Aircond not function well, no phone to contact receptionist in room, no refreshment like before ( tea and coffee sachet),outside people can see mankind in toilet due to the rubber door cover came off. i will come again due to good location. HOPE PEOPLE CAN GIVE GOOS SERVICES LIKE MY FIRST TIME STAY IN AMARIS JUANDA AIRCOND NOT SERVICE. MANY DUST ON AIRCOND

• Abdeljalil (8/5): Bon hôtel - Hôtel bien situé, à côté des transports. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet Chambre assez spacieuse, lit confortable. Pour le standing de l'hôtel, un petit rafraîchissement est à prévoir (peinture, joint de la douche, ...)
• Mohamed (7/5): - L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone très fréquenté, à moins de 5 min à pied pour atteindre la station de métro Juanda. Personnels très serviable , accueillant et souriant . La chambre est propre, équipée de tv, climatisation, salle de bain bien entretenu. Le seul inconvénient qu'on a constaté dans la chambre ce qu'il n ya pas un refrigateur.

• Matt1108 (8/5): Fair - Located just beside Juanda Komuter stn, and 20 mins walk to Gambir Train Stn. Welcome drink was a self-service, tea/coffee at the cafe 🤣. No cold drink/juice.There wasnt really any hot shower, just lukewarm.

There was a tour group that stayed and the kids really noisy early in the morning. However, it's not a deciding factor. If you plan to enjoy the nightlife, this place is quite far.

• Nurul (9/5): Good stay worth the price - Location walking distance to masjid istiq’la. Near to eateries. Clean room. Comfy bed. Room not big but okay for small family. My son stay for free (4y/o) in same bed. Breakfast included though food selection is not much, still can have decent meal. None

I spot so many cockroaches when entering the room, and the bath room is full of mold and smell moldy too. On top of that, the towel and bed sheet ver kind of dirty or have been used for years . 😐😐 Very disappointed with the room quality and cleanliness.

• Tigran_1 (8/5): Affordable hotel in the center with great breakfast and quick access to many facilities - Nice and affordable hotel near the National Museum(MONAS) just in the very heart of Jakarta. It's situated just 1 minute walking distance from Juanda station, where you can take a train. Breakfasts were astonishing plenty of local food and fresh veggies/fruits every morning. The room had no fridge, which might be a turn off for some guests. Also the linen was not clean unfortunately.

• Muflih (4/5): - The building is old. Unfortunately it seems like they do not maintain the building properly. The sink was (almost) clogged, no curtain in the shower space which make the entire bathroom wet and flooded. There are a lot of cocroach moving around the room. It was really disgusting.
• Sd (7/5): Conveniently located, good breakfast, great staff, wish the bathrooms were a little better. - The staff were very friendly, helpful, patient and responsive. The location was excellent: central and convenient. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was large and varied and delicious. I appreciated the availability of a safe, and of drinking water. The rooms were smaller than expected, and the bathroom was much smaller and less equipped than expected (lack of shower curtain meant the whole bathroom got wet after every shower). The shower water didn't get very hot. There was no hand towel provides in the bathroom, nor any spare towels other than just 2. There was a lot of noise in the room from the hallways and neighbouring rooms often very early in the morning (before 6am) almost daily. This disrupted our sleep, and would have been even worse if we weren't already waking up before dawn because of jetlag. Overall didn't quite meet the original expectations for the price, but good enough.

• Sarah (8/5): Strategic Location in the heart of Jakarta - The hotel is located right next to Juanda train station and bus way. Very strategic. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. The hotel even has water dispensers! It is the second Amaris we have stayed in and the quality is consistent. The restaurant closes early; however, there are many restaurants in the area to choose from.
