Andre (8/5): Super Hotel am Meer mit traumhafter Aussicht - Lage sehr gut am Meer, Frühstückraum traumhaft im 6. Stock, mit 180 Grad Panorama Aussicht auf das Meer und dem Hafen. Frühstück: Auswahl, Qualität exzellent. Generell Zimmerqualität sehr gut. Abendessen im 6. Stock leider ausgebucht, wahrscheinlich da Lage aussergewöhnlich. Restaurant leider nur morgens, mittags, abend offen, wäre super auch am Tag auf der Terrasse. Deko nicht mein Fall, eher wie Zuckerbonbon... ist eher 4 Sterne als 5. Nicht ganz billig, aber ok.

Damian912 (8/5): Good hotel with reservations about breakfast. - My main complaints about the hotel are the breakfasts. There were often no available tables, and we had to wait. No one informed us that the breakfast price included fresh orange juice and many other extras, such as soft-boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelets, and so on. This is a serious omission. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and knowledgeable. The gentleman who helped travelers with their luggage and advised on many other matters was also excellent.

Damian (7/5): Należy zastanowić się nad formą śniadań i zapewnieniem stolika dla podróżnych. - Bardzo uprzejme i kompetentne Panie w Recepcji hotelu. Rewelacyjny Pan, który pomaga podróżnym z bagażami i służy w wielu innych kwestiach. Zarządzający hotelem zdecydowanie powinni pomyśleć o śniadaniu. Zdarzało się i to nie raz, że nie było wolnych stolików i trzeba było swoje odczekać. Nikt nie powiedział nam, że można u kelnera zamówić w cenie śniadania np. jajka gotowane na miękko, jajka sadzone, omlety i wiele innych dodatków włącznie z kawą espresso. Do duże zaniechanie.

It looks kind of like retro 70s, but -- truth be told -- it's a good hotel, well-located, and offering a good mattress and good bathroom. The only knock we had was the lack of drawers. Not one was availabale for storage of our clothing. That's no reason for selecting elsewhere, but it is a bit odd. The location is outstanding. The service is fine. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Barbara (9/5): Es hat uns in diesem Hotel sehr gefallen - Das Restaurant mit der wunderbaren Aussicht Unser Zimmer mit Balkon mit Stadt- und Meersicht Es war ein Spezialfall: Im Hotel haben wir erst gemerkt, dass wir aus uns unerklärlichen Gründen zwei anstatt ein Zimmer reserviert hatten. Wir benutzten nur ein Zimmer (mit Balkon). Es war keinerlei Rückerstattung möglich, obwohl das Zimmer die letzte Nacht, die wir da waren wieder benutzt wurde. Aber das Hotel spendete uns dafür eine Malzeit. Vielen Dank.

Sue (8/5): Good location, more about style than functionality. - Good location on sea front, not too far from shops and old town. Good breakfast with marvellous views of the harbour. Very modern design furniture and the lighting in public areas was exceptionally dim. Bedside table tipped over and sent everything crashing to the floor when I leant across and knocked the flexible lamp into it. Reception staff were helpful, though sometimes a very long wait as there was often only one receptionist on duty. Need more staff. 2 Sachets of Nescafé in room, no fresh coffee.

Bardzo miła obsługa Wystrój specyficzny meble i ściany w kolorze błękitnym w połączeniu z kolorem pomarańczowym. Tworzy to trochę kiczowate wrażenie. Meble lekko podniszczone. Wykładzina na korytarzach wymaga odświeżenia.

Elena (10/5): - Ранее в Бари останавливались только в апартаментах, в этот раз поездка была морально сложная и хотелось скрасить ее красивым отелем. выбирали между несколькими, остановились на этом из за близости к морю- для человека с севера взгляд на море уже радость, но отель оказался выше всех ожиданий. Красивый, нежный, уютный, спокойный и очень мягкий. Есть номера с видом на море, но без балкона и с душем за прозрачными стенами без двери, по запросу нас поселили в другой- с закрытой душевой и балконом. Виды потрясающие и в ясную погоду; и в пасмурную- море, маяк, набережная и часть города. Несмотря на низкий сезон, бассейн подогревался, душ у бассейна был теплый и работал спа, это было особым удовольствием. Хочется сказать отдельно про спа тераписта Пальму, она волшебница, очень качественный массаж, полное понимание запроса без слов, она чувствует все руками. Цена на массаж очень спокойная и специалист на месте всегда, то есть можно выбрать удобное время в моменте, а не с записью сильно заранее. Читала выше про завтраки негативные отзывы, полностью не согласна- есть все на любой запрос. Плюс свежие местные сыры и ягоды/фрукты каждый день. Очень порадовал ассортимент продуктов без глютена и лактозы, такого выбора нет во многих лучших мировых отелях. Сам ресторан на высоком этаже с панорамными окнами, столики сервируются так, что ты постоянно любуешься сказочным видом. Вечером ужинали в этом же ресторане почти каждый день и не успели все попробовать- много необычных блюд местной кухни, свежий улов и очень вкусно. Отделка комнат тканью в цвет штор, бело голубые тона… пожалуй, пора остановиться). Благодарим персонал и руководство за невероятно мягкую атмосферу и внимание. Очень хотелось бы вернуться.
Paweł (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok podczas śniadania, hotel zlokalizowany przy promenadzie nad brzegiem morza. Świetny kontakt z obsługą hotelu (przed oraz w trakcie pobytu). Bezpieczna okolica, ok. 15-20 min spacer do dworca kolejowego oraz do zabytkowego centrum. Bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą hotelu, bardzo pomocna, miła i uprzejma. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia. Wszystko działa ale po prostu widać ślady zużycia. W bardziej popularnych godzinach na miejsce przy stoliku podczas śniadania trzeba było chwilę poczekać (w tym czasie można podziwiać piękny widok miasta).

Andrea (1/5): Pet-friendly? NO Non è un 5 stelle!!! - La posizione stupenda. Il sevizio di car-valet. Accoglienza al desk. A parte la pulizia (pessima), dopo avere accettato la mia barboncina di 2KG sia telefonicamente che alla reception, mi è stata fatta un scenata a colazione dove la piccola dormiva nella sua borsa, nonostante abbia chiesto di mangiare sulla terrazza anche questa richiesta non è sata accetata. Sono stato contattato via whatsapp per comunicarmi che la cagnolina non era più benvenuta. Nessuno della direzione si è palesato ed anche dopo una mail al Manager (?) non ho avuto risposta. Ho effettuando subito il check-out perdendo 1000 euro. Assolutamente non è un 5 ***** Esperienza pessima.

Aronfeld (10/5): Graziana Is The Reason To Stay Here - If I could give this place six stars I would. Let’s start with the incredibly charming and professional staff led by the amazing Graziana! I’ve stayed at hotels from Saudi to Singapore and I’ve never encountered a more professional and caring GM than Graziana. She arranged rental cars, reservations, trains and buses and served not just as a concierge but as a genuine guide to this lovely part of Italy. She sets the gold standard for professional service. Bravissima! The hotel is well located and the breakfast is worth having included. Loved it. Actually extended our stay a few days. Spectacular.

gessy (10/5): Rilassante - Posizione e visuale bellissima, arredamento spettacolare. Un po meno la camera non c’era la macchinetta del caffè, essendo in due c’era solo una bustina di camomilla e the x due 😅. Non mi piace la doccia in camera trasparente poca privacy.

Ivan (8/5): Very good. - Location, view, size of room is Exceptional. Minor remarks for the room (which I took a picture of and explained at the reception) that are not worth commenting on. They asked for my credit card details in case we leave and forget to pay for services we used. First of all, this is not possible, and secondly, I did not like this at all!

Michael (10/5): We loved our stay in Bari and in large part because of your wonderful property! - We have visited Bari, Grand a number of times and we always find your hotel to be excellent! Great people, great amenities, perfect location and much fun! Bravo to all! My only suggestion, we had requested a superior room, expecting a sea view and the first room, while lovely had no view at all. The staff found us a room with a room and a balcony and it was perfect ! You may wish to be very clear on check in if the room actually has a view!

Tina (8/5): Schönes Stadthotel für Bari-Kurztrip - Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade. Frühstück war gut. Aussicht wirklich toll. Auto wurde vom Concierge abgeholt und wiedervorgefahren (Parkplatz kostete 30€) Großes Hotel mit kleinem Pool am Dach. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein.
Paula (8/5): - It‘a right by the seaside, which is lovely. We had rooms which were directed to the back of the building, but were happy about it, because the traffic can be noisy in the evening. The pool area is nice, however, as it can get really hot, some unbrellas would be nice. Also, the music up there is so loud, which makes it hard to relax.
