Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, dove shampoo & conditioner along with liquid dove body soap & dove lotion. Near a lot of food places, the suite we booked wasnt available so gave us 2 separate rooms instead at a lower rate. Loved the experience. Wish we could have stayed 2 nights!

• Sarah (8/5): - The only reason I gave 4 stars to this hotel is because I was expecting a different room. When I booked, I chose a 2 bedroom suite with 1 king bed and 2 full beds. The room we were given was a 1 bedroom suite with the third bed being in the living room. I don’t think that can be considered a two bedroom suite. In addition there was not a king bed. The bathroom was right next to the bed and didn’t have a door separating that area from the bed. The door separated the shower and toilet only. The pictures and description for the room we booked did not match the room we were given. This was definitely a disappointment. We travel to Longview often because our child is a student at LETU. We will not be staying at this hotel again. The cleanliness and staff were fine.

• Chastity (8/5): Nice hotel - Hotel was nice and staff was super friendly! A few things, it says on hotel info that have fans in rooms and jacuzzi which they do not. Just fyi.. inside pool only. Nice seating outside though and all in all really nice. King suites are high size of small apartments. Very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend and will be back for our next baseball tournament.

• Jawad (6/5): Nice hotel, but no soundproofing! - Very clean hotel with different amenities to take advantage of such as the pool, outdoor grills with tv, multiple areas to hangout and watch tv or conversate and decent breakfast. But with that being said, I spent the majority time in my room miserable because of how much you could hear everything above me. They must have built this hotel like an apartment without the soundproofing. The loud thumps from whatever was being done above me lasted from the time we checked in around 6pm to well past 2 am. I banged on the ceiling, called the front office, but nothing helped.

• Kenneth (8/5): - Good property and close to most things in Longview. Breakfast offers a good variety. Room was perfect size. However, the property is a non smoking property yet every time we returned to our room there was a smell of smokiness. Not amazing. Fairly loud in the rooms from people above and in the hallways. Pictures online show a hot tub but they have taken it out which was disappointing. Will probably try another hotel in this area next time.

The morning cleaners knocked on door prior to check out, since no sign to put out they either need to wait until front desk advises checked out- or start after check out.
• Michael (8/5): 7:30 Am breakfast too late - Excellent with one exception: if you have an 8:00 Am meeting across town, you won’t have a chance for your free breakfast because it doesn’t start until 7:30. I stay more than 10 nights a year in various hotels but 7:30 is definitely the latest start for breakfast I’ve ever experienced.

We loved our stay, the suite was very clean and smelled so nice. Room service every day if we wanted. Breakfast was varied and always good, the ladies that tended to it were very kind and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Madison (7/5): Good - The room and hotel appeared to be very very clean. The rooms appeared to have great sound proofing. We have a toddler that did not fair well being outside of her space. One of the doors on the bathroom closet was stripped off of the hinge, if my daughter had tried opening door it would have fallen on her. When we informed management, they did sent up maintenance immediately and it was fixed very quickly. They did leave a screw on the floor, however we did pick it up.

• Veronica (10/5): Wonderful, I look forward to staying again during my next trip! - I travel to Kilgore 1-2x a year to visit my mom and family and only stay at Staybridge as it is family friendly, clean, has great hospitality and the amazing breakfast is an added bonus. Having the option to bbq is another feature I love and have taken advantage of. Staybridge will always be my hotel of choice when visiting my family in Texas. No complaints
• Lindsey (8/5): - I thought it was a very clean nice property but first impression was a disgruntled staff member who was rude. We asked for recommendations she didn’t even offer help. She said she didn’t know. It was my son’s bday and she didn’t even say happy bday. Not that she had to but just want to make her disposition clear. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. The day we checked out, those lady’s were super friendly! The room was clean, the hotel had a bad smell to it.

The room was comfortable, but the pillows barely functioned like pillows. Desk was out of water when we wanted to purchase some. Staff was very friendly and kind, and welcomed us wonderfully.

Tv in bedroom didn't get all the channels that other tv received. Bedside clock could not be set for time but could be set for alarm. We stayed in Grand forks, ND and it was almost identical. Breakfast was pretty good and different each day.
