- John (8/5): Accommodation - On the plus side the accommodation is situated next to lake windermere and the mountains so glorious scenery guaranteed. Invermere is a friendly town with lots of shopping available.
My main disappointment was the failure of communications between myself and the property owner to ensure accommodation was available on our arrival. The instructions on the booking confirmation was to contact the owner 24hrs before arrival however on doing so I was only able to contact an answering machine.
On arrival we could of been left in the street if it was not for the intervention of the janitor and a relative to gain entry to the accommodation - this is not an experience you want after 17 hours of travelling.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There is nowhere to check in, quite confusing and there were extra fees that were $160 above and beyond what we were quoted from hotels.com. Nice place but not worth the hassles
- Jackie (4/5): Terrible Management Company - Booked 2 bedroom condo with lake view. Credit card charged more then website said. Didn't get anything to verify the amount that was charged. I thought I would deal with the company upon our arrival but there was no one to greet us or get keys. Management company is very hard to get a hold of. When we finally did we were given our room number and the code to get in. An hour away from our arrival get a call to tell us that we need to move to another suite. The suite we were moved to had a parking lot view (not what I paid for). I asked why we were not getting the suite that we booked and she said she still had someone in it. She also told me she would discount our bill since we were put in a unit that would cost less. I asked if we could move the next day to it and she said yes and that they would help us since it was their mistake. The next day I tried calling and texting number that called/texted me. I was never responded to again. Since then I have texted them a few times to get our discount and our security deposit back. Again no answer and no refund. One month later and still no refund.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great property, terrible customer service - I rented a 3 bedroom condo in this property for a Christmas family gathering. It was months before I got an email from the property management but did have security about the booking by booking with Expedia. We were driving from different areas, with most of us driving through snowstorms and no cell service areas there. I called 4 hours prior to check in time to get check in information, as there is no front desk. It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone and though they were polite, were very disorganised. It wasn't until over 6 hours after my original phone call that we got proper door codes to get in! Everyone was freezing waiting at the front door and then back and forth to vehicles for HOURS while the ONE disorganized staff member took long periods to get a hold of after giving wrong code after wrong code. Very stressful. Once we were finally in with a temporary code the property was lovely.

- Scott (4/5): Good quality units but horrible customer service - Customer service is brutal. Nobody ever answers the phone, and responses to voicemails or text messages is sporadic at best. Completely disorganized check-in process. Initial unit wasn't ready. Second unit was clean, but cable and internet was non-functioning the entire stay, despite multiple promises it would be fixed promptly. Key to pool room was also missing.
If you luck into a good unit that doesn't require any extra assistance, then it's a very good deal. If you need any kind of customer service, you're in trouble.

- Paige (8/5): Cozy little stay - At first I found it hard to find which block I was in and got lost. I also did not have the number to get through the main gate and my room number was not plainly available in my email either. It took a good twenty minutes just to get in.At first when I arrived needless to say i was dissapointed in the first room I got as it had not been cleaned and was still a mess from the previous people. I immediatley contacted a lady that was provided to me through email and told her what was happening she apologized and put me in a better room on a different level.
Once I was in the new room I was pleasantly happy. It was clean and had a great view of the mountains in every room. There was a book that explained all the rules, any questions I had and anything that I needed to know about Invemere, Radium and Fairmount. The beds were extremly comfy and the place was warm. There was four of us there and none of us had anything to complain about. No one bothered us on our stay, everyone kept to themselves.
So overall my experience was great except for the mix ups when I got there.
- Xiaoli (6/5): Good stay but very disappointed w/property manage - The property overall is family friendly. We have 5 families with 2 apartments booked. The rooms are very comfy and lots of spaces for kids to play and stay. The property management is very disappointing and I was in the know by reviewing the past reviews. Prior to our checking date, I started to contact them to get checkin info. Every time I was told that the email was in the queue to send out, but until now I never got one email from the company. On our first night, one of our apartment ran out of toilet papers and I contacted the management company again. Waited for quite a while and didn't get any. Ended it up, we had to go to fitness room to get one. And now I am still waiting for my bill to be splitted as they have charged me with one transaction without any details on each room charge. After numerous calls, I am at the point that I am super frustrated and give up with the ask.
- Stephen (2/5): Terrible management company - The management company was terrible, made a mistake and out right lied to us. At 7am on the 2nd last day of our stay, I was contacted by them thru text and email, notifying us of a "small issue". They double booked the last day of our stay and we needed to vacate the condo immediately. I expressed our disappointment and the inconvenience in packing up and resettling 2 families and trekking our stuff across the complex to another condo, which only had 2 bdrms instead of the 3 bdrms we originally booked.
This ruined our last day of vacation but we helped her get out of her screw up. So for this, we were promised on 3 separate occasions in writing, that we will not be charged for the last day and will be given a gift certificate for 2 nights to use in the future.
Upon checkout, I asked again to confirm that we will not be charged for the last night and also asked about the gift certificate. There was no response.
Over 2 weeks later, I was charged the full amount to my credit card. It included the last night and was even more than was quoted when I made the reservation. No statement was ever given itemizing the charges. I emailed and texted her regarding the charge and the gift certificate but again there was no response.
When I booked, I read the negative reviews about the poor management but gave them a chance. I never write reviews but in this case, I am compelled to warn other travelers and I hope other family vacations are not ruined by such brutal management.
- mark (8/5): Spacious room, clean and washing machine! - The phone number number is sort of difficult to get through. No information about how to access the underground garage.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was not a hotel per se, but a vacation rental. As a result, we were a little bewildered when we couldn't find any sort of front desk to check in. At first we thought we might have been scammed, but after calling the toll-free number of "Rocky Now" and getting a number that we could text, we received the codes to enter the building and our suite. From that point on, the experience was wonderful. The room was perfect, and the entire suite was incredibly well equipped and organized for our stay. Great comfort and location. Checkout was painless. Would definitely recommend and return again. I just wish I had more details upfront about the check-in process.
- Debra (10/5): - This was a lovely spacious place to stay. I booked online knowing it was a condo however we were not emailed the unit or code numbers. We were fortunate that someone was still in the sales office when we arrived and was able to get ahold of someone to furnish us with the codes etc. Other than that little hitch it was a great place to stay!
- Joe (10/5): - The room was on ground floor. We used visitor parking bit parking was not too far away. Parking Filled up on weekend.
This property is walking distance to beach and to a small boat marina.
The pool was a good.
The main complaint is that after a month we have not received our damage deposit refund. I talked to a live person 2 weeks after and was told it would be done right away and three weeks later I am still leaving messages. Not sure if these people will refund or they hope people just give up and let them keep deposits.
- Karen (4/5): Not a BeachFront Condo as advertised - We booked a basic 2 bedroom Beachfont condo. No beach could be seen from the condo we were given. We had a view of a fast food restaurant parking lot. Which is very noisy between 6am and 9am every morning. The bed in the second bedroom is very uncomfortable. The rest of the condo was clean and basic. We didn't realize that a resort fee plus tax on this fee would be added to our final bill. This condo is not worth the money.
Very disappointed travellers.
- DJM (8/5): Not a hotel - This is a time share being rented as a hotel room. The room/ suite was excellent, very clean and accommodating. The only problem was getting a hold of the rental company to get access to the door key, they would not return my calls, never emailed me after promising too, and finally I spoke with someone while I was on my way to the destination. This was very uncomfortable as I did not know if I could get access to the room.
- Clinton (6/5): - Overall was ok. The condo requires you to call 24 hours before check in which I did. First time I called I got the answering machine and left a msg. No return call 24 hrs later. Again I phoned and spoke to someone who said they would email me the instructions. Never got that email. Phones again and they said they would send me a text msg. Still did not receive. Finally called on my way to Invermere and then received the information.
The 3 bedroom condo only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper total for 2 bathrooms and one hand soap and one bar soap. Could not find details on what parking stall was assigned for the room. We had to park fairly far away in visitor parking.
The condo was really nice and clean but I would not stay here again. For the price and how much of a pain it was is not worth my money.
- Shirley (8/5): Girls weekend - Was a great stay. Room was great, only thing they booked us into a 2 bedroom and I booked a 3 bedroom. Situation was resolved immediately. Cable did not work, other than that was a great stay. Would definitely stay again

- Verified traveler (8/5): Condo rental - We decided to stay at this property as we have friends you own a place and somewhat familiar with it. The process of check in was different, called and met a lady at the front of building and handed an envelop and we were off... The room was not what we booked and our lake view ended being street view, I called and seem keen on correcting it but could not switch for a few days till it was empty or reduced rate. After being settled and on vacation we stayed and accepted the reduced rate. After our 10 day stay time to check out. I called to see what we had to do and how to finalize the bill, I mentioned that they charged my CC 3 days before checkout and more than what I was quoted. Its been 15days and several calls and empty promises of correction and still never received an invoice or anything. Just two separate charges on my CC and no details of what they are or why it is more than quoted and not to mention our reduced rate for not receiving our 3 bedroom lake view.
- Nancy (8/5): Turn key ready & fun! - Overall this was a great family experience. Important that you don't sweat the small stuff though - like we couldn't get ahold of anybody in management until we were actually there but they are busy folks and you just need to keep on calling the number. One other thing was we thought we were getting lake view but got street view but this did not stop us from enjoying all the wonderful things around us. These condos are beautiful and extremely well-equipped. Take care of them as I want to come back again next year!
- afitz (10/5): Excellent location and very pleased with our stay! - We just had the best experience in this 2 bedroom condo. Check-in was very smooth. The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. Loved the 2 bathrooms layout which was perfect for our family and tastefully decorated. The owner is so amazing and we received a five star service. My kids loved the pool and the beach was walking distance. We would definitely be back!

- Scott (6/5): Nice complex, not a great management company. - The complex was great for families; great pool and hot tub, right next to the park and beach, close to all the amenities. Friendly atmosphere as well. Our room was ok (a little dated) but we opted for the cheapest 2 BR so no complaints. Came with toys and games too.
The management company on the other hand was dreadful. The Expedia instructions were to contact the company before arriving to arrange checkin because there is no reception. Left two messages with no reply, finally got through and they said an email with instructions would be sent later that day (no email). Finally on the day of arrival we tried calling again and the voice mail said that their office was closed that day. When we arrived we made our way to the sales office at the resort to see if they knew anything, and fortunately there was a guy at a booth nearby with an envelope for us. Wasn't a pleasant start, but all was well in the end.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice condo, walking distance to the lake - This was our first time to rent a condo as opposed to a hotel room. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The place was equipped with the things you would need for a short stay, just bring your food and condiments and you're set. The lake was literally just around the corner from the building. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Property management were helpful and easy to contact. Great location close to the lake and park for children. Really loved it and will be staying again next year.
- Erin (8/5): Great place for family - Really enjoyed our stay here. We hadn't thought about going with a condo but with three kids under 5, it worked out great. We were able to eat breakfast and supper at the condo rather than deal with noisy, squirmy kids in a restaurant. Lots of room and beds were comfortable. The suite we got could have been cleaner, particularly the deck space. It appeared it had been neglected over more than one stay. Location was perfect as it was a few minute walk to the beach and playground. Overall, a really good place to stay.

- L (8/5): Good location with lots of space. - This was a condo rental and there are no onsite staff. The unit we rented was a very large two bedroom with an allowable maximum of six people. There was a king sized bed in the master bedroom as well as a second bathroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds with a double on the bottom.

- Michael (8/5): Great apartment! - My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Although we never got the free wifi, the tv wasn't connected to cable, and we never got the park view that we booked, it didn't spoil our stay at all.
The apartment itself was lovely. Lots of room, the kitchen was big, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and had everything you would need.
It's not too far from town and is right next to a park and lake.
One thing I will mention is the fantastic lemon hand soap! I loved that soap, almost brought it home with me.
We would definitely stay here again, although I would confirm about the view first.

- Elbert (2/5): Useless people running the place - I talked to the vacation company running this place and was told several times that they'd e-mail me information on how to go about checking in. Didn't get any. Had to call them again on the day that we got there to get the code for the safe to get our keys. Told the pool was going to be open. It wasn't. Tried calling again when we were leaving to get the code again to leave the keys since nobody showed up at the reception desk. Finally shoved the keys under the door. The condo was okay shape, but dirty. At least the beds were clean. Patio was dirty. Information book had info regarding the amenities like the barbecue indicating that you will be billed if you didn't clean it. The barbecue was filthy. Had to burn off crap on the grill and I had to buy a brush to clean it before even using it. Will never stay there again. The people who own the condo should look for another management company to run their condo.
