For breakfast, I can’t believe there was not even watermelon, papaya or similar ones for all 3 nights I had stayed. Morning sunlight directly shine into the restaurant, too strong and glaring, making us CAN’T relax and enjoy the breakfast. Peacock sound is too noisy and scary at night. Keeping them in the cage is cruel anyway.

- Marta (8/5): - Pools, especially the 2 round were super cool, weren't crowded at that time, we have them few days for ourselves! Although I'm not sure if they were cleaned everyday? Nice seaside! The buildings were a but old-fashioned but all right, not so bad. Waterpark splash was closed because of the maintenance work and we got this information a week before arrival... If we know it before we would change the booking for different one. We have got a voucher for dinner as recompensation (we didn't get it at first).

- Zeh (8/5): - We were there when my son was young, it is kind of a familiar for him The staff are very friendly It is a loft and my son likes it It is quite spacious The door was unable to lock sometimes and it took a long time to wait, in the end I didn't wait as I was very hungry and was very late for dinner. There are not many channels to watch The parquet flooring needed to be fixed, it came off and hurt my foot!

- Jia Hui (8/5): A place worth visiting if you want a relaxing stay, but the rooms are not fancy. - The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety. It would be even better if fresh fruit juice were available. It would be good to start renovations to attract more visitors.

- Hayati (6/5): - A good short getaway for family with kids especially the water parks The 2-bedroom junior suite we booked (Block K), Room 303, the AC in main bedroom leaked. Despite tried fixing it twice, it was still leaking the moment it was turn on. We ended sleeping with the standing fans. The properties are old and huge I suppose maintenance can be challenging.

- Puvaneswaran (8/5): Beautiful Lotus that needs a little make over - 1. Excellent staff. 2. Nice private, secluded beach. 1. The building, facilities and surrounding area is aging and badly need renovation. 2. Need more variety for breakfast buffet 3. Room cleanliness is hit and go. Some spots are squeaky clean, some a bit dusty. 4. Same old boring daily evening activities.

- Jin Jie (7/5): - Relatively affordable at around the same location. The outdoor facilities are suitable for kids. It will be better if there is an indoor playground for children. Th room is old. Need to pull very hard to close the main door. The some of the door of the bedroom and the sliding door in the unit cannot be locked. A bit worry for the security but luckily it was all good. The water in the bathroom’s floor stay through the night, cannot flow. And hence the floor was slippery.

Номера чуть уставшие, но матрасы удобные! Холодильник не отключается, когда выходишь из номера. Побережье отличное для морских прогулок: песок плотный, ноги не проваливаются.

- Kumar (5/5): - Water activities is with in resort and reasonable priced. Convenient transport services available within resort for other attractions. Residence apartment although located within Lotus Desaru Resort, it is managed privately. So any service or issues we need to contact individual apartment owner which is a hassle. Even extra blanket we could not get. Some of the resort facilities like Gym, swimming pool etc. cannot be used when we book through Residence apartment. Breakfast even though it allowed us to book the resort denied and we need to pay from our pocket first and claim separately from apartment owner. Overall we lost about 10% due to two way conversion.

- Cai Yun Elyn (5/5): A good enough place for family outings and can carry out adequate activities within the compound. - There are a lot of facilities within the resort. Its for kids and family of big sizes as there are plenty of rooms. The breakfast spread is also very wide. The Els Golf course is just a few minutes drive away which is convenient. The place looks a bit old and perhaps need a bit more maintenance. Air conditioning also took awhile to get the room cold however it turned really cold after a few hours.
