- Andras (10/5): Great hotel at a good location. - The hotel is located at a busy train station and metro hub, but not noisy at all. The transportation is great. There ar shopping malls around and restaurants. The Hotel offers a great breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep you luggage before checking in if you arrive early. The only thing which was not clear is that the hotel is accessible via an elevator from the street level. There are no signs. I was expecting this but if an unprepared traveller arrives to the destinantion could cause soem trouble.

It was in a central location near the train and metro stations, so it was easy to travel around. It was very convenient for visiting nearby towns and cities.

Also very close to MIO and Abeno with a wide range of shops and restaurants. A short walk to the park, Shinsekai and Spa World. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. The breakfast options were very good. It would have been useful to have a coin-operated laundry on premises but we were able to find one locally (a fifteen minute walk away) and thus explore the local area.

- J (10/5): Excellent stay in this Osaka hotel, very near to the busy JR Tennoji station and many shopping malls - Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both Japanese and European food, both high quality. Rooms were tastefully arranged, sufficient space to store luggage and very clean. Osaka has lots of spots worthwhile to visit, like the endless Tennoji malls. Our absolute highlight was the hotel's lounge in the evening to have a drink. Great atmosphere, absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and caring for their guests. Japan's hospitality at its best!

- Shunsuke (9/5): - 朝食が美味しかった！ スタッフも親切で、よいホテルだと思いました。 部屋を出たあとの滞在場所がロビーしかなく、多くの人がいてソファに座れなかった。 朝食提供後のレストランの一部を利用可にしたり、テラス席を設けるなど、チェックアウトもゆっくりできる場所が欲しいと思った。

- Minae (10/5): If you want treat yourself then choose this hotel. - Clean and bed is very comfortable. I had slept very well. The location is perfect. Transport and many amenities. Restaurants and shopping departments store next door. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐hotel. Breakfast in hotel is very nice. Only Japanese tv programmes but Netflix and YouTube available. No laundry, microwave, are available.

- KF (8/5): Posh, comfortable and centrally located hotel in Osaka-Abeno. - Located next to Osaka Abeno station - easily reachable from Kansai International Airport and you can easily venture out elsewhere (for me to Asuka and Nara) from there. Many malls around the station and easy to find food and amenities. room was a bit small and the window has no view. Though the hotel was very prominent, it was difficult to locate the entrance - which is at the side of Yoshinoya. They charge me some tax on checking in.
- Minae (9/5): Wonderful location and many choices transport, restaurants, boutiques. - Beautiful hotel and fanatic location and breakfast menu was great Didn’t have safe, laundry machine and coffee maker wasn’t in the room. BBC news and Sky news weren’t available to watch. Bus has YouTube and Netflix.
