Important Information
Please note that Melchsee-Frutt is a car-free zone. Parking is possible at the cable car valley station against a surcharge. During summer guests can take the car to certain points in Melchsee-Frutt, only during restricted times.
Please note further that the Frutt Spa´s swimming pool and sauna are only accessible for guest older than 14 and 16, respectively.
In winter, the hotel cannot be accessed by car and no parking is available at the hotel. Guests can leave their cars at the Stöckalp parking lot or use pre-booked garage parking, both at an additional cost. In summer, it is possible to drive to Melchsee-Frutt, where parking is available at an additional cost.

- Alexandra (7/5): - Frühstück soweit gut. Negativ: Rührei schmeckt wie ein Fertigprodukt und hat auch komische Konsistenz. Wird offensichtlich nicht frisch zubereitet. Bei dem Zimmerpreis wäre ein frisches Rührei angebracht. Lage so weit toll. Mitten in den Bergen. Negativ: viele Zimmer sind so angeordnet, dass man gar keine Aussicht hat. Wir haben direkt in die Zimmer anderer Gäste geschaut. Spa ist super. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. In anderen Hotels dieser Preiskategorie in den Schweizer Alpen hat man ein viel besseres Gesamterlebnis.
- Emanuel (10/5): Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – wir waren in jeder Hinsicht mehr als zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Wir waren wirklich in allen Punkten extrem zufrieden – und das ist nicht übertrieben! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage mitten in der wunderschönen Berglandschaft – einfach traumhaft. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Organisation und der Ablauf waren absolut unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und hat perfekt funktioniert. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gestimmt – von der Ausstattung bis zum Service. Ehrlich gesagt gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

- Philipp (9/5): - Herzlich wurden wir an der Talstation empfangen (Melanie) und über alles informiert. Der Gepäcktransport zum Hotel funktionierte tadelos. Für die Gondelfart erhielten wir sogar einen Orangenpunsch was uns sehr freute. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, dass Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück top. Der Wellnessbereich war gut besucht und leider war in der Ruhezone kaum einen Platz zu finden was wir etwas schade fanden.

- Bea (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung sehr schön und gerãumig. In der Lago Lodge ist die Spa nicht zu empfehlen wenn man keine Kinder hat. Es ist sehr laut dort, auch im Ruheraum.

- Karina (9/5): This hotel has it all. - The hotel is gorgeous. The location, the restaurants, the decor, the comfortable beds, the views, the general ambiance, and all the activities for adults and kids, it’s just one of those hotels that has it all. I’m not a fan of babies and toddlers that are still in diapers swimming in the same pools as everyone else… there was an incident with one of the babies, and it ruins it for everyone else. Perhaps the hotel could have only one small pool for the very young kids, and other pools with minimum age requirement. It’s a small complaint because there is a separate spa for adults that is lovely, but it would be nice to have the kids pool area and spa a bit more inviting in this respect.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Eine Bowlingbahn und ein Kino und ein schöner Spa runden das Angebot ab. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt, aber die Auswahl war gut.

- Lukas (7/5): - Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig und gut, aber um 8.30 schon ziemlich abgegrast und nur teilweise aufgefüllt, z.B. Früchte. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut gegliedert und angenehm gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war mit Bergsicht beschrieben. Sichtbar waren jedoch nur wenige Bergausschnitte; Hauptaussicht war auf einen Innenhof und Nebengebäude, das war etwas enttäuschend und nicht der Realität entsprechend. Zudem lag es genau über dem rege genutzten Kinderspielzimmer, wo die Spielaktivitäten bereits vor dem Frühstück deutlich hörbar einsetzten. Wenn man das Erste Mal hingeht ist einem nicht klar, dass man je nach dem nicht im Frutt Mountain Resort bucht (Hauptgebäude), sondern in der etwas entfernten familienfreundlichen Lago Lodge. Dort sind zwar die Zimmer halbwegs bezahlbar, man bucht jedoch klar ein Familienhotel, keinen ruhigen, erholsamen Wellness-Urlaub...

- Corina (7/5): Wunderbar aber hat auch seinen Preis! - Die Massagen war super! Das Zimmer mit Ausblick war sehr schön und mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank ausgerüstet. Personal allgemein nett, müsste evtl. noch etwas mehr geschult werden für ein 4Sterne Hotel. Dusche ohne Tür finde ich mühsam dafür hatte das WC eine extra Türe, was super war. Eggs benedict extra bestellt, waren leider beide nicht flüssig, für eine GaultMillau-Küche nicht akzeptabel. Auch die Siedfleischsuppe schrecklich. Das Personal hat zum Teil etwas Verständnisschwierigkeiten, was wahrscheinlich sprachlich bedingt ist.

- Charlotte und Erwin (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Frühstück mittelmässig. Obwohl wir schon um 08:30 Uhr da waren, war schon viel leer. Wir mussten immer nachfragen und bestellen. Der Service allgemein war sehr langsam und nicht koordiniert. Obwohl viele im Service waren ging es sehr, sehr lange bis man die Bestellung erhalten hat.

Leider mangelt es an Professionalität, vor allem an der Reception. Am ersten Abend klappte der Service nicht so gut, aber dann wurde es immer besser. Der Chef de Service war sehr bemüht. Und die Kellner sind alle sehr freundlich. Das Hotel, die WCs, der Wickelraum und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber! Das Frühstück und auch das Essen am Abend waren ausgezeichnet. Die Kinder-Mahlzeiten kamen sehr schnell. Bowlingbahn, Cinema, und Murmelihöhle sind super! Die Spielplätze und der Fruttliweg sind so liebevoll gestaltet. Kinder sind hier echt willkommen. Herzlichen Dank! Leider mangelt es an Professionalität, vor allem an der Reception. Am ersten Abend klappte der Service nicht so gut, aber dann wurde es immer besser. Im Titschli mussten wir am 1.8. etwas lang auf den Hauptgang warten, was mit 5 kleinen Kindern etwas mühsam war. Der Kellner hat sich aber mehrmals entschuldigt und uns 2 Gläser Weisswein und die Espressi nicht verrechnet.
