Impossible de recevoir ne serait-ce qu’une facture et pas de réponse concrète malgré mes nombreuses demandes

• Tiffany (7/5): Séjour mitigé - l’emplacement. la grandeur. j’ai dû donner mes coordonnées bancaires complètes par mail. à l’heure des hacks des données personnelles c’est grave je trouve. beaucoup de choses étaient défectueuses ou cassées (lumière chambre clignotantes, pommeau douche fuyant, chasse d’eau défectueuse, autre chasse d’eau qui fuit, rideau obscurcissant salon cassé). pas de condiment minimum sur place. donc acheter de l’huile/vinaigre/sel pour 3j evidemment qu’on ne l’a pas fait. jamais vu ça dans le principe d’un bnb. aucun conseil du propriétaire. pas avenant. le tout à distance bien sûr. j’ai écrit 2mails pensants le séjour et 0 retour. j’aurai pu avoir un gros problème pas disponible pour le service.
• Cristina Col.... (10/5): Barcellona sei bella!! - Dell'appartamento ci è piaciuto tutto, camere, bagni, soggiorno, cucina tutto bello , tutto spazioso come da immagini e pulitissimo. A disposizione non solo il set di cortesia in bagno, ma anche in cucina , con spugnette, detersivo in monodose e pastiglia lavastoviglie. La posizione ottima, proprio a 2 passi (2 minuti) dalla fermata metro, come descritto nelle informazioni. Di notte nessun rumore, vicino a bar , ristoranti per colazioni o pranzi/cene ecc. Vicinissimo (8 minuti a piedi) al Recinte Modernista San Pau , da visitare !!! Non è una lamentela, ma solo una spiegazione per chi come noi non riuscirà a pagare la tassa di soggiorno alla "macchinetta rossa". In caso non riusciate: toccate sul monitor "aiuto" , sarete richiamati dalla reception col telefono che si trova sul lato destro della macchinetta... Oppure chiamate voi la reception ..

• Alice (8/5): - La posizione Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio di Martedì 12 maggio , all’accoglienza non c’era nessuno se non un totem con un telefono accanto . Mi era stato inviato un messaggio che al momento dell’arrivo dovevo chiamare per fare il check -in e mi avrebbero dato il codice per accedere alla camera , guardando il monitor abbiamo inserito tutti i nostri dati e in fase di pagamento ci è uscito un importo superiore a quello detto da Booking circa 28€ in più , abbiamo chiamato subito il numero e grazie al nostro amico che parlava spagnolo ci hanno detto che l’importo era cambiato perché la tassa di soggiorno a Barcellona era aumentata e booking non aveva dato comunicazione …. L’importo pertanto non era più 84€ ma 112 € . Sempre al telefono ci è stato detto che in totem per pagare non funzionava anche se io avevo effettuato tutti i passaggi correttamente tranne che il pagamento … Ci è stata data una email dove mandare i documenti d’identità e la : “carta di credito “ che per fortuna ne sono in possesso, ho dovuto mandare la foto davanti e dietro di una carta di credito e non è stato subito voluto da parte mia infatti mi sono trovata un addebito in carta di 126€ invece che 112€ senza ricevuta senza nulla e quando ho scritto per chiedere spiegazioni non hanno risposto al mio messaggio …. Il soggiorno è stato comunque gradevole avrei un po’ di accortezze da fare sul fatto che eravamo in 4 e abbiamo dovuto spostare dei tavoli per poter mangiare, tapparelle non presenti avevamo un telo in camera che non copriva neanche tutta la finestra avevamo freddo e c’era solo un lenzuolo per fortuna abbiamo trovato negli armadi dei piumoni dentro a dei sacchetti e il check-in è quasi durato un ora e mi è stato addebitato un importo non dichiarato prima dell’arrivo.

• Barb Serba (1/5): After not being able to access our room we booked another hotel Vinnci Bit. Totally accessible. - Breakfast not offered We were directed to the Kiosk which did not work. The sign above it said Call "this" number if you have any problem. I called that number no less than 20 times and also tried the alternative #806 which only played music for 20 minutes with no one picking up. By the time we spent 4 hours trying to get to our room we booked another hotel across the city in which there was limited availability. It ruined a full day of our 2 day stay in Barcelona. Terrible experience. There is no exaggeration here, only a detailed account of what happened. Other travelers also experienced similarly.

• Will (4/5): Une seule nuit à Barcelone. Check-in infernal - Les draps sont propres La procédure d'entrée est simplement un enfer. Une machine soit disant là pour l'enregistrement ne fonctionne pas, visiblement depuis des lustres. La hotline soit disant disponible est injoignable par téléphone. Finalement nous parvenons à les joindre par le seul biais valider, la messagerie Booking (et sib fonctionnement aléatoire depuis les app). Au bout d'une heure avec 3 enfants qui ont dû patienter sur le trottoir, nous obtenons enfin les clés. Leur procédure petit parfaitement être traitée par Booking directement. Ils demandent un dépôt de garantie de 500€ malgré l'assurance Booking. A voir l'état général de l'appartement, si la caution a déjà été retenue, les réparations n'ont jamais été faites. L'appartement a été joliment aménagé pour la photo Instagram initiale, mais semble n'avoir jamais été entretenu par la suite. Les draps sont propres, mais déchiré sur un lit. La plupart des équipements disfonctionnement. Bref, nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, et c'était très bien ainsi.

Et sutout la saleté au sol et les portes qui grinçent de la salle de bain , ainsi que les plaquettes des interrupteurs qui tombent.Il manque aussi les poignées des tiroirs des tables de chevets de l`une des chambres

• Silvana (7/5): It is a cozy, clean apartment close to amenities like grocer, cafe and restaurants and Metro. Would recommend this apart - Property was very clean. Close to bus stop and Metro. There also bars and bistros around the area. Little things like dish soap toilet paper, we had to buy and no luggage room on the premises after checkout. We had to pay for lockers cause we had a late flight.

• Szymon (5/5): - Apartament całkiem spory, dużym plusem dodatkowa łazienka. Blisko metro i sporo sklepów spożywczych. Cenowo również przystępnie. Konieczność wysłania wrażliwych danych (zdjęcia dowodów osobistych i karty płatniczej z obu stron) mailem, w przeciwnym razie mieliśmy nie otrzymać kodu dostępu do apartamentu (informację o tym otrzymałem dopiero po rezerwacji, dane gości i płatność, zgodnie z opisem miały być przekazane po przyjeździe - nie było informacji o braku kogokolwiek z obsługi na miejscu). Pobrano mi wyższy podatek miejski niż była informacja przy rezerwowaniu - dowiedziałem się o tym po wylądowaniu w Barcelonie. "Meldowanie się" w apartamencie przez jakiś dziwny automat, przypominający biletomat - brak kogokolwiek z obsługi, wszystko trzeba ogarnąć we własnym zakresie. Automat działał strasznie wolno i nie uzyskałem w nim kodu dostępu - musiałem wydzwaniać na infolinię i dopiero wtedy dostałem kod do apartamentu (podobno akurat dzisiaj były z tym automatem problemy - w ciągu naszego pobytu spotkaliśmy jeszcze dwie inne grupy, które również przez automat nie mogły uzyskać dostępu do apartamentów, więc problem wydaje się być czymś stałym). W apartamencie były mrówki, 2 zestawy kosmetyków na 4 osoby. 2 telewizory - do żadnego z nich nie działał pilot. Wifi non stop rozłączało, natomiast jak już działało prędkość była w porządku.

• János (10/5): - Az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak nagyon jó. Nem volt személyzet de telefonon minden segítséget megadtak a bejutáshoz. Nappali, két hálószoba és két fürdőszoba volt, ami kényelmessé tette az ott tartózkodást. Kauciót kellett fizetni az esetleges károkért és éjszakai hangoskodásért. A konyhában fém székek voltak hacsak megmozdítottuk olyan hanggal járt hogy az egész ház beleremegett.

• geraldine (1/5): a fuir de toute urgence!!!!!!!!!! escrocs - rien jamais eu accès à ce logement que j’ai pourtant payé 300 euros!!! escroquerie our et simple ! pour accéder au logement on vous demande d’envoyer une photo recto verso de votre carte bancaire sur un mail non sécurisé avec copie de votre carte d’identité car soit disant la box d’enregistrement a l’entrée ne fonctionne pas ! mais en aucun cas cela est noté dans la réservation!! du coup nous n’avons pas eu l’accès au logement réservé et payé . publicité mensongère escroc qui en plus se moque de vous au téléphone alors qu’elle ne peut vous garantir à 100% qu’elle ne se fera jamais piraté sa boîte mail non sécurisé et de surcroît vous demande en photo vos moyens de paiement alors qu il est bien stipuler sur booking que cela est interdit!!!!!!!! et vous laisse à la rue avec 2 enfants car vous comprenez le jour de notre arrivé il y avait personne pour venir nous encaisser la taxe de séjour et que le lendemain elle avait peur que l’on est disparue avant l’arrivé de la femme de ménage pour nous encaisser la taxe de séjour de 22 euros!! madame les escroc c’est vous et pas nous!!!

• Maira (8/5): - L’appartamento era molto pulito e grande. Non aveva finestre solo un giardino interno, ma veramente siamo stati poco quindi andava bene. Un po’ di casino nelle comunicazioni con la struttura, non funzionava la machina per pagare le tase, mi hanno chiesto la carta di credito per un deposito ma io non ce le ho, ho dovuto lasciare altra di debito, e dicevano che non funzionava… in fine, ma sono stati gentili quindi anche con queste piccole cose va bene.

• Mónica (1/5): Todo problemas. - Estaba limpio Me parece abusivo la documentación que piden para reservar el apartamento (DNIs, tarjeta bancaria con todos los datos) y que ademas a la hora de ir a recoger las llaves nos dan la sorpresa de que hay que pagar 500€ de fianza supuestamente por haber cogido 2 apartamentos (esto no está especificado en ningún sitio cuando vas a reservar). Tras pagar todo lo que nos exigen, pues si no pagas no consigues las "llaves" que son unas claves que te dan a través del chat de Booking, conseguimos entrar en unos apartamentos limpios pero con muchos desperfectos como las tapicerías de los sofás o sillas. Según nos indican 15 días después de realizar el check-out, nos devolverían la fianza si todo estaba correctamente, pero un mes después seguí sin recibirla y cuando contactaba con el apartamento todo era que estaba en proceso y habían tenido problemas. Finalmente conseguí que me la devolvieran gracias a la intervención de Atención al Cliente de Booking

Cuando el agua es culpa de ellos. Pagas una parte por Booking y luego te cobran la otra parte y te das cuenta que te cobran hasta por respirar. Las tasas turísticas son muy caras. Ellos dicen que es un impuesto, etc pero he ido a hoteles caros y nadie ha cobrado lo que cobran ellos. El parking otro dineral... NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

• Marine (6/5): - L’appartement était spacieux et très bien situé dans un endroit calme Il n’y avait pas de réception il fallait tout faire électroniquement. Nous avons passé 20min à l’arrivée pour essayer de récupérer les clés sauf que n’ayant pas envoyé de photo de ma CB et du passeport par mail, tout a été bloqué. Donc pour avoir la chambre, il faut envoyer vos documents par mail… pas très sécurisé.. Concernant l’appartement il était immense mais assez sale, nous avons retrouvé des cheveux un peu partout. Enfin, le lit était particulièrement dur, nous avons mal dormi La nuit ne valait pas ce prix là

• Gessica (2/5): - Esperienza pessima dall’inizio alla fine. Il check-in è stato praticamente impossibile. Non c’è reception e ci siamo ritrovate a dover risolvere una specie di rebus per riuscire ad entrare. Ci è stato detto di trovare una “chiave di violino”, ma una volta trovata non c’era nessun codice per accedere alla camera e siamo rimaste fuori senza poter entrare. Abbiamo chiamato il numero verde e siamo rimaste in attesa per parecchi minuti. Alla fine ci è stato detto che dovevamo inviare via email una carta di credito per una cauzione di 500€. Richiesta assurda e poco sicura, considerando che non sappiamo nemmeno di chi sia l’indirizzo email e se i nostri dati verranno cancellati. Nonostante tutto, per necessità, abbiamo inviato la carta per la cauzione. Solo dopo ci hanno fornito il PIN della camera, per poi chiuderci praticamente il telefono in faccia. Organizzazione pessima e assistenza clienti inesistente. L’appartamento è grande, ma totalmente freddo al nostro arrivo, senza riscaldamento acceso. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci cercando il termostato e attivando manualmente tutti gli split dell’aria calda. Le porte del bagno avevano maniglia e chiave malfunzionanti. La doccia non funzionava correttamente: si poteva usare solo il doccino manuale, senza soffione fisso. Per 5 ragazze è stato estremamente scomodo, soprattutto per lavarsi i capelli dovendo tenere il doccino in mano tutto il tempo. Le TV nelle camere non funzionavano. Pessima organizzazione generale. Per fortuna una di noi parlava molto bene inglese, altrimenti saremmo rimaste chiuse fuori senza sapere come risolvere la situazione. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

• Yoann (3/5): Décevant - L’emplacement proche de la sagrada familia Logement décevant. L’état général est délabré et le rapport qualité/prix est inexistant. Le prix est exorbitant au regard de la qualité du logement. Les papiers peints sont arrachés, la cuvettes des Wc cassées, tout comme les portes de douche. Aucun four n’est disponible et pas même une éponge pour faire la vaisselle ou même une couverture. Les lits n’ont qu’un drap. Pas une seule couverture dans le logement. Les pratiques du propriétaire sont plus que limite : il est exigé l’envoi d’une photo de la carte bancaire en privé en dehors de la plate-forme booking sous peine de ne pas avoir accès au logement alors même que l’intégralité du logement (hors taxe de séjour a déjà été débité). Un supplément de 50€ est réclamé si l’arrivée se fait à 15h55 au lieu de 16h ce qui est totalement abusif. De plus on vous menace de vous prélever 500€ en cas de bruit dans l’appartement. Expérience très négative tant sur l’état du logement que sur les méthodes employées.

• Feliz (7/5): Muy decepcionada - Nada Primero que cuando llegamos pidieron escaner de mi tarjeta de crédito de ambos lados mas los documentos. Ademas me hicieron pagar 9 euros por día de tazas turísticas por persona una locura .y si no aceptaba no me dejaba ingresar al departamento .no me parece que te pidan algo tan personal como tu tarjeta de crédito para supuesto seguro si rompes algo en el departamento. Teniendo en cuentas que el departamento está en muy mal estado agarras una puerta de la cocina se te viene abajo .los muebles estan todos rotos .se notan filtraciones en los baños .con ese estado que mas podes romper en un departamento y no es nada barato la estadía para lo que cobran con tanto requisitos 🤷 😐 muy mal .en la entrada una maquina vieja que tienes que comunicarte por ahi y muy prepotente la persona que te atiende .así que de esta mala experiencia me aseguro.la próxima vez no volver a pasar. Por esto booking debería tener una opción de garantizar que si el cliente no está de acuerdo con cierto requisito deben devolver la plata porque estas personas después de cobrarme si yo no aceptaba sus condiciones no me devuelve la plata y eso no está puesto en la página de los requisitos que piden antes de ingresar para uno estar seguro si quiere pasar la información de tu cuenta bancaria y tarjetas de crédito donde esta la seguridad del cliente ?
• Ricardo (4/5): Bad, but doable. - The people: You have to book this place accepting that they will try to take advantage from you. As multiple people mentioned the check-in is indeed a joke at a malfunctioning machine from the 80s. It worked for us but we saw a full family just not being able to enter even with us helping them. This machine charged me additional 99eur. I had asked the price for parking for our 4 nights and I was told the value of 20eur/night but the machine charged me 99eur. The next day someone else on the phone told that the value was 25/night but could not convince me why I got charged 99… I have requested a receipt and a refund of the extra-charged value but got no reply (of course). The apartment: The apartment is badly furnished and some utilities do not work. For example, the dishwasher is broken in many places so even if you load it, nothing gets properly cleaned. They could also include basic cleaning products to the kitchen which they of course don’t do. We got some leaks in the kitchen behind the washing machine too. Nevertheless, it is spacious, so you can rearrange their weird furniture and live for a few days. The experience: Given the dates we booked (near NYE) few places were available so we went for it. The location near the subway is convenient to access the city, but given all the weirdness around this place it surely is not worth the money.

• Rebeca (7/5): Peligroso - Ubicación y apartamento ¡Ojo! Que me hicieran enviar por email una foto de mi tarjeta de crédito. Algo que considero extremadamente peligroso e ilegal. Después de haberlo pagado me dijeron que si no la enviaba a modo de fianza no me darían el acceso al apartamento y perdería el reembolso del mismo dado que lo reservé sin cancelación gratuita. Jamás en un apartamento me habían hecho enviar los datos de mi tarjeta por email pero no quise arriesgarme a quedarme sin vacaciones a pocos días. Me parece un abuso por parte de la gestión del apartamento y algo denunciable sin duda alguna.

• Attila (4/5): Inkorrekt szállásadó! Biztos nem foglalnám még egyszer, és nem ajánlom senkinek! - A zuhanyzó és a tisztaság elfogadható volt. The landlord communicated in an unacceptably arrogant style. He abused his position. They won't let you into the accommodation without your bank card details (including CVC code)!!! Elfogadhatatlan arogáns stílusban kommunikált a szállásadó. Visszaélt a helyzetével. A bankkártya adatok (CVC kód is) nélkül nem engednek be a szállásra!!! Kapukóddal jutottunk be a lépcsőházba, ahol automatába ki kellett fizetnünk az idegenforgalmi adót, mielőtt a szobát egyáltalán láttuk volna ( a szállás már korábban ki volt fizetve). Telefonon kellett felhívni a szállásadót, aki közölte, hogy csak akkor adja meg a szoba kódját, ha elküldjük az összes személyes okmányunkat, valamint ha a bankkártya első és hátsó oldalát (!!!!) is befotózzuk. Ebből egy hangos vita lett, mert erre nem voltunk hajlandóak. Nagyon magabiztosan mondta, nyugodtan hívjunk rendőrt. Este 11 órakor ott álltunk csomagokkal egy ismeretlen országban és városban az előre kifizetett szállásunkba nem tudtunk bejutni, csak ha olyan adatot adunk meg, ami minden biztonsági előírással szembe megy! Ezen más lakók is fel voltak háborodva, nemcsak mi. Mivel nem volt más szálláásunk, ezért kénytelenek voltunk megadni a kártyánk hozzáférési adatait. ( természetesen hazaérve letiltottuk a kártyát, de az új kártya 10.000.- Ftba került ) A bútorok töröttek voltak, a tűzjelző riasztót egy fiókba dobva találtuk.

• Fernandez (7/5): Dueño/ama de llaves no resuelven - Zona tranquila, Los productos de aseo, higiene personal son muy pocos, me comunique con la ama de llaves quién me indican que eso es lo que le autorizan a dar y el propietario me indica que ella es la que debe solucionar el inconveniente no hay buena diligencia para resolver. El baño anexo sin luz y tiene tiempo me comentan.

Mail ile gönderin( Kredi kartını bu sebepten iptal ettim ). 2- Size gönderilen kod ile ana bina girişini açıyorsunuz. 3- Vending machine den rezervasyonu bulup, city tax ödedikten sonra size telefon ile oda şifresi veriliyor. Eğer pasaport&kredi kartı kopyası mail ile göndermediniz ise yukarıdaki işlemleri yapamıyorsunuz.

• kerolous (1/5): Terrible - stay away - Nothing Terrible experience, i literally never leave bad reviews but these people are awful! Firstly i took 2 hours to get checked in and she flat out refused to let me into the property unless i gave her my passport and gave them credit card details! Which is not right seeing as booking.com has my card info and I paid for it! On top of that I paid for parking and she refused to tell me how to get in and told me she isn’t giving me a refund, then once I finally got in after paying for parking then had to pay for street parking then got in and there was pee on the beds and hair all over the property and the air conditioning wasn’t working.. Worst experience ever, wouldn’t recommend to anyone please avoid - I wouldn’t even pay €0.02 for this and only reason I stayed was because we came late at night
