• Harold Matthew Hoi Kin (4/5): The maintenance noise is a significant oversight and absolutely not acceptable (Video can be provided for the noise leve - The apa is excellent over all,but there is a air-condition maintenance on 8th 2am, we have been notified however it is absolutely not acceptable for that night to be charged full price, it cannot sleep at all (Video can be provided for the noise level) As per above the maintenance noise ruins the whole apa hotel experience

• Macawile (6/5): - The location is very near to the Train station. There is no available drinking water provided to the guest except on your first day. The room is so small & there is no stair to exit except 1 elevator to serve all guests.
• ANDY (5/5): - Location, short walk to akihabara station. Daily replacement for towels and toiletries. Hot water for shower is constant. The bed kind of dented, will keep getting caught in the dent. Room barely has enough space to open luggage. Shower room too small, keep knocking into the walls or door. Room still dusty after cleaning. Whole hotel only got 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Dryer take more than 1hr to dry clothes in cold weather.

Ivm COPD andere kamer gevraagd waar raam open kon, binnen 5 minuten geregeld schoonmaak mag grondiger, kijk vooral niet in hoeken en kieren maar dat is logisch in mijn ogen
