• Alessio (8/5): Hotel consigliato! - Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi la Piazza dei Miracoli, ottimo anche il collegamento con la stazione, gli autobus passano proprio di fianco alla struttura. Personale super gentile e disponibilissimo. Camera leggermente piccola, ma davvero non manca nulla.

• Andrea (10/5): - Personale gentile. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Occhio a non entrare in zona ZTL, siamo al confine. Trovate un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze perché in quelli blu vi spennano. Basterebbe un minimo di accortezza per piccoli particolari: una maggiore cura delle piante e eliminare le macchie di vernice dalle scale e/o pavimento.

• Renata (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo duży pokój, czysto, codziennie sprzątane. Za niewielką opłatą można zjeść smaczne śniadanie w stylu włoskim. Przemiłe i pomocne panie na recepcji. Można zostawić bagaż zarówno przed zakwaterowaniem, jak i po wykwaterowaniu. Ogródek do dyspozycji gości.
• Stefanie (8/5): - wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und hatte zwei Doppelbetten Die Lage war sehr zentral, ca, 5-10 Minuten fußläufig zum Turm. Der Service war prima, sehr unaufgeregt und sehr freundlich. Es gab in der Lobby einen Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken, am nächsten Morgen wurde der Verbrauch einfach abgerechnet. Man konnte auch draußen sitzen. Obwohl wir zu spät zum Frühstück waren konnten wir trotzdem noch frühstücken und uns wurde noch super leckerer frischer Kaffee gemacht. Es gab Croissants, Obst, Joghurt, Saft, Cafe zu einem mehr als fairen Preis für 5€. Ein kleines, aber feines Hotel, das ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann. Es gab auch einen Parkplatz, aber der ist ehr für kleine Autos geeignet, man konnte aber auch an der Strasse parken. Da wir an einem Sonntag dort waren, war das kostenlos.

Але виходячи з того, що ми в готелі тільки ночували, то нас все задовільнило. Сніданок бажає кращого. Найбільша радість в цьому готелі , дівчина Даніела з України. Надзвичайно привітна, мила, розумна. Все пояснить, допоможе. Замальовує всі недостатки в цьому готелі. Дякую, Вам пані Даніело ! Холодна вода у душі. Тільки дитину встигала помити у теплій воді.

• ANGELICA (1/5): - Posizione, 10 minuti a piedi dalla torre Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con il mio compagno. Nel pomeriggio abbiamo segnalato l’eccessivo freddo e chiesta la possibilità del condizionatore ma ci è stata negata in quanto veniva utilizzato solo per l’estate. Ci avevano garantito l accensione dei riscaldamenti in serata ma abbiamo patito realmente il freddo in maniera eccessiva e disumana. Dispiaciuta veramente dell’accaduto. Struttura pulita e centrale ma la mancanza di riscaldamento in pieno inverno mi ha stupita e delusa.

Easy to get to from train station (no. 1+ bus) and approximately 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. Friendly staff make the stay even better. We were so happy with it, we booked a second night on our way back from our holiday in Elba. Nothing.

• godart yoann (3/5): Il doit y avoir beaucoup mieux - La proximité des monuments Hôtel sans parking le prix extérieur est abusé L'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé intérieur comme pour l'extérieur,la pression de la douche quasiment inexistante,le chauffage est coupé la nuit pour janvier c'est relativement moyen et la couverture dans l'armoire roulée en boule ne donne pas l'envie d'être posé sur le lit ! Tele satellite uniquement italienne les deux seules chaînes françaises n'existe pas (mais bon ont vient pour visiter mais ne doit pas être indiqué comme telle) Le petit déjeuner pour 5€ ont comprends pourquoi demandé plus serait du vol Le personnel est gentil sauf un vieux aigris qui n'a pas l'air d'aimer son métier et c'est même le seul qui donne l'impression de ne vouloir parler que l'italien et rien d'autre (sur un site mondialement connu ?)l'imite agressif et impoli.
