We had a room that accommodated us well as a family, housekeeping was done promptly and to a high standard every time we requested it and nothing we requested was ever too much. Will be staying here the next time we go to HK! In my opinion honestly nothing.

- Heidi HK (8/5): - Convenient for the Kai Tak rugby stadium. Great dim sum restaurant directly opposite with tasty dishes and reasonable prices. Standard double 4ft 6" was a bit small for 2 guests. Reception can get exceptionally busy and chaotic at times.

It reminds me of a hotel in mainland China 20 years ago. This clearly needs to improve. No proper fresh coffee, there would be a machine but its used by the staff only to fill flasks from which coffee is then served , one day there is an egg stations, the next there isn't, everything feels loveless, totally unpleasant feeling.

Very little to do there. We did realise this when booking, but did expect slightly more luxury for the fact it was 4 stars, apparently.

- Alison (10/5): Good value for money - This hotel provided an excellent value for money option for us compared to other places in Hong Kong. Yes it’s a little away from the main sights but this is reflected by the room cost. It’s just a short walk to either the ferry terminal or the metro station so it’s easy to get around with public transport. The beds were super comfortable and we slept so well for the 8 nights that we stayed here. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay again if back in Hong Kong

The subway station is close, but if you are going to Hong Kong Island, it is more convenient to take a bus. It is somewhat crowded during rush hour due to nearby office workers. However, it is not a problem if you time it right.
