• Cheryl (5/5): If you want a quiet place not central this is ok. - It’s not as easy to get to places without a motorcycle. Bedding was not clean and blood stains, when I asked for it to be changed housekeeping were not there so I had to change it myself.

• Braiko (9/5): - The hotel is not new, but it’s clean, cosy, and has wonderful staff. There’s a restaurant on the hotel grounds with good prices and delicious local food. Great location, almost in the centre of Canggu. Everything is within walking distance. The villa has a lovely, clean pool. What I didn’t like was the squeaky bed and the worn-out bathroom (due to age, not poor cleaning)

• Tania (7/5): Friendly Staff. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager gave us a voucher for a meal or spa because of the issues we had. Was very kind. The rooms need to be freshened up, and bathrooms need to be updated. The toilet didn’t work properly, and shower glass was not nice and didn't have water in the bathroom at night, so the toilet couldn't flush & we couldn't use water.
• florencia (8/5): Great - Location is fabulous, close to everything but still tucked away so it's not noisy. Good breakfast and very spacious room. The staff is super nice Unfortunately we had a little hiccup on the last day... We WhatsApped the property and asked them to kindly book us a taxi for the ride back to the airport, which they did and replied very quickly. However, we found a cheaper ride and messaged the property again only an hour later (and still two hours before the taxi booking time) to cancel and they never checked their messages again, we also tried calling through Whatsapp to no response so the taxi was not cancelled and we ended with two rides. They asked us to pay cancellation fee, to which we said no because we gave them enough time to cancel the ride, and was told they were too busy so they couldn't check their messages. We don't feel this is an acceptable response as we gave more than enough time to cancel, and it is the reception's job to check messages. However the hotel payed the driver the cancellation fee, so we think it has been taken care of.

• Emily (1/5): we left after 1 hour of arriving - The staff were welcoming It was very dirty, rooms had a damp smell, fungus growing from ceiling in bathrooms, rust on bath, pool water looked dirty, kitchen area dirty. Had to book different accomodation as didnt feel comfortable.

• Jonny (2/5): Very poor - The villa isn't worth it at this location. It's certainly a cheaper option compared to other villas in the area but you get what you pay for. Ours was dirty and several items didn't work (fan, fridge, drainage issues). The staff kindly re-cleaned the room but the smell of the cleaning product used was unbearable. We left the doors open to air out the bathroom and bedroom areas and then ran into a mosquito problem (and the smell never left). This was partially our fault, but we were desperate to escape the smell lol. The staff came and fixed the issues in the room, but it felt like we were hanging around managing repairs instead of enjoying our time at the beach. Overall, I don't recommend a villa at this hotel. Just avoid the headache.

• Michelle (7/5): Ok for the money you pay. - Quiet area, room clean and tidy. Staff lovely and helpful . Breakfast was ok. The pool at the time of our stay didn't seem clean enough. Toilet in our room had trouble flushing. The shower head only dribbled water and while there was hot water it was either screaming hot or Luke warm, couldn't find an in between temperature. There was also a continuous buzzing noise that came from a water pump outside our room.
• Charlotte (7/5): Adequate, quiet for being right in Canggu and easy to walk into town - It was clean and nice, probably needs a bit of an upgrade due to aging and weathering. But food was great and the staff were lovely also.
• Emily (8/5): Looks pretty but wouldn’t stay again - The villa was lovely, breakfast was nice, beds were comfy, bathroom was great. The location wasn’t great, you can’t walk safely across to the centre of Canggu due to the bikes all using the one cut through to get around so we had to get a 20 min grab for our family which went all the way round the outside and in again due to the lack of bridges over the river, instead of a 20 min walk which we wouldn’t have minded. Kitchen was very dated and had pretty much no equipment if you did want to cook there so it was fairly pointless.

• Kim (8/5): Bali Dream Villas were a Dream - Our 1 bed villa with private pool was exceptional value for money. Villa was cleaned daily and drinking water provided daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. A full buffet breakfast was included daily in the price which I thought was great value. Quiet area and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk to Echo Beach and surrounding bars, restaurants and markets. Pool was crystal clear and the whole villa space had a beautiful Bali vibe. My only issue was with the shower water pressure and temperature as it kept going very hot and cold with high and low pressure.

You won’t miss it if you have a late night! I went to the spa that’s here and the balinese massage was incredible. Super close to everything, 7minutes max from the beach, heaps of parking available as well. Honestly really worth staying here, i’ve extended my stay twice 🫶
• Naiane (10/5): - Love this hotel. It was the most pricey from my trip but at the end of the trip, I just wanted a place to rest and it was quiet close to the beaches. Very confortable and large rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast, I enjoyed the pool both days I was there and had a massage on my last morning before leaving to the airport. I paid around 12k IDR to get a bike ride to the beaches close by, 160k for a grab taxi to the airport, and onky 25k grab bike to Seminiak (40 minutes ride). Definetely recomended it!

There were many restaurants nearby in walkable distance and it is only a 20 minute walk to Canggu beach. The room and private pool was amazing and very clean! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to rent a bike from the hotel which was very convenient and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, dinner and the spa services.

• Pontus (7/5): Great place to start trip - This place was nice and clean, good service and close to the beach. Very cozy area by the restaurant, where you could take a dip in the pool after breakfast which was included in the price. We stayed in a room directly to the right of the reception. There was most everything you needed and we also got a cot for our daughter with a mosquito net. We liked the friendly staff and the good breakfast buffet, there was a lot to choose from even for us vegetarians. Cleaning every day. Also saw that there were very nice rooms with their own pool, if we go back sometime we will definitely choose these rooms instead. Experienced a little spiritual presence in the room where we stayed, nothing bad. But things moved in an inexplicable way. Canggu overall for us was a bit too touristy and crowded. The beach closest had big waves for surfers, maybe not for beginners and when we were here it was red flagged and swimming was not possible. Nothing to complain about!
• Mark (8/5): I would stay again if the location suited me. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, with a basic but sufficient range of cooked and cold items, and eggs cooked to order. I stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa and it was a comfortable and quiet retreat from the bustle of Canggu. This place would have been very, very nice when it was first built but now, it is showing its age and needs a lot of work to bring it to a genuine 4-star standard. That said, the price was very reasonable and reflected the value.

Not hotels fault, but it was extremely windy which caused the plastic roof on balcony to be extremely loud at all hours. Also walls between rooms very thin.

Many areas not clean Charged extra for dirty sheets, pillows, towels. Never seen it in any other hotel 25years. Inconsisten internet connection Pool was not clean Several items broken and not working at the property Breakfast way below expexted level. No veggies, fruits. Bare minimum. Just dead property. Skip.

• Dhara (4/5): The accomodation has a lot of potential as it is a very beautiful place, it just felt very unkept especially for the amo - There was a lot of potential for the Accommodation We had consistent leaks throughout the villa, through the bathroom areas and in the living area. We had no hot water for the first 4 days into our 10 day stay and were requesting for a solution everyday until it was finally fixed. We had to request treatment for our pool as it went green with algae and was unusable around 3 days into our stay. The included buffet breakfast was very subpar.

• Kylie (5/5): Great location but a very tired old resport. - Great location in a quieter area of Canngu. Easy to find. The villa was very 'tired', and the kitchen facilities were not in a state that I could have cooked anything, as we had only 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 plates! No water dispenser which is vital in Bali, and the fridge was ridiculously small, could not hold drinks let alone any food. Hot water did not work on the last 2 days.

We are not sure but everyone got sick after eating at the restaurant. We also had noisy people in a villa opposite making noise until3 pm .

• Asena (7/5): Overall was a good stay. - Location was great and we loved the private pool. Also semi-open bathroom was beautiful. Their spa wasn't good, I wouldn't recommend. There are amazing spa places nearby that are cheaper and better. Breakfast and one lunch was past of our booking but I wish it wasn't because their food is not good at all. We had one breakfast on our first day and never went back. You can use grab or gojek app to order. Which brings me to the other point, we wanted airport pick up and they charged us more than 350.000rps. If you use taxi by grap app it only takes 40.000-50.000rps. By the way you should definitely bring a mosquito trap or plug-in repellent with you. It's a must we were almost eaten alive.

The fist room has issues with the sink and aircon. We asked multiple times to have it looked into and repaired. They moved us into another room that was issues free which was good.

The structure, in global, requires a little bitt a better maintenance (bathroom was really old and some things were not working, the entrance door totally broken, etc) but in complex good and affordable. Nice area with a lot of different option for food and not far from the sea.
