• Lesley (10/5): Maleah Birthday 2025 - The staff meet us at the front office with all the keys and explained to me everything about the location. She took me around the facilities. There were two local eateries in the area. We went to one and it was great. It was my granddaughter birthday so the staff left a vas of flowers and a happy birthday card. The prices of the meals very high even kids' meals. However, we went to the supermarket and eat in two night.

• Kevin (10/5): - The property itself was very nice. The accommodations meaning the rooms sitting areas were fantastic. The beach was very accessible very close and very clean. What we didn’t like was we didn’t the transportation options. Every cab ride was at least 25 bucks even for less than a mile. The supermarkets were very expensive but other than that it was fantastic.

• Anindita (10/5): Exceptional - For 11 of us, we rented a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom ocean front suites. I will recommend these to everyone. The wide open balcony had a very wide ocean view and a general view of the bay was super. The furniture was comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils etc. The staff was exceptional. They cleaned our suites to perfection including washing used utensils. With tennis courts and pickle ball courts., it added to the fun we had. It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. You will need a car though.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We knew beforehand that there were no restaurants on sight and didn’t think it would be an issue, but during our stay we did realize that we wished there were.

Nice luxury touches like raking the kelp off the beach each morning. Location was on the outskirts of Grace Bay retail area, necessitating a car. Given the exorbitant cost the resort and others like it charge for rooms, food, and everything else, they need to subsidize the development of a better airport. Departing was a complete fiasco. Too many resorts for such a small airport, especially given spring break crowds.

The apartment was beautiful and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, etc. The addition of a restaurant on property would have been great, but we knew this wasn't available when we booked. For the future, perhaps a joint restaurant shared between the Tuscany and the Venetian could be added?

The seats and umbrellas on the beach were well maintained. We had a wonderful vacation. The concierge services lacked communication and follow through. Luckily, we were on the island when there were few tourists so we were able to book excursions the day we wanted them.

• Shantiv (10/5): Excellent time at the Venetian - We were a group of 12 girls traveling for a bachelorette celebration. The rooms at the Venetian were very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and well-kept. The furniture wasn't run down, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook full meals. We had daily maid service who did an excellent job. We didn't need the assistance of the staff much but when we did they were very attentive. In the evening it was hard to find anyone on the property to assist us if we needed a taxi, etc.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there were zero food / restaurant/ drink options on property. It was very challenging with 3 small children. The hotel is also very minimally staffed which was fine, just something to note.

Access to the beach excellent with lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas and shower for washing down once leaving the sand. Beach walks were excellent. Washer and Dryer in the room great The pool area is not very impressive. But with the beach we didn't mind all that much. I would recommend magnification mirrors in the bathrooms. I brought a travel mirror.

• Michael Edward (10/5): - The property is perfect it’s one of the last resorts to the east on a grace Bay. It didn’t feel crowded and was truly relaxing. The unit was gorgeous, the screened in terrace ocean front and as fabulous. The unit we had 3bed 3.5 baths was perfection. It was beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. We had cleaning service everyday and the suite was clean and well a very well equipped kitchen. Everything you needed it was there. We will definitely go back to the Venetian next visit to Turks and Caicos. 5 stars for this property. The lovely front desk ladies Ornella and Coleen were very helpful, they provided a cell phone for local calls, restaurants taxi’s etc. front gate remote for security gate. This property is 5 star.

• Albert (10/5): Too notch condo and view in paradise which should not be missed. - gorgeous condo with oceanfront view, high quality furniture and decor, excellent daily housekeeping, fantastic kitchen with all necessary items, local mobile phone provided on check in to call locally and reach staff at all times who were very responsive, covered reserved parking space, free beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards and floaties provided, easy beach walk to other resorts and to dock for pick up by boat, beautiful pool, free bikes. last minute upcharge for extra guest and was not able to modify reservation prior to arrival online. Unable to speak with staff despite request to speak to the manager. There was a hidden locked extra bedroom which was not unlocked despite charge for extra person and extra bed was not provided as promised so they slept on the couch. it’s best to have a rental car because of the location.

Our room was huge, clean and loved the view of the bay and the kitchen came in so handy… highly recommend if your looking for a quiet clean and comfortable place to stay!

This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had! Loved that it did not feel crowded - was easy to find a beach chair, use the gym, etc. The beach view apartment we stayed in was gorgeous - beautifully decorated and quiet AC. So nice to have a laundry room. The cleaning staff did a great job and were helpful. Also really loved the location - at the end of a line of Grace Bay hotels and right next to a quiet stretch of beach. The concierge was really helpful too and booked several activities for us. Bicycles were available and we enjoyed biking to the shops one day. There is not a restaurant on site but a nearby hotel does have a restaurant/bar that brought us drinks at the beach etc. Our stay was amazing and we were sad to leave! N/A

The property is well-maintained and the staff was very responsive and friendly. The only things that were missing were a restaurant (would have loved to be able to get breakfast at the resort) but The Cabana bar & Grill and Ricky's Hut were steps away and an attendant at the beach for needs, such as, towels, water, etc. Also, equipment for non-motorized sports would have really made this property even more of a stand-out. All-in-all, I'd recommend the Venetian, I would return to the Venetian and I think it's one of the best properties on Grace Bay!

Directly on the ocean with a massive oceanfront terrace all the way across the entire unit that was screened in so we could enjoy sitting and dining outside without having bugs or lizards in our space. There is no restaurant or bar here but it is the last property on Grace Bay and location was just perfect. We loved it. Highly recommend a rental car though to get around from here. Also, if you want a loud, crowded place with restaurant and bar, this is not for you. this is just serene, beauty and unit was impeccable. We will stay here next time! Staff was also extremely friendly.

I am sure that families will love the space but it is perfect for a girls trip. Having the ability to make meals and cocktails is awesome and I was able to have all the groceries delivered in advance of my stay. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. When the Provo Connection car service did not show up on time and I was getting stressed the manager of the Venetian took action and was a total boss. The place is graceful and the staff accommodating which can be hard to find on Turks. My only comment would be that the mattress was uncomfortable but every other space in the condo and outside of the condo was superb.

• EW (10/5): - This is a condo-style hotel located at the eastern end of the Grace Bay hotels. Right on the beach, well maintained and HUGE! Full kitchen, spacious living areas, and the largest balcony we’ve ever had (which was also enclosed with mosquito mesh so you can sit outside without fear of bites. Also: large bathrooms, full laundry and well-functioning A/C throughout. Free parking, daily cleaning service, decent Wifi. Location: not only right on the beach, but also within walking distance of Provo Golf Club. However, it is a bit further away from the main stretch of restaurants that service tourists staying in Grace Bay - and there are no on-site food options. You’ll have to walk to the few nearby places, drive / bike to the Grace Bay Plazas, or cook for yourself. Service- this was our first visit to Turks and Caicos, but it seemed like service on the entire island in general is lacking compared to North American (or even, other Caribbean locations). Having said that, there is no pushiness and staff are responsive to your needs. Verdict: great place, would definitely stay again.

• Lisa (6/5): - It was a very nice property but keep in mind there is no where on site for food or beverages. I would have rated The Venetian higher but we had a few issues during the entire stay. First, the gate which allows your car access to the property never worked - very annoying. We were given a remote clicker and a number to key in but it was always an issue. We had problems with 2 out of 3 of the t.v.'s - even after someone was sent to fix them. The coffee maker - good luck! These were minor glitches to an otherwise nice resort. Would I return to The Venetian? Probably not. Also, if staying here....be sure to request the floor you desire. I did not know this and we ended up with a first floor unit. The first floor had its advantages but our heart was set on a higher floor with a view. I think this started the entire stay on a bad note.
