• Deanna (10/5): Charming locations with spotless rooms. - What a gem of a place. We booked the 2 bedroom suite with the view of lake. The suite has a balcony/patio with a table for eight to enjoy your evening. Charming area. Love the outdoor areas: pool, patio, fire pit, and walking trails. Wish we had more than just one day here. Nothing was bad. Would not recommend suite if you have issues with stairs.

It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and they even left little snacks to welcome us. I loved every single thing about our stay. There was a beautiful view of the lake right as you open the door! Nothing, it was all amazing!

• Christine (9/5): Beautiful hotel tucked in the trees. - Love the location! Love the remodel, room was spacious and bed was incredibly comfortable. The walls must be paper thin as we could hear entire conversations from our surrounding rooms. Luckily we had neighbors that kept good sleep hours 😁 The TV wasn’t super intuitive— nothing there stating that there were bo apps/channels included that one had to enter in their own info. Not a deal breaker though. We would definitely stay at the arka again!

• Tamara (8/5): - Such a fun place to stay. The view of beaver Lake is beautiful. The grounds offer swimming, hiking, firepits, and bike trails. Downtown Rogers is about a 10 minute drive and the town is adorable and has MANY good restaurants and eateries. Fun and walkable.
• Link (10/5): - Great simple room. My only critiques would be that the towels were very small and the sound proofing between the rooms could beat little better. That being said, I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone

• Dianna (10/5): - This place has been flipped a few years ago with new owners and its flip was filmed on 2 episodes of HGTV. Its past reputation is clearly the past for those that remember back then. You are making a mistake not staying here!
• Annette (8/5): - Very spacious and clean That housekeeping didn’t clean our room for our extended stay. That is something a lot of hotels are now doing but they usually make you aware of it. The other thing was that there was a note stating when the lobby would be open & then they weren’t.
• Rhonda (5/5): Over priced for what you get - Busy road, no where comfortable for two people to sit especially when it was too hot to be outside, no one there at any time to make you feel welcome, only one small towel per person, no Kleenex

• Rebecca (10/5): It was a pleasant stay! - The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The staff helped out with the check-in process, since I was having technical difficulties on my phone, on my way there. The bathroom was a little small, but it didn't change the overall experience of staying there. Just wasn't expecting it to be the size it was, that's all.
• Paul (10/5): - This property is very close to Beaver Lake and has a great view. It had a nice pool and parking right outside your door. It's an older location that's been totally remodeled and even boasts remote controlled AC. Very close to restaurants and many different Marina's and shops. My hats off to whoever picked out the updated room fixtures and décor.
• MARK (10/5): - The ONLY problem we had was loud neighbors that were having a girls grad party weekend. They didn't observe the 10pm quiet hours, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

• Jackie (10/5): - We had a nice stay at ARKA Motel. We were disappointed the pool was not yet open, but our accommodations were great! Beautiful view of Beaver Lake from our deck! Bathroom fan could be quieter, & our bed was a bit squeaky, management was willing to fix, but we were fine w/ them just knowing about, so they could address after our stay. They also sent us, via text, some of their favorite spots to check out!
• Lora (9/5): Superb - Very pretty/ good location No one there to check you in, my parents are older and this was a point of great stress for them. They will not be returning because of this fact.

Knowing the story behind the sale and rehab of the motel. . .it is nice to see this type of accomodations so close to the lake and one of our favorite dining places. There is still room for upgrades and I am sure that will come along with the success of the property. Yes we will stay there again. . . and we only live 15 miles away!! PS the bed was GREAT!

• Doris (10/5): Lovely Place and Lovely Setting - This is a little hidden gem of a place to stay! Very, very clean, decor was great, very quiet location, an easy drive to hiking trails or points of interest. Check in and out was easy (contactless), and texts/emails were answered almost immediately. Beautiful setting among trees with a little walking path behind the hotel, parking right in front of your room.

• Jill (10/5): Great new modern spot in Rogers! - Beautiful renovated motel that feels like you stepped into Palm Springs! Super spacious and everything is so new! And I love how easy check-in was - and also how convenient it was to send a text for anything we needed (iron, fresh towels, etc). It also only a 8-10 minute drive into downtown Rogers, nearly the marina, and super close to a lot of the event venues (for weddings, etc). Loved this spot!

• Trianna (10/5): The dream little get-away with MCM vibes in a beautiful location. - I was OBSESSED with the vibe of the Motel. Seriously so beautiful!!! I want my house to look like this Motel. Stunning. And the view from both windows is also so so pretty. The only complaint I had (and the property wasn’t even responsible) was that the man next door to us was pretty loud around 7-7:30am and woke us up. But I’m assuming maybe he was yelling and that’s why we could hear him.
• Kim (10/5): - This is a great place to stay. Over looks the lake and very quite. The staff is nothing but amazing and was able to answer any questions with a very quick response even though they were not on sight due to some construction. Don't let the outside intimidate you to stay as they are remodeling and its beautiful. Will definatly return if i come back for Bike Fest or even vacation. I would give it a 10++++ star if i could.

Easy contact-free check-in that worked flawlessly; great advice from our hosts via texts with enough super places to eat that would have allowed a week of great choices; beautiful totally new renovations made with taste, calm, class and hospitality, great AC, kitchenette, gorgeous bathroom, wonderful kingsize bed with lush bedding and fun snacks of all kinds! We loved the stay and will come back!! It is a very pretty area of the country. Lots of hikes, lakes and waterfalls. Boating and kayaking if all levels. Fun! We met a couple and they were relocating to the area because of the beauty and climate. Sounds like a good idea! Yes! Stay at Arka Motel! A great choice!!

The location was ideal - super close to downtown Rogers, overlooking Beaver Lake and around the corner from Prairie Creek Marina. The room was very clean, included all of the essentials and the area was peaceful. We will definitely be back!
