- PHILLIP LEGARE (8/5): Great location, price and friendly staff. - The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel are clean. The price is great, plus the location works well for me. Rooms always smell of smoke. The breakfast was not a good as it has been in previous years. Could not get the AC to stay on all night long.
- MITSUBAYASHI (8/5): 快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 - 家族用で異なる部屋タイプを2部屋予約しておりましたが、同じ階の隣りあう部屋で用意して頂け、とても助かりました。 改装後なのもあり、綺麗で使い勝手も良くオススメ度の高いホテルです。 これは何処のホテルでも良く感じるので、仕方ない事なのかも知れませんが、枕が頭の脂臭くなっており、臭いが移りそうで使えませんでした。枕カバーは綺麗な物に交換はしてあるので、私が神経質過ぎるのかも知れませんが… あと、朝食は近場に色々とリーズナブルなお店は多くあるので、もっとお値段取っても良いので、サラダやフルーツの種類を増やして欲しいです。

- Leilani (10/5): Great stay in a fantastic location! - Wonderful location with lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. 4-5 minute walk to Kashiwa station, which has multiple train lines with frequent service to Tokyo and other destinations. Friendly and attentive staff. Knowing Japanese is beneficial, but staff were eager to assist in English and have translation technology available if needed. Rooms were comfortable, but on the small side (typical of Japan). Bed was quite firm. Appreciated the small refrigerator in the rooms, and the available amenities (toothbrushes, shower caps, bath salts, body towels,etc.) were so nice to have. Vending machines are available on multiple floors, and coin laundry machines are available on the 3rd floor. I would love to stay in this hotel again if I have the pleasure of visiting Kashiwa again!

- Amirul (10/5): Affordable hotel - Staff: Upon arrival to check in, the staff were very friendly. Assisted with the check in in English and very helpful with the process. Room: quite a big bed for a one individual but it was very comfortable. Amenities were alot to pick up at the first floor. Location : Hotel is located not to far from the Kashiwa station with various train lines going there. It's about a 5 min walk. There's alot of shops nearby such as Familymart, 2nd Street, Don Quijote and etc. Nothing I dislike in particular.
