- Mohamed Nas (2/5): - The cleanliness is very poor, the pillows are dirty and the smell of the room is very bad
- Verified traveler (2/5): Find a Word lesser than Worst - We were just planning a one night transit stay with our 3 kids. But the rooms, reception, broken lift, and condition of the place were so bad that we decided to just leave within 2 minutes. No words can describe what we saw.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - water heater not working, pee stain on toilet seat, thin blanket. no wifi
- tan (8/5): nice hotel close to town centre - Nice hotel & close to town centrw. its clean & quiet with friendly staff.
- JASPAL (4/5): Average - Average hotel. Value for money. Must try to enhance their services
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap budget hotel - Cheap budget hotel. Can't complain much and don't expect too much. Enough for budget travellers.
Reasonable prices food and drinks all around you and within walking distance. Nearby to large mall such as '1 Mont Kiara' where you can go for more expensive food, drinks and entertainment or night life. This you need to take a can for 5 mins+ or so.
- lone female business traveller (4/5): good value - The hotel was very good value for money but you get what you pay for! My room did not have any windows and there was no top sheet on the bed, just a blanket which did not smell too good. It is located in a 'colourful' area but lots of rubbish in the street (a rat ran past me!). Not a comfortable place for a woman alone.
- Ain (6/5): - Me and a friend stayed at the hotel as we had to attend a wedding close to the area. We had no complained about the room condition, but we do encounter some issue that I think should be highlighted. The first one in during check in. I forgot to print a copy of my booking, I also did not have my booking number. The matter was resolved by the staff by just giving me another room, and i was happy as this one is at a cheaper rate. But later when I check my bank statement, my card was charged twice. One is the cheaper rate, by New Wave Sri Hartamas, and another is the price of the room I booked. But it was charged by New Wave in another branch. I told the staff at the reception about it, but he did not really understand what I was telling him. Instead he said that it was the website I booked from that charged me (in this case, Hotels.com) But luckily, he still refunded the cheaper rate. The second problem is the surrounding area of the hotel. Me and my friend are both girl, and the staff are all guys. When we went to our room after checking in, the are some guys loitering at the stairs are, which we have to went through every time as the lift is situated right in front of the stairs. We don't know if they are the staff or what, but they were there for quite sometimes. So ladies who plan on staying at this hotel without guy accompanying them should be careful.
