• David (10/5): - Все было просто великолепно. Особенно удивил спа с бассейном из нержавеющей стали, 5 видами гидромассажа и ультра современный ски-рум. С огромными шкафами приспособленными для сушки одежды и хранения лыжного инвентаря! Питание: Отличный завтрак и что совсем редко - можно купить полный пансион с большой винной картой, и неограниченным пивом. Номера просторные. Есть душ и ванна. А так же отдельная туалетная комната. Не смог придумать....

• Paul (7/5): Could be a great hotel. - The staff were exceptional. They were helpful and pleasant. The gym, sauna, pool and ski locker boot room were first class. The food was good and varied. Rooms were clean and serviced well. Only one lift for guests, leading to long wait times. The hair dryer over heated every 20 seconds, the heated towel rails did not work and the hotel was not visually attractive.

Veľmi príjemný hotel, krásne vybavenie a super prístup celého personálu. Aj ked to je All inclusive tak milo prekvapila kvalita servírovanej večere a každý chod bol prekvapením a veľmi chutný. Už rozmýšlam kedy sa vrátim.
• Michael (10/5): Absolut zu empfehlendes Hotel für einen Wellnessurlaub aber auch im Winter eine Top-Adresse! - Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass unser Zimmer bereits zwei Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check-In verfügbar war und das wir als Draufgabe noch ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten haben. Die Damen bei den Rezeption und der Barkeeper waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Nichts, mir hat alles an diesem Urlaub gefallen.

We will be back for 100% - General: big rooms, very friendly staff, especilly our Bulgarian waiter - Nikolai (always "no problem", good wine adviser, speeking many languages), and bar staff- so fast, knowing all drinks, speeking even Polish! All inculsive: one of thes best what we ever been, delicious food, good strong alkoholos, wines choice. Swimmig pool outside: water temp. min. 30 deegre +++ , nice saunas area. And there wasn't any problem to have late check out. So we could ski in the morning last day. For skiers info: ski room - you must see, so big, ski boxes: huge, heated of course, equipped in 230V, 5V sockests. Hotel offers small shuttle bus for skiers in the morning. General: no garage, which makes it difficult to unpack cars on Parking upon arrival and departure For skiers info: location 10 minutes walk in ski boots from nearest ski lift (on the map looks closer...)

One of staff from ski school was unhelpful and showed a bit of attitude when I kindly ask to guide me where is main reception and how the car park can be accessed

Glass at main entrance and by the pool with large cracks. Need repair. Area from pool area to wellness area, small stones a mess, dangerous and need fixing.

• Jennifer (8/5): Overall a fantastic experience, however some small improvements could be made. - This is an amazing resort - you are very well looked after here. Facilities and rooms are awesome and the food is high quality. The staff are very attentive and the service is amazing. The bar staff were quite rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable any time we wanted to order a drink - as if doing so was a massive inconvenience to them. I had to keep reminding myself and our group that we had actually paid for these drinks as part of the all-inclusive rate. When asking for a drink recommendation we were told to look at the menu and on another occasion when trying to make conversation and lighten the mood, the bar staff member was very rude in response. The drinks that we did receive were of amazing quality - the bar tenders are very talented, they could just work on their attitude towards customers. For the most part, the staff at this resort are amazing, however these experiences left a sour note.

Trotzdem wurde der Betrag bei der Abreise im Hotel angefordert. Ist das richtig? Wird der Betrag von Expedia nicht eingezogen? Geben Sie mir bitte Bescheid!!!

• MM (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mitten im Skigebiet - Zimmer je nach Buchung im Haupt- oder gegenüberliegenden Haus. Zwar keine neueste Einrichtung in den Silence-Zimmern, aber schönes Bad, Balkon und Zimmergröße machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Beide Hotelteile über den Keller verbunden. Dort: Sehr gepflegter Spa-Bereich mit Ruheraum im Erdgeschoss. Essen/Verpflegung üppig und gut.

• Andrew (8/5): Excellent hotel in great area - We returned to Alpinresort for the 2nd time in 3 years after enjoying it so much last time, and we weren't disappointed! It's a great hotel and has everything you could need for a holiday in the Alps. Location in the centre of Saalbach is perfect. Just a short walk from ski lifts and shops. There are also several places to visit nearby. The facilities in the hotel are excellent. The spa area has lots to offer including an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna world and quiet relaxation areas. All of which are spotlessly clean. There are 2 quiet roof terraces if you wish to sunbathe away from the pool. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The chilled drinks in the fridge (restocked daily) are great to take with you on a day walking. The food is excellent. There's a large buffet style breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, meats, cheese and freshly baked pastries. For lunch, a selection of fresh salads, soups and hot food. Dinner is superb. You will be served starters and mains with soup/salad available in between. Finally dessert and cheese. You keep the same table and waiter throughout your stay for breakfast and dinner. The staff are all excellent and extremely helpful. They all speak English too, although some much better than others. The hotel is a Joker Card partner which gives you use of a few cable cars in the area and local bus for free. It also offers a large number of other activities for free or at a discounted rate.

Dermed måtte vi vente ganske lenge på å få mat / drikke. God service fra personalet når vi først fikk oppmerksomheten. Ble møtt av en flaske champagne når vi sjekket inn på rommet, det var en hyggelig overraskelse. God beliggenhet med kort avstand til kabelbanene rundt. Fikk jokerkortet først morgenen etter ankomst.
