- Luke (4/5): - This was my second and final stay at this hotel. Both times have been very noisy. It appears to be wood structure with very poor sound proofing between doors and walls. The final straw for me was the water pressure. Extremely poor for a shower, one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The property is clean, staff friendly, and great location; but, I’ll not be staying there again despite traveling monthly through Minot.

Daryn at the Front Desk was kind and professional during check in and in our interactions throughout the day. He made mention of the fresh baked cookies in the evening and those DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Warm, gooey, soft and chocolatey! We came to the lobby at least three times to get more. Our room was clean and spacious. Overall, this might just be the best hotel in Minot!

- Sarah (8/5): Great Evening Service, Might Not Get Breakfast - The lady at check in was amazing - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the pool had towels. Security took care of a drunk guy in the lobby. No complaints there at all. The huge negative was breakfast. On a Saturday morning, breakfast was only open until 9:30. We went down about 9:10 and the breakfast attendant made sure everyone knew she was closing at 9:30. The food was pretty much gone and when we asked if more would be brought out, she wouldn’t respond. Then at 9:28 on the dot she brought out a bunch of fresh hot breakfast. Luckily my husband was able to gab an omelette quick before the lady let all the hotel workers in and slammed the doors shut. She even trapped a hotel guest in there! The workers all looked very hungry so I’m glad they got to eat. But she could have kept the food stocked until the end so everyone was able to get breakfast. We ended up having to stop and buy breakfast for our oldest, which defeats the point of staying at a hotel with continental breakfast.

We did not use the pool so we cannot rate on that.

The hotel staff we quick to fix the problem and moved us to the correct room. They were friendly and assisted in any way possible, even opening the door when the deadbolt was stuck.

We come to Minot a few times a year and this is by far the best! The rooms are spacious and clean.The pool area is nice and very clean, plus, the hot tub is actually hot which in my experience is a rare find in a hotel. My kids said they liked having a large TV in the room. Every single staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly & helpful. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. And they serve the most delicious fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Seriously, my kids and I could not get over how good they were. Highly recommend staying here in you are in Minot. You won't be disappointed.
