La salle de bain était grande et esthétique. Tout était calme et reposant. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le manque d'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil. Nous voyageons beaucoup et n'avons jamais été accueillis ainsi.

Entgegen der Booking Com Bestätigung war das Frühstück nicht im Preis enthalten und wurde extra kassiert. Das Restaurant des Hotels war geschlossen und in der Nähe gab es nur ein weiteres Restaurant dass auch geschlossen war. An 19.00 Uhr Abends war dann auch niemand mehr vor YOrt

Robin (10/5): Excellent place to stay en route from north of France to south of Spain - This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel, and I was welcomed by Madame as if I were a regular. It is a perfect place to stop off on my way from North of France to south of Spain. Real bonuses are the off road parking and the place being pet friendly. I didn’t use the spa this time (although it was hugely relaxing the last time) but I did have a really good night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast the following morning. It did take quite a long time for the hot water to come through in the shower,but that’s a minor point.

Helen (4/5): - The positive side of this hotel is that it is quiet and comfortable. We arrived on Sunday and there was no staff to ask any questions. We went out to dinner on Monday and when we arrived, we couldn’t access the hotel because the code they gave us wasn’t working. We were outside at night for over 30 minutes. We called the number at the gate but it was going to voicemail. We later learned that we needed to call the number next to the gate code. The next day we talked to the hotel about our access troubles and their only answer was that they changed the code and forgot to give us the new code. No sorry, no acknowledgement of the troubles we went through. Due to this experience, our kids think that Bordeaux is the worst place ever. We had great times in the area but never had issues like this.

HB (2/5): Je ne recommande pas - Horrible, lit inconfortable, mal isolé phoniquement, on entend tout le monde au dessus et à côté, salle de bain archaïque, pas de colonne de douche proprement dite. Cache WC pendu, on voit un gars trous dans le plafond, meuble ancien, un espèce de clim moisi, bref j'ai payé 139€ pour une nuit dans un des pires hotel que j'ai jamais visité ces derniers 10 ans ( je fait 150 nuitées dans les hôtels par an je sais de quoi je parle) En plus, vous découvrez une fois sur place que l'hôtel facture 30€ pour la piscine et sauna...
Maria (10/5): A fantastic stay with excellent service, location, and breakfast. - The breakfast was absolutely excellent, offering a great variety and quality to start the day. The location couldn't have been better – just a few minutes away from the tram, which takes you directly to Bordeaux, making it very convenient. The service was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff was. It's such a pity that I could only stay for one night and had to leave early, as I would have loved to make full use of the services offered. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! Everything was perfect – nothing to complain about at all.
Robin (10/5): The optimum place to stay if en route through Bordeaux - We were on a big road trip from the north of France to the south of Spain, driving in a car with a roof box, so I couldn't deal with anywhere with an underground car park. Les Criquets has its own secure car park, so that was the first reason I chose it. And what a good choice it was. The place was perfectly situated just to the north of Bordeaux, we were given a very friendly welcome from Madame and she was more than happy for us to have our two small dogs in our room for a very reasonable surcharge. Blanquefort station is only 5 minutes from the hotel and you can take a tram from there into the centre of Bordeaux. It's a 25-minute journey and you don't have to worry about car parking. The hotel spa is also excellent with a swimming, sauna, and steam room. We also spoilt ourselves with a massage. The whole spa is kept scrupulously clean, as is the whole hotel. We didn't eat in the hotel, but there was an excellent bistro 10 minutes walk from the hotel at which we ate both nights of our visit. Breakfast in the hotel was simple but exactly what was required. No complaints or problems.

CRETTE (8/5): Très bien - Chambre très confortable, hôtel au calme et très bonne literie. Pas de service de nuit mais toutes les informations ont été transmises.
Kelly (6/5): - This hotel wasn’t what I expected. No front desk staff after 7. Room had one full bed and a loveseat type of sofa to sleep on. Had to ask for sheet for it-it was vinyl. Paid for 2 breakfasts and there was hardly anything being served-no eggs left and the rest of the food was scarce.

Joe (10/5): Great Alternative to Central Bordeaux - A clean, comfortable hotel with ample parking and it is a great alternative to central Bordeaux. The staff was super - I had a medical issue and they were very attentive and helped me get to doctor. I wish I could have stayed longer but I do hope to be back.

ROMANA (8/5): Amazing cuisine - book your dinner! - A nice, small, family-owned hotel with a pool and spa area, and a restaurant with the most exquisite food. What I missed in the building was a lift - as all the rooms are on the first and second floors and I was not the only guest with bad knees or hips. Also the stairs to get into and out of the pool are very high and hard to climb for a slightly disadvantaged older person. The sauna door has a gap at the bottom which lets cold air flow in and prevents the sauna from getting hot enough to fulfil its purpose. So, there is room for improvement! But the wonderful dinner and the friendliness of the staff and owners made up for it.

Clément (10/5): Très bon séjour - Très bon séjour. Nous avons été accueilli par un personnel souriant et sympathique. Nous avons pu nous détendre dans le spa avant d'aller à notre soirée. Nous n'avons pas dîné sur place. La chambre était joliment décorée et confortable. Le petit déjeuner délicieux avec plusieurs pâtisseries faites maison. Nous reviendrons si nous avons à nouveau besoin d'un hôtel à Bordeaux.
JEREMY (8/5): Bon hôtel avec restaurant agréable - Hôtel agréable et confortable. Personnel accueillant et prévenant. Le restaurant propose de la cuisine maison bien maîtrisée. Le seul bémol serait l’insonorisation moyenne ( bruit d’eau etc ) ce qui est un peu gênant pour s’endormir. La Clim non réglable.

Laurent (6/5): Inégal - Le séjour à été inégal , les indications devant nous attendre dans le cas de notre arrivée tardive étaient absentes à l'entrée .Le lit d'appoint n'était pas à la hauteur du standing général de l'hôtel dans la chambre de 3 . L'accès à la piscine n'était pas possible bien que nous étions clients .Pour la partie satisfaction , l'établissement est très propre , bien équipé et en très bon état. le petit déjeuner est royal .

La salle de fitness c’est un peu loin compliqué y accéder et petite. Les murs sont très fins et on entend les voisins. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable et très copieux. L accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi de façon privative a été très agréable. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et maison sont très bons. La gare de tramway de Blanquefort à 30 minutes du centre de Bordeaux est un bon point de départ pour visiter Bordeaux.
