• Wayne (7/5): Good spa should be hot in my opinion and very noisy with tram and new buildings happening around it would suggest double - Room was good Very noisy double glazed windows needed
• Sverre (7/5): Good Value , and central location in a quiet complex, with all you need close by. - Very central to the G link Tram, and the Northcliffe Surf Club for good food , and walks on the beach. Very handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. And a balcony for breakfast made in the small , but very functional kitchen . The only place I stayed in the world where you got to take the rubbish out with you when you leave. But not a big deal really. Now I know that they have a basement carpark if needed 😄.
• Monica (6/5): Not the best... - It was ok but will look elsewhere. The beds very not great. Did not sleep well at all. Exspecially the roll away bed...very bad. We had to put down a deposite and its been 5 days and still not in my bank. Asked for extra towels and they wanted to charge extra.

• Melissa (7/5): Homely and convenient family friendly unit but in desperate need of some maintenance tlc. - Convenience and spacious homely apartment. Water leak in my bedroom and signs on the roof signifying it was not a new problem but had not been rectified. Rain falling from the roof in heavy spurts as if it had been pooling up there and then plonking onto the little jutted out roof thing outside my window in spurts, loud enough to wake me from my sleep. Our unit was also situated closest to the road with the tan line so the traffic noise was also loud and disruptive from early in the morning until late at night.

Lighting was good, there was enough room in apartment The construction work - But I know that can't be helped 😅 The amount of rules that were set out - which I understand why you have them, but should also be advertised in their description - picture will be uploaded. Older apartment which is also fine, but needs abit of a touch up. Went to make dinner one night and stove was not working. Went to use the dryer after using the washing machine, that also didn't work - Room 36

• Darling (10/5): Good place to be with family - It was quiet, you couldn’t see many people and it makes you want to enjoy the pool. The windows of the rooms were very dirty. I didn’t feel like looking outside.

• valentin jesus (7/5): - la ubicación está muy buena, limpieza algunas cosas podrían mejorar, la cama y electrodomésticos muy bien, la seguridad y ambiente están muy bien. la alarma de humo se activa con mucha facilidad , en mi unidad tenían que mejorar el flujo del humo porque no podía cocinar bifes q siempre largan un poco de humo.

• Kerriyoung (6/5): Great central location, handy to public transport. - Location was perfect for accessing public transport, the beach - each within a 2 - 3 minute stroll. The pool was great & gardens were beautiful. The room was spacious with it's own little balcony looking out over the garden & pool, nicely furnished, clean & tidy, and the staff were friendly & helpful. The apartment is in need of maintenance work with flaking popcorn ceilings & water damage in one of the bedrooms, torn insect screens on the windows & presence of cockroaches. While the location was great for accessing the tram network, it was very noisy due to the tram tracks outside the apartments throughout the night.

• Janne-Alexandra (9/5): Large room in an amazing location - The location was amazing, the beach was just a 4 min walk away and then you just had to walk down the beach for 15min to get to Surfers Paradise. The apartment was very spatial and had a balcony which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying here There was just a microwave and no stove, which would’ve been nice in an apartment.

Cockroachs through out kitchen coming out from behind tiles. Power points not attached to wall correctly very dangerous. Two hands needed to unplug . This may be just this one apartment 83 . We will not be going back to find out

• christel (10/5): Awesome stay so close to everything - Very clean the pool and b.b.q area was loved how close it was to all main attractions, restaurants night life the beach and theme parks, Will never waste money on a shuttle bus ever again when the public transport system is so good....with its 50 cent trip or $1.50 day pass makes it very affordable for families to get around.... The apartment itself, was comfortable with everything a family needs stove washing machine and dryer neat apartments nice and quite area with security gates loads of activities and brochures in the main lobby was a lovely stay Only one small down full is that our apartment did not have a smart TV but other then that everything was absolutely amazing

• Suzanne (3/5): Lots of room for improvement in rooms, the only decent section was swimming pool and garden area - The gardens and pool area were very good we were there for 11 nights the room was not clean upon arrival and not cleaned the whole time we were there and the bed linen not changed supposed to be done on 7th night, the towel rail and soap dish were hanging off wall shower screen was broken also found several cockroaches during our stay. I have stayed there several times previously a few years ago and was very disappointed in how run down the property has become will not stay there again

No replacement milk! Tea! Shower wash! Shampoo! Found cracked glasses in cupboard! Elements didn’t function properly even after having them on for 2 hours they were only warm! Cockroaches on the bench top!! No flannel to wash with! Shower had no where to go except flooding the floor! Rooms were not serviced!

The kitchen tap was hanging off and there seemed to be very little care to keep up with maintenance of the property. The toilet next to the sauna was filthy and was clearly it cleaned in a long time. Unfortunate really because it has so much potential.

Literally every room to kitchen to lounge , just whole thing. Couldn’t even use the rubbish bin as so disgusting. Took pics as that bad. Not fair due as part of payment for accomodation includes cleaning and it wasn’t clean. Really we should be getting part refunded.

• Peta-Maree (5/5): Only positive was the location won’t stay here again - The location was the only good thing about this accommodation From the minute we arrived we didn’t get good customer service the person serving us continued to talk on her phone in another language whilst pointing at things we needed to sign. She hung up the one when she needed to tell us where our room was. Once we walked to the main court yard we were having troubles finding the room and she could clearly see we were having issues the person working there continued to ignore us and clean the concrete Once in the room it looked ok spacious but as we stayed longer we found the issues Stove top broken and the other burners took to long to heat up Hair all over bathroom floor Cockroach poo all over bathroom vanity Carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in some time They had rules regarding towels that if your make up stains it you get charged but I find that bit tough when the rest of the place was dirty

• Aurora (3/5): - Pool was nice, there's a sauna and an outdoor bbq area. Location is also great. The flat was pretty run down and grotty, tried to cook a meal in the kitchen but shouldn't have bothered the stove top and utensils hardly worked, there were signs threatening for crazy extra charges for basic cleaning tasks (eg. taking out the trash), and to top it all off the aircon gave me a mystery illness which took weeks to get over. The complex is a mix of residents and holiday makers so the vibe is pretty weird, also when we arrived the room was not ready for an extra hour and a half after check-in. We booked for the price but regretted not dishing out the bit extra for a different place.

The apartment itself was quiet old, needs an update. Very uncomfortable leather couch in the lounge room. Two single beds pushed together. Bathroom door had holes in it. Everything was old.

• Freya (7/5): Kan anbefale. Tryg stemning og lægger meget centralt til surfers paradise - Det var meget hyggeligt med balkon ud til pool. Dejligt stort rum. Ikke super rent. Men fint nok. Køkken grejet var meget gammelt. Toilettet løb hele vores ophold, plus der var vand i hjørnet på gulvtæppet.

• Lynda (3/5): Certainly was not happy with our room and will not be back. - The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked. Firstly, there was major power issues on our first day of stay. Then the electrician had to come in the following day at 8am to fix it. We left the apartment at 8.15am and no sign of the electrician. No text message to say they were entering our room. We came home that afternoon to find our door was left unlocked and no message stating the issue was rectified. We realized that half of the units power points were still not working but was unable to see anyone to tell them. Secondly, the noise of the tram line at our window was unbearable on the first night. We then moved the mattress out to the lounge room floor and closed the bedroom door to get some sleep on the second night. On this second night also, we were kept awake until after midnight of people carrying on in the BBQ area. I had to yell out the door to tell them to shut up....we were able to sleep after that. Also on this night, my husband ended up cutting his arm on some wire that was left on the bed which led to a few blood spots on the pillow (hoping that they do not charge us for that). Our third night was fairly peaceful (other than people in the room next to us was slamming their door at 6am four times and sleeping on the floor in the lounge). Also, the pool was green and cloudy. No foxtel, no channel 7 and no radio.

• Telesia (8/5): Agréable - L’appartement spacieux, la Proximité de la rue piétonne, proximité du Tram, les équipements dans l’appartement, la place de parking sécurisée, la Gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil. Le calme des lieux. La propreté, on a retrouvé un cafard 🪳 mort dans le salon, les filtres des machines à laver et sèche linge non nettoyé, on a dû le faire. L’aspirateur était plein, on a dû le vider et le nettoyer avant utilisation. Les brasseurs d’air sont poussiéreux. Le click claque pas propre. Sous les lits on a retrouvé des papiers, pièces etc. Améliorer l’étendoir extérieur. Le meuble de cuisine est détérioré.

Just struggled with parking - The room was nice and big, generally clean There was no parking for the unit we booked despite online saying there is parking. They promised us we could park at the front of reception but there was always other cars parked there instead. One of the receptionist spoke no English and had to get her colleague/friend on the phone to translate.

• Carly (7/5): - Lovely gardens and pool area and friendly staff The double/ queen bed we booked for the master bedroom was in fact two single beds placed next to each other with a thin mattress protector which meant the beds spilt apart when we were sleeping !! Found dirty used socks under the bed and someone else’s lip gloss. The Air Conditioner wasn’t big enough for the area it was covering more suitable for a small bedroom Space had to buy a fan for both bedrooms!
• Lilly (1/5): Terrible stay with major cleanliness and safety issues, including cockroaches and broken facilities. - The pool was fine — a bit dirty, but fine. That was genuinely the only positive part of the stay. Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below an acceptable standard. The back door wouldn’t close, the TV had no sound, the shower door was broken, and the air conditioner was leaking so badly that the floor was drenched. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There were cockroaches and baby cockroaches throughout the room, including in the bed, and even coming out of the kettle. The fridge had random food containers and drinks left behind, and there was a spray bottle with an unknown liquid left in the room. We also discovered the towel rail missing, only to later find it shoved in a cupboard. We felt uncomfortable walking to our room because nearby residents were leaving their door open while not wearing any clothes, which we had no choice but to see as we passed. We were told we needed to dispose of our own rubbish or be charged, although staff eventually did it themselves due to the severity of the issues we experienced. The property initially offered a one‑night refund, but when I asked for this in writing due to a language barrier, they suddenly said their manager advised they could no longer email me. They told me to contact Booking.com instead, yet they are not responding to Booking.com at all, even after a reminder email. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience and the lack of accountability afterwards has made it even worse.

• Elaine (5/5): Dissapointing - The property seems to be in the middle of being renovated. It had a nice bathroom and good kitchen facilities but no floor. It was just very dusty concrete. The curtains were falling down and there were think layers of dust on the tv and wardrobe. I went to reception to let them know there was no remote for the tv and that the floor was dirty. The receptionist was very helpful and supplied a new remote but no one came to clean the floor. The location is excellent. It was not value for money and I would not recommend this property.
