Nemít data a nevšimnout si mailu, tak čekáme pred vstupem ještě teď. Přitom jsem měl pin na keybox, ale ten nefungoval. Apartmán ZULU až pod střechou s úzkým, příkrým schodištěm. V kuchyňce bych ocenil alespoň hubku na nádobí.
• Pedro (7/5): Excelente localização, devia estar mais limpa e podia ter alguns arranjos - Localização. Relação preço qualidade. Comunicação da equipa do alojamento sempre muito rápida. Loiça, talheres e frigideiras sujas. Chão com altos e baixos. Fogão sem indicações e difícil de utilizar. Frigorífico a cheirar mal, devia ter uma limpeza mai recorrente, quando chegámos estava desligado e húmido o que cria bolor e mau cheiro (além disso demorou 24h até começar a refrescar alguma coisa) Falta de gel de banho na casa de banho No geral a falta de limpeza e brio na casa era notável, havia pó, coisas a precisar de ser arranjadas e gordura na loiça, no entanto acho que a localização é excelente e compensa pelo preço ( o apartamento é bem espaço e chega e sobra para 3 pessoas, dava para 4 até)

• CLAIRE (8/5): - Appartement spacieux, pratique en centre ville, tram au pied de la porte. Le fait de tout avoir en digitalisé pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble et la porte de l'appartement. Escalier très étroit pour accéder au 2 étage. Pas de parking sur place. Un parking public ( frais supplémentaires) à 15 min a pied.
• František (1/5): Schrecklich, ekelhaft, sind einen Tag eher abgereist, nie wieder. - Die Lage war ok. Rotterdam ist eine sehr schöne moderne Stadt. Das Garten-Studio ist ein abgewrackter Container auf einem ungepflegten Hinterhof mit 2 Küchenabzügen von Nachbargaststätten. Zugang nur über sehr enge und steile Treppen. Schmutzige 20-ig Jahre alte IKEA-Einrichtung, Fernsehr nur Deko.

• Mirjam (3/5): Gezien de foto's had ik hier veel meer van verwacht. - De locatie is super. Het appartement Charlie was heel klein (30m2), maar ik had een standaard appartement van 55m2 geboekt. Achteraf vraag ik me af of er een fout is gemaakt. De keuken viel van ellende bijna uit elkaar. De douchedeur zat er niet meer in, er hing een douchegordijn. De bedden waren smal en matig. De lakens waren schoon van een wasserij. Het schilderwerk was extreem achterstallig en de muren zouden ook allemaal gesausd mogen worden.
• MICHELE (3/5): L'emplacement est idéal. L'agencement de l'appartement est bon mais des équipements défaillants - L'utilisation d'une clé numérique est compliquée. La cour n'est pas accueillante. Une prise près du canapé ne fonctionne pas. Un pied du canapé est cassé. La TV ne fonctionne pas (pas de connexion). Peu d'eau chaude à la douche. Pas de possibilité d'aérer la chambre car la porte fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas.

• Markus (7/5): Great central location, but could be better in shape - + Perfect location in the heart of city the close major sights, museums and restaurants + great atmosphere in one of the few old apartment houses. Pretty quiet if you get one of the apartments facing the backyard + well equipped kitchen and some nice furniture and decoration (ikea level and beyond) - our apartment did need some paint and repair work, also a more thorough cleaning would help: water stains at the ceiling, crumbling walls, dirty carpet 😫 - annoying kitchen smell from the restaurant downstairs, clouds of dope at the street entrance. The next coffeeshop is just next door 😵‍💫

• Natalie (5/5): Great location but tired and in need of some attention - The location is great, walking distance to everything. Spacious apartment. Could do with a paint in bedroom Kitchen hob broken, handle came off in my hand and wasn’t able to turn the hob off at one point. No hairdryer in either apartment we had but this was supplied when I contacted the owner Sofa bed broken in the middle and couldn’t sleep on it. 1 pillow each per person no spare ones No parking, the advert is misleading. It says parking but what it means is 50% discount of Q park. Nearest height restricted one (2m) was 25min walk away! We had to wash some pans and cutlery prior to using as they weren’t clean. Dishwasher out of rinse aid and salt and none we could add. Handsoap- there was soap in one apartment but not the other Amazing location but if you hire the loft apartment be warned it’s 70 steep steps to get there! No lift!

Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet, aber es ist viel defekt und nur halbgar repariert Der Kühlschrank war zugeeist und das TK- Fach ist defekt, man kann es nicht schliessen. Es gab keine Spültücher, im Bad gibt es keine Haken für die Handtücher

• Irene (5/5): Appartamento con del potenziale ma da migliorare - L'appartamento si presenta arredato con buon gusto, i letti sono comodi. Il bagno è sufficientemente grande e ben arredato. Ben posizionato vicino al centro. Cucina attrezzata. Buona comunicazione con il personale. Finestre poco insonorizzate per cui si percepivano tutti i rumori esterni della strada che disturbano soprattutto durante la notte e la mattina molto presto, come la pulizia strade. Non consiglio a chi non è abituato ai rumori esterni, oppure consiglio un bel paio di tappi per le orecchie. Poca insonorizzazione anche con il vano scale interno del palazzo, purtroppo un paio di volte è capitato di sentir rientrare alle 3 di notte gli ospiti degli altri appartamenti che incuranti dell'orario hanno urlato, sbattuto porte e corso per le scale creando un gran rumore. Esiste un regolamento ma evidentemente questo non basta. Le finestre avrebbero bisogno anche di più manutenzione, una delle due grandi finestre in salotto non si poteva aprire per mancanza di maniglie. Mancanza di un kit cortesia di prodotti da bagno. Mancanza di una scopa per pulire a terra. Consiglierei di curare meglio anche le parti comuni del palazzo che non si presentano in perfette condizioni.
• Kathryn (6/5): Better communication with guests needed - I arrived from Australia and whilst in the air the hotel wrote there was a digital key only for the entrance, when on my Booking.com email it said I could request a physical key. The problem was I didn't have roaming on my phone. Later when there was a blackout in the building, it was very difficult for all the guests to phone the owners- they weren't answering the emergency phone number they had listed for some hours- so with a digital only key we couldn't leave our rooms...until the electricity was back on some hours later.
• Lindsay (7/5): Nicht perfekt sauber aber Preis-Leistung trotzdem top und würde nochmal dort übernachten. - Die Lage war wunderbar, für den Preis + Ort ein absolutes Schnäppchen. Es lag mitten im Zentrum, alles war fußläufig erreichbar und der Gastgeber hat auch entsprechend schnell und gut auf E-Mails reagiert. Es hätten ruhig mehr Basis Utensilien zur Verfügung stehen können (Spülmittel, Schwämme, Salz & Pfeffer) und alle Küchenutensilien hätten auf ihre Sauberkeit überprüft werden müssen. Vor allem das Besteck war nicht ganz sauber mit Essensüberresten und die Schränke waren nicht ganz staubfrei.

• Julie (3/5): Ons verblijf was niet aangenaam. - Da ligging in het centrum. Het appartement was gelegen naast een bar waardoor je veel nachtlawaai hebt. Het raam kon niet volledig toe waardoor het straatlawaai nog extra hard te horen was en je geen veilig gevoel kreeg. De hygiëne was zeer slecht, vuile handdoeken, vuile slaapbank, vuil bestek en borden. Er lagen vuile sokken achter het tv meubel dat duidelijk zichtbaar waren bij het aanschakelen van de tv.

• Paul (8/5): Apartament curat, modern mobilat, intr-o locatie centrala.... - Locatie centrala, foarte buna. Foarte curat. Bucataria foarte accesozizata, Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, chiar are niste cutite de bucatarie foarte ascutite, si eu si sotia mea ne-am taiat un pic degetele... Apartamentul in care am stat a fost la parter, la strada si a avut draperii. Tot timpul am avut apa calda. Nu mi-a placut, ca pentru a avea acces la apartament trebuie sa te inregistrezi cu creditentialele unui card bancar. In urma acestei inregistrari, a cardului, primesti o cheie pe internet pe care o activezi din telefon... Deci: 1. trebuie sa dai un cont activ, din care, in cazul in care probabil daca strici ceva sau spargi ceva, aprtamentul poate sa ia din contul tau o anumita suma ca reparare paguba daca o faci... 2. accesul in cladire, apartament, se face prin transmiterea unei chiei electronice pe e-mail. Dacă nu ai baterie sau internet la telefon, nu poti sa intri in apartament... Locatia este centrala dar este asezat intre un bar si o cafenea (parca) in orice caz, am avut o noapte de vineri cand muzica si galagia a fost pana aproape de 3 dimineata..... Geamurile nu se inchid bine. Intr-adevar baia este mica si nu ai unde sa-ti pui un prosop/sapun/perie, pasta de dinti/etc, dar stiam acest lucru din comentariile celorlalti... Bine ca a avut perdea de dus!
• Natalija (9/5): Sve je ok! Dolazimo opet! - Odlična lokacija- sve je blizu:i prodavnici, i butici, i prevoz, i muzeji, i tržni centar, i restorani! U sobama je toplo, udobni kreveti, čisto posuđe i ima sve što je neophodno za boravak nekoliko dana. I ako lokacija je odlična, tu ima i svojih mana. U susednjim zgradama puno kafića, barova i restorana, i petkom-subotom uveče čuje se muzika i buka do kasno. Mi smo to znali unapred- tako da tu nemamo prigovora. Visoke i uzane stepenice nisu za starije osobe i malu decu, ali su dobri za fizičko vežbanje.
• Marcus (1/5): Awful state of the property and staff could not care less - Good location to local transport. Where to begin, we arrived at the property 50 mins before check in as we were sent the keys, to find the cleaner with the door open and the room was not cleaned, which was fine as it wasn’t our check in time. So we returned at 3pm to find no progress, the room was a state. After 40 minutes (3:40pm) we needed to shower so we asked the cleaner to come back another day (he never did), I got ill after this stay. Upon complaining after the stay, the Operations Supervisor replied this “These things can happen; we see no reason to financially compensate a guest for waiting just a bit after check-in time. We have humans working for us – they too deserve some grace while delivering the apartments in great quality for the guests.” Would they keep the same mentality if you were to check out later? Awful experience and I honestly could not recommend you more to avoid this place.

Located adjacent to a bar with loud music playing until midnight or beyond. Some hand soap in the bathroom would have been excellent.

• Steen (7/5): Great location, basic apartment. - Location is great! Apartment was spacious and relaxed. Sofa bed in the living room was easy and good. Very basic. No soap, shampoo, cloths, plastic bags for toilet bucket. Door handle to toilet fell and coffee machine was faulty. We stayed Monday through Thursday, and the Thursday night noise form the bar next door was insanely loud, pulsing party beats and shouting until midnight.

We booked somewhere else, almost immediately and did not stay at museum park apartments. The key didn’t work when we came back to collect our stuff.

Bedden stonden tegen elkaar aan, op internet stond dat het 2 1 persoonsbedden zouden zijn. Op de dag van vertrek deed de sleutel het niet meer om 11.00 terwijl we de auto aan het inladen waren konden we er niet meer in en kregen geen contact. Het telefoonnummer op de site was niet in gebruik.
• Rita (2/5): Horror apartment - O apartamento é bem localizado, junto ao Centro de Roterdão e aos Museus. Não tenho mais nada a assinalar de positivo pois as condições do apartamento são péssimas, sobretudo para apenas uma pessoa. Não havia pequeno almoço. Havia algumas capsulas de café, algumas das quais não funcionaram na máquina e alguns sacos para chá. Tenho de assinalar que, apesar da localização, que é boa, o apartamento se situa junto a um restaurante e numa área muito movimentada à noite, pelo que o ruído era muito incomodativo, por vezes assustador. O maior problema foram as condições de limpeza, apenas razoáveis no interior do apartamento, os lençóis e toalhas muito usados e sem cheiro a limpo e sobretudo no acesso ao apartamento, onde se avolumavam toalhas e outros objetos sujos pelo caminho. O acesso ao apartamento também não é fácil (escadas a subir na entrada, a descer para o apartamento e piso exterior com pedras), embora as indicações sejam suficientes. O apartamento também não tem quaisquer condições de privacidade e segurança, sendo possível observar do exterior as divisões, sobretudo a casa de banho. O wi-fi também não funcionava em condições no quarto, pois estava sempre a ser interrompido.

• M. Luisa (9/5): Fantástico Rotterdam! - La ubicación excelente. Muy cerca de la estación central y rodeados de bares, restaurantes y algún supermercado. Pudimos hacer el checking mucho antes de la hora. Bastante silencioso. El agua de la ducha tenía mucha presión pero por el tipo de "alcachofa" no pudimos aprovecharla bien.

Windows could not be locked securely. Children will be in danger. 30-40 foot drop. Wallpaper hanging off the walls. Staircase is dangerous without proper handrails. Cobwebs, used bandaid plasters under the bed. Filthy bed setee. Shocking.

• Jasmin (1/5): Gibt eindeutig Schöneres - Die Wohnung sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Als wir die Wohnung betraten, meinten wir zuerst wir sind hier falsch. Sie war nicht ordentlich gereinigt (Krümmel, Zigaretten auf dem Balkon, Küche und Badewanne verschmutzt). Die Möbel weisen Flecken auf und sind teilweise stark abgenutzt. Stuhl auif dem Balkon war defekt. Wir haben sogleich wieder ausgecheckt und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

• iris (8/5): Geweldig zo centraal in rotterdam!! - Instructie bij de code. Geef aan start met swipe 1 museumpark dan gaat de voordeur open, swipe 2 appartement dan klikt het appartement open. Ik had niet helder dat ik eerst 1 moest doen om pas 2 bij het appartement te starten.verder was alles perfect.
• ismael (4/5): Me esperaba más - Ubicación El sitio donde yo especialmente me hospede es lo que se llama una caseta para guardar las herramientas del jardín pero transformado en vivienda. La ubicación muy buena sin lugar a dudas,pero la limpieza pésima,ducha llena de moho muchas cosas rotas. Yo no volvería,prefiero quedarme un poco más lejos ya que ahora que conozco la ciudad,es muy fácil moverse.

• Bryce (6/5): - Good location, close to a lot of amenities. Cozy apartment. Was travelling with a young child and we were on the third floor, with steep (Dutch) stairs. Difficult to go up and down. A lot of other guests were out very late making noise at 1,2,3 am.
