Our house keeper Carmen was amazing she made sure our room.was cleaned everyday with fresh towels which was the highlight of my day each time I came. In. • Damien Chanrion (6/5): - Accueil très désagréable alors que nous avions annoncé 2 fois que nous serions là pour 14h. On nous a donné une chambre au 1er étage mais c'est en faite un RDC alors que nous avions demandé longtemps à l'avance un étage élevé....La chambre sentait très mauvais et situé juste en face d'un ensemble de bars et restaurants bruyants et ouverts tard. De plus on nous a menti en nous disant que les chambres n'étaient qu'au 3 premiers étages alors que nous avons parlé avec des clients français qui étaient au 5ème et donc au calme. Dommage car avec la suite spacieuse, la cuisine (hôte en panne donc mauvaises odeurs...). Ma piscine propre sur le rooftop, le parking sous-terrain cela aurait pu être un bon endroit...Sans compter les clients du premier étage souvent irrespectueux à faire du bruit tard...

• Jane (9/5): Great value. Excellent location and helpful staff. - The hotel is in a safe area and there are cafes, bars and a supermarket nearby. Staff are very helpful. When we had a wifi issue in our room, we were promptly moved to another room. The hotel is excellent value for money and we would recommend this place. The rooftop pool is fabulous. The nightclub next door can get loud some nights.

• Louis (10/5): Exceptional service, location and amenities. - The service was exceptional. The cleaning lady was kind, thoughtful and made sure everything was clean, even the dishes I used. The upper level pool was nice, clean and a good place to relax. It was close to everthying I needed: groceries, metro, urgent care facilities, pharmacies and a laundry service. WiFi was strong and accessible everywhere in hotel. The room could have been a little brighter. The hotel is next to another building that blocks a lot of the sunlight.

• Emma (8/5): Hotel en buena ubicación - La habitación en general bien. La cama cómoda. Los utensilios bien. Pocas cosas pero bien. Falta un sartén. El problema es que la refrigeradora y el aire sonaban demasiado. Aparte de eso necesita fumigación, pues había un tipo como purrujas en la habitación que no dejaba dormir, pues nos picaban.

• michael (10/5): Wonderful hotel in El Cangrejo. - The room was very spacious and housekeeping was excellent. Carmen took great care of us and our room during our 5-night stay in room 500. The pool on the roof was great! All was good for us during our stay.

Friendly helpful staff To improve maybe provide more pots and pans etc. Also WiFi whilst adequate is not the strongest with occasional buffering whilst streaming.

Die Lage, das geräumige Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, super bequemes breites Bett, der Pool, die stete Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Panama sind. Leider war ausgerechnet an unserem letzten Tag der Pool wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Das war schade, doch es muss ja mal sein.

• Lina (8/5): Great place for an extended stay in Panamá City - The staff was very friendly and helpful and many spoke English. The suite had almost everything needed for an extended stay. Everything was clean and functional. The rooftop pool was very nice and offered great views of the city. The neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants and stores as well as easy access to the subway. The furnishings are worn. It can be loud at night depending on which side your room is. Some shady areas on the rooftop would be welcome.

• Kevin (9/5): Great bang for buck, spacious room and beautiful rooftop pool. - Large spacious room. Location was close to several restaurants etc. Several chinitos nearby. Beautiful rooftop pool. I suspect most large cities have the streetwalkers. We noticed a couple at night, as well as the morning, however none at this specific hotel.
• Dalila (8/5): Parfait pour visiter Panama City - La chambre est grande, propre et très bien équipée. Les femmes de ménage et le monsieur qui nous ouvre la porte sont charmants. L emplacement de l hotel est top proche de toutes les commodités. Malheureusement les chambres sentent le renfermé, il n y a pas de lumière du jour, pas possible d ouvrir la fenêtre donc pas d air frais pour aérer et la clim et le frigo font du bruit non stop.
