit humid, which slightly affected the overall comfort. Also, as we were staying as two guests, it would have been nice to have two sets of disposable toothbrushes provided, as only one was placed in the room

- (DOE-HQ) (7/5): Nice and well spent. - The room is just nice for the two of us. The location also strategic and ambience in the hotel is exceptional (instagramable ;p). Also the breakfast is local food and halal. Overall, we will stay here again if we come to Nusa Dua. Breakfast - some people smoke there so its just not nice to stay and chill out by the pool while breakfast Toilet - The ventilation not function, so there was bad smell coming out from the toilet. Iron - For upgrade, maybe can consider iron and iron board for each room.

- Gaurav (10/5): Nice centrally located hotel with good facilities - The hotel was very centrally located in a region with beautiful vibes, the market area . They also provided free shuttle services for nearby beach and the popular malls. The rooms were nice and spacious enough. The pool area and the restaurant was also beautiful. Without taking away anything from this amazing hotel, breakfast buffet needs to have some better vegetarian options as well. The few that were there dint taste that good. However lunch at the restaurant was nice.

Отказавшись я попросила вернуть оплату за бронь, мне дали письмо и подтвердили возврат средств но так и не вернули деньги .
