The flavors were truly authentic and rich, especially the Laal Maas which was perfectly balanced with traditional Rajasthani spices. Every dish felt carefully curated and full of depth. Special compliments to Chef Mahendra Singh Rajput for creating such an incredible royal Rajasthani feast in Ahmedabad. Their passion and attention to authentic flavors truly reflected in every dish served. The presentation, hospitality, and overall dining experience were exceptional.

Yamini, from the very first day of our check-in, made us feel so welcomed, it genuinely felt like home because of her warmth and the sense of apnapan she brought. That personal touch made all the difference. Even on the last day, when the place was quite busy with more guests, both Yamini and Sumit ensured we were looked after with the same care and attention. The stay did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. The experience was quite disappointing. At check-in, the flush in the room was not working, which is a basic issue that should have been checked beforehand. The luggage service was extremely slow, and it took a long time for our bags to be delivered to the room.Room service was also very delayed every time we ordered something, it took far too long to arrive. On top of that, we tried their tea, and it was honestly terrible—something as simple as morning tea should be good, but this completely ruined the start of the day. Considering the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it. The hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but the quality of service and rooms does not match that standard at all. The rooms are overpriced for what they offer.

This was already an emotionally difficult trip for our family. We chose a Marriott property specifically for reliability, comfort, and hygiene during a sensitive medical visit. What we experienced was embarrassing and deeply disappointing. The room condition reflected clear neglect: Bathroom hygiene was unacceptable. There was visible grime and discoloration around the shower fittings. The sealant in the corners was darkened and deteriorating. Rust was visible around the metal brackets. The tile joints looked poorly cleaned. When you are staying during cancer treatment, hygiene is not a luxury — it is essential. Furniture and fixtures were visibly damaged. Chipped bed corners, peeling surfaces, worn decorative items — everything looked tired and poorly maintained. This did not feel like a well-managed Marriott property. Carpet stains were clearly visible. Old marks near the wall that housekeeping should have addressed long ago. Walking into a stained room during an already stressful medical visit was incredibly disheartening. What makes this worse is that this was not a leisure trip. We were in Ahmedabad for medical reasons. In such circumstances, you rely on a hotel to provide a clean, dignified, and comfortable environment. Instead, it added unnecessary stress and embarrassment. This property is operating under the Marriott name but failing to uphold its standards. Basic maintenance and hygiene are not optional — especially when guests may be staying for medical treatments. I truly hope management takes this seriously. No family dealing with cancer treatment should have to stay in a room that feels neglected. Extremely disappointing.

No extra bed that was requested as they ran out. But they did accommodate us with a high mattress on the floor. Limited room service food options for veg after 11pm. Breakfast buffet needs more healthy protein options for vegetarians.

- IronmanPrashant (2/5): Terrible Service and Zero Housekeeping at Fairfield Ahmedabad - My stay at Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad was extremely disappointing — easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no housekeeping during the stay. Despite repeated requests, the room was not cleaned, Used Soap from previous Guest was not removed, and basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. Room service was equally poor. They served hot Pepsi and cold pizza, which says a lot about their service quality and attention to guests. For a brand under Marriott, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the hotel fails badly on cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality. I would strongly not recommend staying here if you value comfort and professional service.

Always face a issue for early check in or late check out. The flight schedule is beyond our control and the hotel policies does not have flexibility or courtesy. Just for few hours of early check in or check out need to pay full amount no matter how many times you have been a guest. Hotels such as Lemon tree has same facility of charges small percentage or day stay or night stay to choose from, unfortunately I could not get reservations there.
