• Adrian (9/5): Würde wieder BUCHEN - Sehr schöne Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber gehalten. Zum Frühstück gab es reichlich Sachen zum Essen, was ja sehr gut ist. Aber das Rührei war kalt. Auf dem Tisch fehlt das Besteck inkl. einem Messer, wo man die Butter streichen kann. Eine vernünftige Serviette fehlt ebenfalls am Platz.

• Ranie (10/5): Pearl of the North - Plaza Del Norte - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All of our requests were met with exceptional smiles and service. The rooms were well maintained and regularly cleaned. The food was of great quality as well. A few more facilities could not hurt, such as a gym or a game room (if there were other facilities, we were unaware). However, the available facilities were more than enough for our stay. This is not so much as a post.about something I didn't like, but more of like nitpicking.

• Countessaj (9/5): Superb - Near Marcos Museum. It is 15-18mins to Robinson by tricycle. There is no traffic to the airport, about 12 minutes. No cable TV or somewhat to listen to the news. No shops or restaurants. They only got a restaurant in the hotel. You have to hail a yricycle. There is cochroack in our room.

• Richard (2/5): I have never stayed in a more disappointing place in all my life and yes I have traveled all over this world. Stay away - I did not like nothing about this hotel. If it was not so expensive and my wife wasn’t with me and feel ill I would have left this hotel that night and slept in a park somewhere. I disliked everything about this horrible hotel. as soon as I arrived I was told to park my car somewhere else and not in the driveway of the reception like is done in all hotels to unload bags before checking in. Then I got into my room that should have had a bathtub but only a shower, so then I was going to watch some TV and no signal. No channels or content found. Then I wanted to secure the door for the night the night but could not because the door lock was broken to. The balcony was broken with cables running all over the place please look at all the pictures. Then I said I would check out at 05:00 in the morning I was there at 04:55 and the guy finally came to assist me at 05:30 and then then decided to go get the breakfast that we ordered the night before to be ready at 05:00 that was NOT.

• Ina (9/5): Pleasant enough - Very spacious. You could see they put effort in trying to update the facilities. Staff are super friendly and maasikaso. I like the quality of the towels. Could be improved - quality of the bath soap: rather than several small pieces, it can be a little bigger and it could have more lather. The shower can have another wall-attached place to put shampoo , conditioner , body wash containers . More electrical outlets near the bed to charge devices.

• Caralos (8/5): The whole fam had a nice stay in the hotel. - Breakfast is good and room is nice. I take advantage of the promo and it is a relaxing staycation.
• Duque (2/5): Disappointed as stated above - The indoor venue was great and thats it We stayed there for our wedding. No swimming pool. No supervisor or manager to speak with during our stay. On 23 after our wedding and reception there, no water for the whole facility. Honeymoon with no water???? Turned over my room on the night of 23 because of no water at all! They said Supervisor and Front desk will be noted in the morning of 24 and we would compensated for turning over our keys for our 2 other rooms on the night of june 23. But still paid full price.

• Miriam (5/5): I love the location and the workers are very nice and friendly. - The buffet breakfast was good. I love the quiet location of the hotel. The buffet breakfast wasn’t everyday. The water in the shower doesn’t stay warm or hot. The shower floor is slippery and no shower mat to avoid slipping. There is no shower door.

• Ian (8/5): Great but some noise! - Room great. Pool looked fab. Great meal. Good service from reception booked my taxi for 4.30am. The room wasn’t the quietest. Noise from the corridor and other rooms entered the room through the door I think. So bring ear plugs if you are a lite sleeper

• Ces (9/5): Good place, can be better - Great staff. Shout out to Riza at front desk for suggesting to have our prepaid breakfast packed for our early flight back home. Respectful and helpful waiting staff at the resto. Breakfast selection is good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet during the weekend. Get the bagnet sisig and inabrao, yummy. Looking forward to the new menu from their new chef- Chef Ainer. The rooms are clean and a good size complete with a refrigerator and kettle. It is in a quiet part of ILOCOS NORTE 15.mins to Laoag International airport near the Paoay Sand dunes, Paoay Church. It would be good to improve the coffee. The bed mattress was a bit stiff. Have more activities in the hotel aside from the swimming pool or have tour options for guests. There is no public transportation nearby.

• Beltran (10/5): From Arizona - All staff was Amazing! Jennifer was excellent in recommending places and activities while servicing our food and beverages at Hotel Bar and restaurant. Security was Excellent. Walked around and never had I feared anyone or anything while in the Hotel area. The people were so happy to greet us everyday. Never had a Spa there. Would have been nice to get a massage at that great Hotel. Maybe a 24 hour convenience store for necessities like water, femine products, toiletries in the wee hours of the morning
• John (5/5): The stay is all good. The staff are very accomodating. The hotel is clean. The food, room and wifi needs improvement. - It is close to the firing range. There is no telephone to call the lobby. Internet inside the room is very weak. You need to stay outside just to get a wifi signal. The bed inside the room is too small. The food is only local as they did not calculated the amount of guest that weekend.
• Dexter (10/5): Great place to stay. Newly renovated - The Ease of check in and early check in at 7am! A fee was expected and reasonable. Dogs under 75lbs are allowed. We had our chow with us.
