• duverly (9/5): Nous avons adoré cet hebergementt - La piscine ouverte non stop, au moins jusqu'a 21h. A cette periode très peu de monde, seuls dans la piscine. Le choix du petit dejeuner inclus. La possibilité de faire sa cuisine ouverte sur la piscine. Le personnel trés agréable. Possibilités d'aller à pied au super market à côte et retrait d'argent à 10 min. Restaurant à coté à recommander HIIRAGI avec possibilite de reserver une table romantique. Loin des plages.

• Sofia (2/5): While the staff was kind, the villa was dirty, unsafe, and not as advertised. I would not recommend staying here. - The staff was very kind and helpful. They even picked me up from the airport, which was included in the package. Unfortunately, the villa did not have a receptionist or security on-site, even though it was advertised as having 24/7 security. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially as a solo traveler. The cleanliness was also far below expectations. The room had dirty bed sheets, a broken cabin, and an unclean floor. I even woke up to find a snail on my bedside table. Because of this, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there. Although I had booked for a week, I had to leave after just one night. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a refund for the unused nights, only a very small partial amount. I honestly feel this was unfair considering the poor conditions and misleading description.

• Renee (9/5): A lovely relaxing stay at Aqua Bali Villa, I’ll definitely be coming back! - The pool was amazing! Also it was very quiet so I basically had the massive pool to myself everyday! The staff were beautiful and so helpful. All the greenery was absolutely stunning too. A very relaxing stay and room :) There’s only one thing I could say that was a small negative is that some of the towels / sheets has some stains on them but you can just ask for new ones :)

We loved the swimming pool, it was clean, it's deep and it was always empty. Very quiet location, not far away from nice restaurants. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a Bose sound system in the room 😃 The hot tub on the terrace of the room looks very old and worn out, I didn't even bother to use it

Staff was accommodating and when I requested a Lil extra surprise for my bfs birthday they far exceeded my expectations. So easy to communicate and quick to respond. Location is a Lil futher out from the town However it was not hard to get transport and get around, 24 hour circle k was a short walk away also.

• Simone (8/5): a very relaxing stay - it’s in between Seminyak and Canggu so if you have a scooter you have the best of both areas the staff were super helpful and friendly beautiful plants throughout the villa the staff kept the place very tidy stains on the sheets the shower head had a build up of calcium and not working very well

Breakfast cooked for you each morning, great value stay. Huge bed! The staff are all lovely and really care about their guests. Some specialty shops nearby for supplies. Difficult to get around unless you hire a scooter. Food options limited for lunch and dinner at the Villa, so dining out or ordering in is likely each day. Cocktail bar is a fantastic option but not always open/available.

• Imadelai (10/5): water villa - stayed here for three nights last week when i had my Nov-Dec trip to Bali.Aqua villa is the first stop.Aqua means water,staying here full of water memory,cuz i stayed at bidadari suite with a private pool.actually,the pool is not closed pool like other villa.it just attached to the room,but the view blocked by plants,so rather private,though you may be watched by someone,but it is worth the money,cuz you pay less and get a villa-like experience.the room is big,the bathroom is big too.only the bath tub got problem,cuz the water cant drain away.breakfast can buy on site,i did buy for three mornings.you can have breakfast by the pool restaurant or at your room.i tried both.breakfast delicious,i love its american and continental breakfast,when i had breakfast at their restaurant,their dog came to me,i shared some with it.the next morning,i had breakfast at my room,the dog went to my room via veranda,so surprising,but this time i wouldnt share with it.so it gone.staffs here is nice,they will greet you every time they see you.wifi just ok. acceptable. there is a fridge in the room,also a TV,pics quality not good,but still watchable.the location is out of the center,so very quiet stay here,and with go-ride,it is ok for me,i can go everywhere by go-ride.the nearest convenience store is within 10 minutes walking distance.staying here is full of good memory,now i still miss the pool,very relaxing,will come again for sure. holiday too short.
• Yelia (7/5): Cheap stay with private pool - I love the private pool and the pricing. It's quite affordable. The room was spacious. I can't complain much with the price of 550k IDR per night. The room looks quite rundown. It's pretty vintage. The bathroom was making a sound and the bathtub was leaking. I was trying to contact the manager if i can get additional one night stay in this villa but the manager was asking me for additional 200k IDR per night as modification fees. I don't think that is logical so I decided to take other hotel.

We changed rooms after discovering a big cockroach infestation. the overall place in all rooms we have stayed were not really clean. We booked the 2-bedroom villa with private pool. Unfortunately in the night it appears there is a big cockroach infestation and they came out everywhere around the pool. The first night one big cockroach was also found in the bathroom. Then in the morning the private pool was filled with cockroaches. Next evening even more very big cockroaches. 4 in one room and 1 in another. The doors in the building are not closed from the outside so the creatures can easily come in. we were offered 2 new rooms, first upstairs, both rooms were not clean and probably long time not used as there was poo of bats/rats on the beds. Then we switched to 2 separated rooms with 2 private swimming pools. Both rooms were ok, but not worth value for money after the whole horrible experience. The owner should invest in renovating the building and get rid of the infestation. the worst part was that the 2-bedroom private villa was still available on Booking.con after we moved, while we haven’t seen any professionals getting rid of the infestation.

The staff was great and picked up any request we had instantly for motor bike hire to fixing the lock on our door. Everything was possible and the team was super kind. We had a great time here. - There is an evil house dog that should not be hanging out there - The location is just outside of the tourist area, what we wanted but its very difficult to enter Canggu due to the ridiculous traffic from here.

• Pedro (2/5): Location wise is awful, staff not helpful, avoid - We had to leave the hotel after the third night being eaten by mosquitoes. They refused to do any refund on the remaining nights. Somebody should tell them that when you build a hotel you need to make sure that the room sliding doors actually close, bugs entering the room all night. Area is truly awful, you can't walk anywhere and closest restaurant maybe 40 minutes walk. Breakfast is not good. They tried to charge us for it even if it was included, they didn't even have milk and some options you need to book in advance but the next day they didn't have them because they forgot. Staff is lazy, and not very nice, several times there were no one in reception, we had to go get them in the kitchen where they were chatting, all the room keys were visible in reception for anyone to take. The place stinks to sinkhole as soon as you walk in. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. What they call "suite with private pool" is really oversold. Do not stay here, I've reported this place to hotels.com so they review if it should be even displayed in the site, I feel we were deceived.
