- Rafal (9/5): I had very pleasant stay there, I would more than happy to rebook it. -

- Bronwyn (6/5): Budget stay. Quiet location. Owners recommendation for dinner was a highlight, a great local restaurant - We were on the top floor at the back and able to sleep with the windows open. Quiet neighbourhood. Felt like away from the city peaceful Toilet in the room very close to the bed. Odd to have the owner living area as the foyer and him waiting for you to come and go
- Rustwk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bazebidia (7/5): Nice - Calm Too bad we got a curfew at 11pm, I can understand but it is too bad.
- Kocha (10/5): Exceptional - Really interesting place to get in. It is kind of pansion where the owner lives on the first floor and guests on the floors above. Owner is English speaking, pretty friendly and polite, provided with information about sights around Nagasaki. Hotel location is 20 mins from Nagasaki station - not that far.
I also really liked onsen.
- Shannon (5/5): Passable -
- Emily (9/5): Great location, comfort, and environment! - The owner and his family are very kind and welcoming! They gave great recommendations for places to visit and invited me to have tea and dinner with them. It felt less like coming back to a hotel and more like coming home to family.
The location is fantastic for accessing Nagasaki station and traveling to other popular destinations by foot or on the city tram. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the pillows were so soft, which seems to be rare in Japanese hotels! The walls are thin, so you will hear guests in the room beside you talking. Each guest floor has a shared shower/bathing room open from 5-6 until 8 am, so if you prefer bathing in the morning, you'll have to get up early.
- Aaron (5/5): Passable - Not much to say about this place that is definitely NOT a hotel. Is more like Airbnb with multi units . Place bit bizarre with Swiss House theme , 80's Japanese gizmos and all metal room door covered in vinyl. Place hasn't seen any updates or retouching since it's been done . My rooms was Coty View meaning got to see 35 degrees of busyand noisy local street and other flats . This place is more like motel with zero extras apart bed and shared shower. And would say that this place is OK for one or 2 nights but no more then that.Shared bathroom was big and with all shampoos etc. provided I'm hard-core experienced Traveler and stayed in countless hotels. Motels and private places but have never had to shoes off in a HOTEL as soon as the front door was open this includes bout 20 different hotels across Japan. I was greeted by the owner who right by the front door stopped me going any further and told me to take shoes off on put slippers on that maybe other 500 people wore ( they where not single use ) , I found this bit bizarre and and welcoming , but then realised that in order to get to the lift to get to my room I have to go trough reception that's looks like his living room/ dining room . On checking in got told bout 20 different rules , stopped listening him after first 2 so not sure what other 18 was . Don't do this Don't touch that dong go there do this and so on and on. Like I said no hotels greet you like this and only get this sort of welcome nowadays when booking Airbnb where there are more rules that you woukd want to hear and for this reason stopped doing Airbnb as they just as expensive as hotels and thisnplace is just like typical Airbnb, not hotel.
Room.was spacious, no TV, No coffee or tea making facilities, generally looked very clean , white towels, and toothbrush kit provided. Matress was as ild as the house and had pieces of metal diggingin to my back...

- Christine (10/5): A cute place in a great location. If you’re going to Nagasaki, this is the place to stay! - cute rooms and great service! the family that runs the place is super sweet :)
- Maureen (9/5): Superb - I liked that we were close to temple and quiet area of area of town. Easy access to tram 3 which travels to main station and peace Park and museum
Interesting neighbourhood. Enjoyed meeting famliy. We didn't realise our booking was reduced with a national travel discount and didn't understand what this meant
So some Initial misunderstanding.
- Manabi (9/5): The host and his family were so sweet. A very comfortable stay - the host and his family were super friendly and helpful.
the room was clean and the beds were comfortable There was a time limit for the onsen, you could only use it until 8 a.m. so you should either use it at night or wake up early to use it. of course the first day that we slept in, the host turned on the boiler for us to use it, but we should’ve been mindful in the rest of our stay and wake up early if we wanted a morning shower.
also they had a curfew for 11 p.m. which forced us to rush through most of our night events.
although its understandable since the host family lives downstairs. But it is not recommended for those who want to have late night activity and sleep in, in the mornings
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Aiden (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leela (8/5): Lovely pension at good price - The proprietor and his family were very welcoming, even though we arrived after 11 pm on the first night. The rooms were large and quiet, and although the shower and bath were shared, it was super clean. I had a very good sleep on all nights. I liked everything except the beds were a little soft.
