El cuarto de baño tiene ducha con cromoterapia. El desayuno excelente. Está situado a veinte minutos andando del centro de Lecce dónde está todo lo visitable. Cómo punto a añadir tienen parking gratuito en el hotel. Nada. Nos ha gustado mucho

• 784QH (10/5): Great hotel for a comfortable stay - Hotel in a great location for visiting various places in Puglia as close to autostrada. The hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds in large rooms. Breakfast was fabulous and hotel staff friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and were really glad to have booked it

• Stefania (1/5): - Soggiorno spesso in quest’hotel e ne sono abbastanza soddisfatto. Ambiente curato, ottimo ristorante, camerieri gentili e professionali. Un ottimo receptionist, gentile e preparato ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo; aveva già visualizzato la richiesta di fattura al check out e quella di non applicare l’imposta di soggiorno al check out in quanto dichiaravo di essere residente a Lecce. Purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa per la receptionist che ha eseguito il check out, e che ha distrutto tutta l'enfasi del soggiorno, indisponente e maleducata. E' stato riferito di non procedere all’addebito dell’imposta di soggiorno in quanto Residente a Lecce. Dopo aver sindacato sui documenti forniti, ha polemizzato sulla veridicità di quanto da me dichiarato affermando che a Lei risultavano dati differenti (come se il luogo di nascita potesse centrare nulla con la residenza) e affermando che “non si può sempre procedere a stornare l’imposta di soggiorno”, come se la non applicazione dell’imposta fosse un suo favore personale o addirittura un abbuono dell’hotel, ignorando, evidentemente, che l’hotel opera come “responsabile del pagamento” nei confronti del Comune di Lecce. Mi chiedo come si possa solo ipotizzare che una persona che spende con piacere circa 300 € in una notte, tra cena e pernottamento, prenotando da booking.com e non dal sito web dell’hotel per poter risparmiare, volesse poi risparmiare il vile importo riferito all’imposta di soggiorno. La receptionist evidentemente ignora, che per certificare quanto da me affermato è sufficiente compilare una dichiarazione di atto notorio (D.P.R. 445/2000) del quale l’hotel dovrebbe averne i moduli disponibili (e non li aveva). Lo stesso atto notorio può essere accompagnato da qualunque documento di identità in corso di validità e non necessariamente da un documento nel quale è riportata la residenza (che nel corso degli anni potrebbe peraltro essere variata senza la necessità di dover aggiornare il documento)

Blizu izlaza s autoputa, 20 minuta pješice do centra grada. Dobar doručak uključen u cijenu sobe. Sadrži punionice za automobile. Soba ne sadrži kuhalo za vodu niti aparat za kavu.

Estacionamento próprio e sem cobrança extra. Quarto amplo, moderno, confortável. Banheiro excelente. Cama ótima. Café da manhã completo. O hotel fica 27 minutos distante do centro histórico.Se o hóspede não tem diculdade de mobilidade, isso não é um problema.

• Georg (8/5): Super Hotel für eine Apulienrundreise mit dem Auto - Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz inkl. Highspeedcharger; man ist sehr schnell auf der Autobahn, aber trotzdem is es sehr ruhig. Ideal, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden will. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15-20 min im Zentrum von Lecce. Das Frühstück ist ok - aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt keine Balkone und die Klimaanlage lässt sich im Zimmer nicht ausschalten. Leider hört man die anderen Gäste am Gang (besonders bei Reisegruppen).

Es un hotel de diseño y con muy buen gusto, silencioso y amplio. El personal es encantador y muy profesional, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas y orientarte. There is no room service, you just get told to come to the bar if you need anything. Which isn't a big issue although for a 4 star hotel I would expect more hospitality.

They don't have a water heater for coffee or tea at the room. I must thank the front desk staff that were very diligent getting hot water for my night tea. They were great but going down to get it was not very comfortable for me.
