• Smith (6/5): It was nice enough but Ramada not as good as I thought you would be accommodation wise. - The surroundings are stunning and the wildlife. Parts of the inside of the cottage were quite dirty, curtain bottoms, skirting boards, light shades. The locks on the doors weren’t all secure. Flatscreen cannot be locked at all. Decking desperate for some new decking paint

Staff was more focused on selling Whydham membership by asking to join sessions and sign up then actually helping with other stuff. We requested late check out no response and have to ask for multiple times for things that were missing from the rooms. When we requested late checkout, it was rejected but then said if you sign up then we will give you.

Although our accommodation was a bit of a walk to facilities they were first class. Pools and spas were super clean. The cafe staff were not friendly and even when quiet it took 40 minutes to get a bowl of chips.

• Jade (9/5): Really great resort, will definitely be back, 2 nights wasn’t enough. - Cabins were great, nice and clean, had a smart tv in the lounge and in kids bedrooms. Full size fridge was very handy too. Lovely soaps and lotions provided. Clarifying shampoo was exceptionally handy to wash out chlorine from the pool. You would even have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. 4 different pools, plenty of tennis courts, nice walking track, hens, pedal carts and the whole park is asphalted so kids can ride bikes or scooters around. It would have been even better if there was a playground. The map said there was one next to the bbqs but we searched the whole park and couldn’t find them. The food at the restaurant was good too. The heated pool was very smelly and dirty and the indoor pool area was carpeted and felt disgusting to walk on. The hot tub was also quite murky and not quite hot. The indoor pool also had a lot of clumps of hair in it and the floor needed a good scrub.

• Leeanne (8/5): Fun family friendly Ramada stay - Villas are set in a beautiful bush environment. There’s an abundance of bird life. Even though there are many villas the resort feels quite tranquil. The villas are adequately equipped and comfortable. It’s a short drive to the many sights and activities on Philip Island. Their pizzas are delicious and my children loved using the open fire to toast marshmallows. The small, cramped indoor heated pool complex. Swimmers are on top of each other. There is little room for supervising adults and the surrounding floor space is wet. It’s an uncomfortable space. It’s a shame as the outdoor pools are lovely.
• Dawni (1/5): Stay was good please stop steal and scam people for money - The Indian guy who was in the reception literally scammed us said there will be a free breakfast and ask us to write down names we couldn’t attend the breakfast as we over slept and. They have charged 101 dollars out of my card … bloody thieves. Scammers never go back please avoid those free breakfast scammed and their event they are just scammers I’m gonna make a complaint against them and I did not consent any charges out of my credit card when he spoke to me in the I mentioned him I’m not paying for something I didn’t used he said ok all good and charged money out of my credit card bloody thieves Scamming staff

Everything could use a face lift and renovation, it’s quite expensive for what you get. Sales staff attempts to pitch you a timeshare before you even arrive which is frankly exhausting and out of touch.

The couch in our room was very stained and felt dirty, and the place could use some upgrading. I don't believe the pool room was cleaned as there was a chunk of hair stuck to the wall for multiple days.

• Paul (7/5): - Location of my cabin was in close proximity to facilities however there are locations on the resort which require a long walk or drive
• Ivana (7/5): Nice facilities, unpleasant experience with the Wyhdham sales staff (some) pressuring to buy into the time share. - Villas and its surrounding areas of nature I didn’t like how we felt bullied into attending the Wyndham time share presentation. I received two calls prior to arriving and said no, and as soon as we arrived we were pounced on, to the point of us saying yes to attending. When we attended, Rachel was great who as our rep, but then we had an experience with Dave that wasn’t great, he told us we were too blazay because we showed no interest in buying into the time share . I made it clear we were not interested. I found him quite rude after that comment. Times are tough ! Be mindful of the economy situation as it’s not great for some people.

• Richard (8/5): Ok - I will bring bike next time for a short ride into town. - It’s self contained as a resort. The onsite restaurant was very good. Have to travel by car to do anything. Room was very tired and needed a refresh. No fly screens on the sliding doors. TV was not a smart TV. The hard sell of timeshare, very pushy and uncomfortable.

• Ricky (9/5): Will visit again - It was an enjoyable stay we enjoyed the peace and quietness of the property. It was clean and tidy with all the facilities just near us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with the T V not operating which was sad for us. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

• Katrina (4/5): Resort was nice, service was not - The location is lovely being amongst nature, the rooms seem to have been recently renovated and it had a new bathroom and toilet nicely done. The arrival to the hotel was not so welcoming with the receptionist throwing my credit card with room keys on the counter and then going on about a free breakfast if we listen to a 90 minute presentation on the brand. She didn't say anything about the resort we were staying in, no details on the facilities, the gym, the restaurant. The staff overall were not exactly obliging, no one answered the reception phone - we tried 5 times over several hours. The peacefulness of the resort was ruined by works going on in a villa directly behind ours that started with the angle grinder at 7.30am...
