• Richard (4/5): Not as good as expected - Good location Breakfast was a complete shambles. ‘Hot’ food was cold. Some of the staff were more concerned with getting place settings just right than replenishing food, milk, coffee and tea that had long since run out. Some customers got tantamount to table service whilst others were completely ignored.
• Brenda (9/5): - Everything. The room was spacious, bright, clean, well appointed and had a small balcony which gave access to fresh air. Included breakfast was of good quality and variety. We ate at the restaurant one night and were very satisfied with the quality, freshness and price. Staff were responsive to requests for information. The location is not in the smartest part of town, but feels safe and is about a 20 min walk to the centre.

Cu toate că hotelul are parcare proprie, nu am avut loc în incinta hotelului și am fost nevoiți să ne căutăm o parcare privată, în zonă. Am găsit în apropiere, parcarea Calea Dorobanților, la preț acceptabil, iar cei de la recepție ne-au ajutat cu bagajele până am fost să lăsăm mașina.

• Maria Teresa (10/5): Você não vai se decepcionar. - Adorei o hotel, desde o atendimento na recepção, o quarto espaçoso com tudo bem pensado, o restaurante, café da manhã, menu do almoço e a decoração colorida e alegre do hotel. Recomendo. Está precisando limpar as portas que dão para a varanda.

To nie do końca wina hotelu ale może mogliby jakoś wpłynąć na właścicieli sąsiedniej działki na którą miałam widok z mojego pokoju a tam pozostałości chyba nie do końca rozebranych publicznych toalet . No widok po prostu okropny a szkoda bo hotel naprawdę ładny i zadbany a taki widok psuje ogólne wrażenie ☹️

• Charles (10/5): - Once we had negotiated the bus lanes and no entry to traffic signs by giving up and ignoring them we found our way with the useless sat nav to the hotel in the madness of Bucharests traffic system in our hired car..The hotel sign was too high up for us to see to find the entrance to the car park at first when focused on the sat nav and driving. but we got there in the end. Super safe dedicated parking for guests..The room we had was amazing and the pillows the best ..ever for my dodgy neck..We found our way to the metro and were soon in the Old Town so its a good location for exploring Bucharest.If you are too tired to eat out in town the hotel does a good supper and has a terrace bar. We just need bigger coffee cups and coffee pot option for breakfast..!!

• David (8/5): - The personnel, breakfast and accommodation were great. The only negative was the party that was organized within an event that was in the hotel during the second night of my stay. It was possible to change the room, but the event party was still rather noisy, So one night was not fine for me. Other things went well.

• Krasimir (9/5): Бих дошъл отново тук - Много чисто! Закуската беше континентална с качествени и пресни продукти, фантастични пържени яйца, отлично кафе. Големи стаи и баня, удобни кревати, много уютно. Имах проблем с дистанционното на ТВ, но човек от персонала веднага дойде и ми го замени. Хотела е тих, въпреки централното си местоположение, наоколо има магазини и места за хапване. Не видях градина и фитнес зала.

• Mehmet (10/5): Bükreş seyahati için doğru bir tercih olduğunu düşünüyorum. - Bölge hakkında çok bir fikrim yok ama bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Çevresinde restaurantlar cafeler mevcut. Oteli tercih sebebim hem modern görüntüsü hem de Romanya seyahati için en kritik sebeplerden birisi olan otopark servisiydi. 25-30 araçlık kapalı bir otoparkları var ve biz otele vardığımızda müsaitti. Sonrasında Bükreş trafiğinde araç kullanmak yerine Uber kullanmayı tercih ettik. Odalar modern, geniş ve rahattı. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Odaların içinde buzlu cam bölme ile ayrılan tuvalet ve banyo görüntü olarak çok şık dursa da özellikle çocuklu aileler için pek ideal olduğunu düşünmüyorum. 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk (7 yaş) seyahat etmemize rağmen odamızda sadece iki geniş yatak vardı, kendimiz birleştirip kullandık.
• Corinna (8/5): Great breakfast! Comfy room! - Location was ok. Clean room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. On site parking (limited availability). Breakfast was very good! Great variety and good quality. They even provided gluten free bread. Would go there again. Friendly service especially at the breakfast buffet. Everything was ok. If I can suggest some point of improvement: some of the FO staff could improve their English skills. And, we appreciated the GF bread on the buffet, but keep in mind the cross contamination that can occur. I can imagine that this former ‘5star’ hotel did not meet the 5 start standards so now it has 4stars and it is perfectly fine as a 4 star property. Maybe it is ran by a family (staff has no uniforms). If so, they do really a good job.

• CHARIKLEIA (10/5): THE PERFECT CHOICE IN BUCHAREST - H περιοχή είναι από τις καθαρότερες και ασφαλέστερες της πόλης. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει εξαιρετικό design, τα κρεβάτια μεγάλα και άνετα, το πρωινό πλούσιο, η εξυπηρέτηση στη reception άμεση και ικανοποιητική σε όλα τα θέματα του group μας

• Gennadiy (10/5): - Хороший удобный городской отель. Отличный паркинг на нулевом этаже, хороший завтрак, без каких-то разнообразных блюд, но сытный и качественный. Нельзя сказать что это большая проблема или отрицательный отзыв, но родителям с детьми будет не комфортно. Причина в отсутствии изоляции туалетного пространства - прозрачные перегородки, которые не закрываются и не закрывают почти ничего... Это конечно дизайнерский проект, он имеет место существовать, но я бы рекомендовал АДМИНИСТРАТОРУ отеля ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАТЬ клиентов об этом. Возможно есть другие номера, но тогда администратор должен распределять гостей в составе семей которых есть дети и предупреждать о таких особенностях в номерах.

• Martin (9/5): Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel unweit vom Zentrum - Ein wirklich schönes und freundliches Hotel, schade dass ich nur eine Nacht bleiben konnte, ich komme aber bestimmt wieder. Stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, dem nichts gefehlt hat, eine Parkgarage die bei größeren Autos allerdings etwas Fahrkönnen erfordert. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ich war wirklich begeistert Nichts was der Rede wert wäre.
• DFCS (9/5): Uma excelente opção de alojamento no centro de Bucharest que pode ainda melhorar. - Localização, limpeza, silêncio, custo/qualidade. Pequenos aspetos, quase de pormenor mas que contam na apreciação geral. O hall de entrada esteve, nos dias em que estive alojado, sempre ocupado com uma exposição muito grande quadros, o que diminuía a utilização desse espaço pelos hóspedes. Embora abundante e, em termos gerais, de boa qualidade, falta ao pequeno-almoço, por exemplo, um toque premium, como compotas e doces regionais, queijos locais mais saborosos.
