Es gab in der Rochbar jeden Abend Live-Konzerte bis 2 Uhr am Morgen! Es war sehr sehr laut!!!! Sehr laut und für mexikanische Verhältnisse sehr unfreundliches Personal! Die Köchin war aber super nett! Die Lage ist super, da alles gleich un die Ecke ist, leider auch die Live-Rock-Bar 😩

El omelette bueno, el café aceptable. El pan dulce es 1 pieza por persona. Todo podría ser de mejor calidad. No hay elevador ni rampas de acceso para movilidad limitada.

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, fijn dat je recht voor de deur afgesloten kan parkeren. Het ontbijt is oké maar heel mager. Je kan een eigerecht kiezen (maar als je geen Spaans spreekt is het lastig te ontcijferen waar je uit kan kiezen). Verder is er nagenoeg niks. Limonade en koffie. En als je geluk hebt een bordje watermeloen. Bij ons liepen er mieren over wat gesneden brood dat klaar stond. Ik had een koelkastje op de kamer fijn gevonden, omdat er verder geen barretje is. Dan kun je zelf ‘s avonds nog een drankje doen of je water koud leggen.

• Liesel (8/5): Best location and incredible staff - The best location. Such lovely staff! Aircon & pool were essential. Beautiful building. Same building houses the Colibri tour company which we had booked 4 full day tours with, which were brilliant. Excellent communication throughout. They even packed our breakfasts to go on the days that our tours left at 7am. Given a bottle of water each on arrival, which we could refill from the water cooler at reception. Breakfast is very basic. Definitely felt like we desperately needed a small fridge in the room, but agree that the amenities were accurately described. On our last evening, some new arrivals were rather rowdy at the pool.

• Diana (8/5): Tolles Erlebnis auf Durchreise - Die Atmosphäre im Innenhof ist wirklich einmalig und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten die Suite im EG und ein zusätzliches DZ im 1. OG. Leider sind beide Zimmer sehr dunkel. Die angrenzende Hauptstraße war sehr laut und selbst, wenn die doppelten Fenster samt Schlagläden geöffnet waren, kam kaum Tageslicht hinein. Am Abend macht das natürlich nichts und die antike Ausstattung, der Stuck und die hohen Decken sind wunderschön. Außerdem konnten wir kostenlos einen bewachten Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite nutzen. Für zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise durchaus zu empfehlen, da das Hotel einen einzigartigen Flair hat. Länger würde ich dort jedoch nicht bleiben wollen, da die Zimmer sehr dunkel und die Betten sehr hart waren. Außerdem war es in der Suite sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage im vorderen Raum hat nicht funktioniert.

• Victor (3/5): Completely ruined stay: Constant harassment, no hot water, used toiletries and unprofessional staff - The hotel looks beautiful at first glance and has an amazing location. I booked a two-night stay at this property, but the experience was so poorly managed and stressful that we were forced to check out early. Harassment Over Payment Despite paying for my reservation in full days before arriving, the reception staff repeatedly harassed us well into the night demanding payment. They refused to verify their own system or look at my proof of payment which had been made days in advance and for which I had multiple confirmations sent to me by my bank and booking.com. Having staff constantly stop yoy and interrupt your evening for a mistake on their end is completely unacceptable. Room Issues & Lack of Basic Amenities Our room did not have hot water. After bringing this to their attention, their "solution" was to make us walk to a different, unoccupied room just to take a shower and then it was implied they did us favor by allowing us to do so. To make matters worse, we found previously used bath products left in our room upon arrival. I'm talking half used shampoo and conditioner bottles. Gross, but luckily we had our own to use. Uncomfortable Breakfast Experience The poor service continued the next morning. The kitchen staff was noticeably hostile and seemed bothered by basic questions, like where to sit or if there was more milk available. It made for a very tense and uncomfortable environment during an included amenity. We didn't dare ask for anything after that, we quickly ate and left. Management Response The next morning, the manager finally intervened, checked the system, and confirmed that our stay had indeed been prepaid the entire time. She apologized for her staff's behavior and acknowledged that it made sense for us to leave early, but the damage was already done. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you want a relaxing stay with competent, professional customer service, look elsewhere. The location is amazing!

Las instalaciones son bonitas, con un estilo colonial muy agradable, y la ubicación es excelente: en pleno centro, muy cerca de museos, monumentos históricos y una gran variedad de restaurantes. Como sugerencia de mejora, el servicio en el restaurante podría ser más ágil y contar con mayor disponibilidad de productos en horas pico. Por ejemplo, alrededor de las 7:30 a.m. ya no había pan dulce, y la reposición de café tardaba más de lo esperado. Asimismo, sería ideal contar con un espacio más adecuado para el resguardo del equipaje.

Personnel de la réception aimable. Chambre au confort suffisant mais sans plus. Pour info : L'hôtel comprend 13 chambres, sur 3 niveaux. Un petit déjeuner très limité en quantité et qualité. Pas de buffet !!!! Juste du café noir, du lait et du pain blanc de qualité médiocre. Nous devions desservir notre table. Nous étions au niveau 3, desservi par deux escaliers raides (fatigant à 75 ans!!!). Hôtel géré par 6 employés (2 réceptionnistes, 1 bagagiste, 1 femme de chambre et 2 cuisiniers). Ceci explique certaines carences !!!!!

Erano fatte tipo persiana di legno con il risultato che ogni rumore entrava in stanza. Purtroppo ero sopra la cucina e sono stato svegliato alle 5.30

• Simon (8/5): Bien pour un court séjour à Merida - L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, situé dans le centre de Merida avec un parking privé et sécurisé (car impossible de stationner dans la rue passante), même s’il faut demander pour entrer et sortir du parking. La fontaine à eau fraîche est vraiment appréciable puisque l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable au Mexique. Le personnel est très gentil, toujours à l’écoute. L’hôtel et la chambre sont très propres et le ménage était fait tous les jours. Dommage que pour le petit déjeuner il n’y ait que deux options à base d’œufs à chaque fois et que les pancakes soient réservés pour les enfants (on nous a refusé d’en faire parce que nous sommes adultes). La chambre est bien mais petite, idéale pour quelques jours sur place, pas plus. On a du mal à avoir de l’eau chaude avec notre douche. Et aussi il faut s’attendre à être réveillé vers 7h par le tintement des assiettes et des casseroles de la cuisine à proximité de notre chambre.

• WUENDY (8/5): - Tiene buena ubicación, limpio La señora que nos preparó el desayuno lo hizo de mala gana, se notaba molesta y se noto mucho la diferencia de trato con respecto a los extranjeros que se encontraban ahí, con ellos era amable Además que el desayuno era de 7 a 12pm según recuerdo, y a las 8am nos dijeron que ya sólo tenían omelet
• Esther (9/5): Hôtel resté dans son jus avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. - L’hôtel est en plein centre de Mérida avec parking à disposition, un vrai plus dans cette ville fréquentée. La chambre est très confortable et pleine de charme. Rien 😊

En nuestra habitación se escuchaba un ruido insoportable (al parecer la planta de luz) no dejaba dormir era muy fuerte, cuando me acerque a la recepción la persona encargada del turno nocturno no resolvió dijo que ella no estaba capacitada para eso, entonces con quién se supone que debía ir? Súper grosera, me dijo que era mi problema, que como había hecho reservación por Booking no podía ayudarme. Nos faltó al respeto al decir que éramos exagerados Tiene una pésima actitud, súper grosera, nada resolutiva Después nos cambiaron de habitación, pero fue la chica de la mañana la que resolvió el asunto Ese gran detalle marco mi estancia ahí Todo el demás personal bien. Educado, amable excepto ella

Non ci fornivano mai il numero sufficiente di asciugamani,ogni giorno dovevamo.andare a chiederli (siamo 4 e ne davano solo 2, non.so bene il motivo). Un giorno non ci è stata nemmeno pulita la camera.Colazione a buffet inesistente,solo burro e marmellata razionata,non lasciata a disposizione. POssibilità di scelta tra due piatti cucinati sul momento. Menù bambini cancellato davanti a me il primo giorno senza spieazioni e mai più riproposto (erano puncake,niente di così elaborato). Cuoca poco gentile.

• Diana Yamilet (10/5): SUPER RECOMENDADO - La ubicación es super, a unos pasos del centro, llegamos en la madrugada y sin problema nos atendieron, la habitación de muy buen tamaño y el lugar está bonito y ambiente agradable, la persona que nos atendió en la madrugada muy amable 10/10, sin duda me volvería a quedar y lo recomiendo mucho. El desayuno es lo suficiente, se tienen diferentes opcione a elegir dependiendo el día, si se desayuna ligero queda super. Solo el area del desayuno estaba un poco sucio.

Beware of scam attempts. - Location, breakfast, cleanliness and attention of staff would be good value for money... if only there wouldn't have been a scam attempt using my personal data. Unfortunately, it appears that the hotel might be leaking guests' information to scammers. I've been using booking for many years now and now that I stayed at this hotel I received a clearly recognizable scam attempt (if you are paying attention). The scammers had my phone number, the dates of my stay and my name, so they were able to make an almost credible argument to ask me to re-confirm or resend the payment information. Fortunately, my eSIM was having difficulties, so that the message was received after my actual stay, where it was clear that the hotel way paid already through booking.

Hard bed as others mentioned but room and sheets were clean, this is a budget hotel but the mouldings and doors are beautiful in the lobby more like a 2 star room , 201, and 4 star lobby and eating area, good shower but water goes on floor but there is another drain. Hey for 90 bucks Canadian in the heart of this gorgeous city it's a bargain in February.

• Erin (6/5): - Es gab einen eigenen Parkplatz, auf dem wir unser Auto lassen konnten. Jeden Tag hatte man beim Frühstück die Wahl zwischen 2 wechselnden Gerichten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr lieb und hilfreich. Ingesamt waren wir zufrieden. Mir hat ein Fenster gefehlt, welches nicht vom Fernseher zugestellt ist.

Chambre un peu sous équipée : pas de chaise, pas de frigo et pas de rangement (même une étagère) dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner un peu répétitif (omelette) et sans option pour les enfants.

• Andrea (5/5): Avoid the first floor rooms. - The location is good. The staff were friendly enough. The room was large enough, with good TV/Roku. Wi-fi was good. Good Air-con. The only window in the room was into a hallway, with people passing by. The room smelt overwhelmingly of chemicals used in the toilet/ drains. (Either para-dichlorobenzene (pDCB) or naphthalene) The kind they used to use in men’s urinals. Now outlawed in the U.K. due to respiratory troubles. Horrible. The pool is small and in the reception area. Very cloudy looking so didn’t use it. The breakfast experience is not great. Chipped cups, sticky beakers, dry bread. Machine tea/coffee. Cockroach spotted in the dining room. Stairs to the first floor rooms, no lift. Beds have rubber sheets and synthetic covers …not comfortable in the heat.

The location is very noisy with nightclubs surrounding and music playing till 2:30 am or so on the weekends. The beds are very hard and the whole hotel needs some serious TLC. The common areas are nice but the rooms need some investment.

Hotel is right in the centre and can be a little noisy and night/in the mornings - my room did not have any glass on the windows (only shutters) which meant you could hear everything outside.

Jeśli szukasz hotelu jedynie jako miejsce do spania nie licząc na wygody i w dodatku za rozsądną cenę to polecam. Zapach w łazience/ pokoju pachnący jak chemia szkolna/ szpitalna w latach '90. Pokój nieco wysłużony. Okno na wewnętrzne patio. Pokój ciemny. Rano nieco głośny bo pokoj znajduje się przy sali śniadaniowej.
