- Samuel (8/5): Great place, only to be let down by one avoidable thing. - Location is great. Decently spacious. Staff were great. Amenities were good. For the most part, clean. I have never seen a couch in any accommodation so putrid. It was actually bizarre to me how this could be left as is. There is no way anyone in their right mind would sit on this. As the first hotel in my trip to Japan, i was left wondering if this was going to be normal. Nope. This was definitely unique. If cannot clean, get rid of it. Photos cant actually do justice. Apart from this, dont let it deter you. I assume this is a wone off gone under the radar, as everything else was clean and presentable.

- NAOTSUGU (2/5): - チェックアウトの朝、機器トラブルなのかお湯が使えなく、フロントに問い合わせても業者を呼んでいる旨の説明以外特に対応が無く（むしろ説明疲れからか少しキレてましたよね？）お風呂もシャワーも使えずじまい。 珍しく都内に雪が積もる日だったこともあり近くのサウナに逃げましたが、フロントで近隣の銭湯やサウナの紹介があっても良かったのにな。。と思いました。 それ以外は駅近だし、朝ごはんステーキだし笑、文句はなかったのですが僕のタイミングでは最悪でした。

- Peter (8/5): Great location. - Location was terrific, very close to the train station; breakfast was tasty and the dining room comfortable; the bedroom (2 single beads) was spacious; the staff were friendly. Hotel decor was quite tired looking and the bedroom furnishings were a bit tatty. Also there seemed to be permanent fluff on the carpet in the corners. The hotel really could do with a refurbishment.

Also surrounded by everything you could need store wise. Would stay here again! The only thing I didn't really like was the bathroom. It was old and musty, and also had what looked like small mold spots all over the ceiling.
- Kristine (6/5): Travelling family of four - The location was great—very close to the metro, and the hotel is right in front of the Donki store. The staff were very accommodating and spoke good English. Even the two grannies who prepared breakfast were very friendly. The hotel also has a coin laundry and they have lots of manga collection in the lobby. The hotel is pretty old, and since we stayed there during winter, there was no heating in the room, so it was freezing. There’s no complimentary water in the room, but they do offer unlimited coffee, tea, and water on the 3rd floor. The only downside is if you’re too lazy to go there, you have to bring your own water back to your room so you don’t keep going back and forth. We also had to pay extra for blankets and bedding even though we booked a room for three people.

- YUMI (9/5): 快適でした！スタッフの方の親切対応、フリースペースも最高。 - 駅近で分かりやすく旅にやさしいロケーションでした。ウェルカムドリンクが長時間利用でき、２４時間コーヒーサービスも有り難いです。思ったより広く快適、使いやすい部屋でした。フロントのスタッフ対応もとてもよかったです。 カーテンが、レースカーテン含めとても古びて汚かったです。当方神経質ではありませんがそれでも気になりました。バスルームはきれいにされていましたが、朝とても匂っていました。設備上仕方ないのかもしれません。

Englisch wird jedoch fast gar nicht gesprochen - aber man kann sich verständigen. Das Frühstück ist gut - Zimmer recht groß (für japanische Verhältnisse). Während des Aufenthalts leider keine Reinigung 😕. Im Zimmer könnte leider kein Fenster geöffnet werden (Raucherzimmer)

Wifi is strong only in the lobby area. Wifi in the room is very weak and useless. The room is clean but well worn - and needs upgrading.

- Andrew (3/5): Dirty hotel with low quality for price but good location I suppose - One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in except maybe one in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Not expected for Japan. Floor was stained to the point I didn’t want to touch it, wall had scuff marks, mirror had crud on it. Found hair on the bed. Not good. Was also quite expensive for the low quality. Staff were very nice, location was great. For a place to sleep, it was fine, but not at that high price.
