La habitación es antigua pero es amplia, está limpio y muy cómoda y agradable para estar unos días en Stromboli. El desayuno es muy completo y bueno. El personal muy amable y agradable. Repetiríamos seguro! Todo fue correcto.
• Jahn (9/5): Herzlichkeit, die bleibt – ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Villaggio und können es insgesamt absolut weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksrestaurant. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Selbst das Reinigungspersonal war stets freundlich, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet, mit Begrünung und einem gepflegten Ambiente. Das Frühstück im Saal und auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer sorgt direkt für echtes Urlaubsfeeling. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war zwar jeden Tag gleich, aber völlig ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Unser Dreibettzimmer war stets sehr sauber und für uns als Familie mit einem vierjährigen Kind vollkommen ausreichend. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer gewesen – allerdings scheint das in der Region generell nicht üblich zu sein. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, aber wir hatten trotzdem meist unsere Ruhe. Die Lage ist etwas weiter vom Zentrum und Hafen entfernt, was zunächst ein kleiner Nachteil ist – dafür ist es dort deutlich ruhiger und näher am Vulkan, was wir wiederum sehr geschätzt haben. Der Transfer zum/vom Hafen kostet etwa 10 € pro Strecke und ist unkompliziert. Unser Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit besonders herausragendem Personal – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Lage ist traumhaft, wenn auch nicht zentral und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

• chacha06 (10/5): Hôtel charmant avec une vue mer incroyable - L’hôtel était encore plus joli que je l’imaginais, en bord de mer, avec une vue incroyable et un escalier descendant vers la plage de sable noir. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse avec cette vue est très agréable, et l’hôtel peut vous conduire au ferry à votre départ pour une petite somme. Les chats qui résident là apportent une touche de charme, et les petites tables disposées sur le palier de chaque chambre sont très pratiques. Tout est parfait

• Ian (7/5): - Great views from the room and dining room across the sea. There is a small private beach, bar and swimming pool but we were too early in the season for them to be open. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of the village where there are a few shops and restaurants. It is important to remember that this is a small island. There are no cars and most people get around by walking or the hotel "taxi" . It is extremely peaceful and a beautiful place to unwind.

• Andrea (7/5): Tolle Lange, Zimmer geht so - Gute Lage, ein toller Blick. Da nicht klar war, ob die Fähre überhaupt fährt, konnten wir problemlos im Zimmer bleiben. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, eine ungewollte, unnötige Reinigung am Abreisetag: es wurde mit reichlich Wasser der Schmutz verteilt.
• Mabel (8/5): Prima verblijf - Goed bed, prima kamer, locatie is goed. Ook was het er schoon. Ontbijt is prima maar niet heel uitgebreid. De betaalde koffie was echt heerlijk. De ‘gratis’ koffie bij het ontbijt was heel slap en niet lekker. Badkamer was gedateerd en stond niet op de foto’s; de badkamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken (vooral het douche scherm, als dat vervangen zou zijn voor glas en het plastic ding op de grond weg is, is het al vele malen beter!). Het was echter wel schoon.

• Diane (10/5): Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. - Sehr schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett, das ausreichend Platz bot. Das Badezimmer war großzügig, alles war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war der Transfer vom/zum Hotel: Die Fahrt mit dem Tuk-Tuk durch die engen Straßen und Gassen ist definitiv unvergesslich und macht den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der Transfer kostet etwa 10 € pro Strecke, was etwas teurer wirken kann, aber dafür erhält man ein wirklich einzigartiges Erlebnis.

All the staff were friendly and professional, and we appreciated the transfers to and from the port. The bedrooms and bathrooms were simple and fairly small, but that was fine for us - although the facilities are not new, they were clean and comfortable. This is a simple, family-run hotel; those looking for luxury should look elsewhere but those looking for comfortable, authentic accommodation in an unbeatable quiet setting will be delighted. Thank you to the Villagio, we hope to return again one day.

Řidič nabral ještě další 2 osoby, takže cizí paní seděla mému partnerovi skoro na klíně. Toro není auto pro 4 lidi. Původně chtěli ještě více peněz, ale upozornili jsme na rozdíl s oficiální cenou. Kdybychom nespěchali, nikdy bychom tento hrozný transfer nevyužili.

Un côté authentique déconnecté et hors du temps. Bien situé sur l’ile, tout peut se faire à pied. Navette voiturette qui nous récupére au ferry très pratique. Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Les équipements ont l’air de dater de l’ouverture de l’hôtel. Tout est vieux. Les robinetteries sont usées voir casé pour nous dans la douche. Nous avions une chambre triple mais l’espace était très très petit pour 3 personnes. Un peu déçu vu le prix de la nuit. On paye le cadre. Aussi n’avons pas pu nous rendre sur l’île à cause des annulations de ferry sur la journée et nous n’avons pas pu être remboursés.

Sie haben daher extra ein Packet mit Morgenessen für uns vorbereitet, das wir mitnehmen konnten :)

The rooms were comfortable. The setting of the hotel is stunningly beautiful. Overall, an exceptional experience Nothing, it was perfect in every way
• Sébastien (8/5): Super hôtel - L’emplacement est vraiment top, la plage est vraiment superbe. Le petit déjeuner est moyen par rapport aux hôtels que nous avons fait avant.

• Chantal Weber (10/5): Séjour inoubliable sur une île paisible et intense à la fois, le volcan étant toujours en activité! - Magnifique complexe hôtelier, situé juste au bord de la mer, donnant sur une petite plage de sable noir, super petit-déjeuner, grande disponibilité et amabilité du personnel, décors de rêve, frangipaniers et hibiscus magnifiques. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer, ni du restaurant qui étaient fermés fin octobre... mais ça nous a donné encore plus envie de revenir!
• Agnieszka (9/5): - Beautiful location, friendly staff, well organised shuttle service and good breakfast. Just a note, not a complaint...if you visit off season, keep in mind that the restaurant on the spot is not open so you need to go to the town to eat (15 min easy walk).
• Laurent (8/5): Hotel confortable mais le mauvais temps a un peu gaché notre séjour - confortable, belle vue, parle français Un peu eloigné du centre Avons ecourté notre séjour à cause du mauvais temps (plus de bateau le jour de notre depart prévu) L'établissement n'a pas voulu nous rembourser la nuitée ni les petits déjeuners
