• samantha (4/5): I would not go back - The staff and the food was good The villas themselves are very old and tired. The aircon didn’t work very well and the bed was uncomfortable. This was not a luxury experience at all. I specifically booked the resort which was incredibly expensive because it is child free. Mid through our stay a family with 10 children including babies arrived and breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. I cannot fault the staff, they are so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them, the service was great.

• Tamara (10/5): Ein Hotel zum entspannen und geniessen - Erstklassiges Hotel mit unglaublich nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Villen sind grosszügig und bieten viel Komfort. Der eigene Pool war sehr schön und erfrischend und wurde stets sauber gehalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unschlagbar. Schade, dass man irgendwann nicht mehr essen mag! Obwohl wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, bekommt man Vouchers für ein wunderbares Nachtessen, teilweise inkl. toller Unterhaltung (Fire Show, Saxophonist). Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Mit einem im Hotel gemieteten Roller ist man in kürzester Zeit in Thong Sala und anderen Örtchen und Stränden. Was man einfach wissen sollte, wenn man dort bucht: bei Ebbe kann man nicht im Meer schwimmen! Aber dafür hat man eine herrliche Poolanlage und selber einen kleinen Private Pool.

From the moment we checked in we’d realised we had booked a super hotel, Andy the Manager was fantastic., he dealt with everything so smoothly. Our room was fabulous, it was huge, with a wonderful view over the sea, our room was kept spotlessly clean. The staff were incredible, especially Andy helping us with absolutely anything we needed - thank you so much! The pool is amazing and they also have a really good gym (that almost no one uses). Our room was quite big, and super clean and well looked after. The breakfast spread was incredible - and if they don’t have it, then they sure can make it for you if you just ask. Again, just impeccable service. Thank you to Bank, San, Ziny, Micky, AD, Cheaw, Nonoe, Foam and Lin. The hotel was fully booked (as we could tell from breakfast) but we felt as if we were alone there at the same time! Super peaceful and quiet.

Always happy and with a big smile. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced and of high quality. The hotel area is beautifully located on the beach and feels exotic and lush. The sunsets are amazing. The hotel is close to many of the attractions on Koh Phangan - which suits us perfectly. We loved our villa which was so cozy and had everything we needed - great ocean view also. Can really recommend getting a massage on the beach - also very affordable. The pool in the villa (and the main one) discolored the swimwear severely. The swimsuits were completely ruined. I have never experienced such discoloration (I travel a lot around the world). Bathing your hair as a blonde was not even to think about.

They serve breakfast until 11h30 which is fabulous! Breakfast features a number of healthy items, too. The choice of food for dinner was good but I would have preferred a few more Thai dishes. Rooms are big and beautiful although a bit dark. Housekeeping should be more attentive. They have lovely live music on some days as well as great fire shows. Staff at the restaurant was very kind and attentive, especially Foam and San but also the others: Noe, Joe, Lin and Pla. Andy at reception is at the right place, very welcoming and helpful with a big smile.

Situated in a quiet beach front area not far from the pier. The food and fire shows were great alongside good food and drinks. Staff were able to provide local knowledgeable help and advice with a complementary car service to the pier and return. The hotels chefs provided a great afternoon with there cookery lesson. • LoRdSoUlY (10/5): The nirvana is closer than you would know, just find the Kupu Kupu Phangan! - This was our 3rd time at Kupu Kupu, 2 weeks every time. This place is such a paradise, after the 1st time in 2022 we knew we would have to come back. Little did we know that it would be in 2023 and that we would get engaged there, right on the terrasse of our villa, 10 meters from the sea! So in 2025, our honeymoon had to be there... and Kupu Kupu delivered again. The service is so dedicated to the guests comfort, it always feels like the personnel is only servicing you, while they actually attend every single guest with an equally high standard. From the reception, where Andy will have an answer to every request, to the spacious villa cleaned thoroughly by the attentive cleaning crew. The breakfast, rich and diverse, was enlightened by an incredible team serving quality dishes made on demand along with a large buffet choice. The restaurant staff are ALL so professional, courteous, friendly but also mindful. They deserve a high praise for their continuous evolution over the years: San, AD, Ziny, Micky, Aek, Bank, Noe, Pla, Foam, Lin, Mason, Joe. The resort is so quiet, peaceful, it's actually a joy to spend entire days relaxing by the pool, swimming in the sea, enjoying a drink from the bar, or simply chilling on your own terrasse... to later have a dinner with delicious options and a plating that shows equal motivation to excel from the kitchen staff. La villa était spacieuse, propre et confortable avec un coucher de soleil magnifique. La piscine commune était confortable avec une magnifique vue. Petit bémol pour le nettoyage de la piscine de la Villa ainsi que son éclairage , beaucoup trop sombre. Les sonnettes de la piscine pour le service ne fonctionnent pas (ou du moins ça n’a pas l’air de fonctionner).

This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful hotels in Koh Phangan, with the most breathtaking sunsets we have ever seen. The rooms are stunning, elegant, and exceptionally well equipped including a coffee machine, bathrobes, and slippers. Everything feels very luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a true highlight with beautifully served individual dishes, all delicious and of the highest quality. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, including a facial and a massage, both of which were excellent and delivered at a very high professional level. The sunset massage was an unforgettable experience. The view is simply unreal. The sunsets are absolutely magical and truly some of the most beautiful in the world. Above all, the service was exceptional. Every member of the hotel staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely guest oriented. We would like to especially commend the entire team Noe, Joe, Lin, San, Ad, Mod, and Aek for their outstanding hospitality. From start to finish we had the most fantastic stay it started with Andy at check in, a big smile and a bigger heart nothing was a problem his local knowledge is amazing and his desire to look after his guests even more so! Dont stop giving out that water when we make it to reception! The rooms are amazing we had a luxury beach front villa waking up to the sound of the sea and the amazing views at sunset are worth the little extra. So clean and well stocked with water and coffee replenished throughout the day. All of the staff around the resort are happy and always willing to help! A special mention to the restaurant team Aek, Pla, Bank, San, Zinny, Mikky and Ad who were absolutely fantastic and so attentive to our every need. As a traveller with coeliac disease and other allergies its always daunting having to eat out but they made it so easy they had all been informed before our arrival and knew exactly what I was able to eat - even remembering our children’s favourite dishes and having them ready for breakfast and dinner times - above and beyond - we can’t wait to return next year!

The villas are spacious and super comfortable, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and slowing down. The staff are genuinely kind and always happy to help. Thank you to NOE, JOE, LIN, FOAM, PIA, and BANK for their warm service. A very special thank you to ANDY, who was outstanding from the moment we arrived until departure — always attentive, caring, and going above and beyond to make our stay special. • Jana (10/5): Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! - Die Villen sind sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse sowie der angrenzende Pool ist ideal gelegen. Das Personal war an jeglicher Stelle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen wurde einem sofort von mindestens einem Mitarbeitenden geholfen und sie waren jederzeit erreichbar (per Telefon oder ganz einfach WhatsApp). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal des Services rund rum San,AD,Ziny,Micky,Bank,Pla,Noe,Foem,Joe,Lin,Mason und Aek - welche jeden Aufenthalt im Restaurant so perfekt wie möglich gestaltet haben! Ebenso aber auch das Housekeeping und die Mitarbeitenden der Rezeption (Namen leider nicht bekannt). Alles optimal, gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The level of service here is something you usually only hear about, not experience. A huge thank you to San, AD, Bank, Micky, Ziny, Noe, Foam and Lin – you are truly the heart of this place. Each of you went above and beyond every single day, always smiling, always remembering the small details and always making sure we were comfortable and happy. It didn’t feel like “hotel service”, it felt warm, personal and real. You can tell the team actually cares about their guests, and that makes such a difference. The villas are beautiful, peaceful and perfectly maintained, the views are stunning and the atmosphere is pure relaxation. We left with amazing memories and honestly felt sad to leave. We already can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended Location isn’t the best but we didn’t want to leave the hotel so it was fine for us

• Ofek (10/5): The greatest, wonderful and beautiful hotel in Thailand!!! - We arrived to kupu kupu from Sunday to Friday, there are no words to describe our stay at this hotel. If you want to arrive at heaven on earth, this is the place for you. From the moment we checked in - we were greeted perfectly, with Andy that was very nice and kind man, we sat down in front of the perfect view of the hotel with drinks and wet towels for refreshment. We arrived at our villa which was decorated for our honeymoon and received a gift voucher for a dinner at the hotel where every meal there is a creation in itself. Our amazing and kind waiters - AED, Foam, Noe, Bank, AD, May, Ziny, Micky, Lin, San were the most wonderful team we have met!!!! They are such kind-hearted people, pampering, always smiling and doing everything to make you enjoy yourself to the maximum. We all love them!!! They completely made our stay! In addition, the breakfasts were really excellent and delicious and varied! This hotel also has a private beach which is a perfect paradise, what more can we add? Every minute here is a sweet dream and thanks to everyone who made this happen!!!! If I return to Pha-Ngan- only here!!!!we can’t wait to come back ❤️ We didn’t like that we had to leave this heaven !

(Noe Noe end Pohm ) היו פשוט מושלמים לא יכולנו לבקש יותר טובים מהם דאגו להכול רק המרחק מהכול היה קשה כי לא יכולנו כל כך להסתובב אבל המלון מתאים בדיוק לכמה לילות בודדים כדי לקבל מצב של בטן גב בצורה המושלמת ביותר אין רע חווינו רק טוב !!

Les jardins sont splendides et le bungalow en bord de mer avec piscine privée était un petit paradis, spacieux et plein de charme. Superbe vue depuis le restaurant où des plats de grande qualité nous ont été servis avec un petit-déjeuner excellent. Le personnel a été adorable, toujours aux petits soins et d’une grande efficacité. The staff are so nice and helpful. The reception manager Andy is amazing he helped us plan our day every morning, the tips he gave us really helped us when the weather was not so good. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The room was too dark when there was no daylight. No full body mirror.

• Sapir (8/5): אחלה מלון, נעים ומפנק. הייתי חוזרת שוב - לקחנו חדר עם נוף לים. החדר מהמם! התמונות שהם מציגים פה פשוט לא טוב. הייתי מציעה להם צלם אחר;) חדר ממש גדול ונעים, הבריכה בו מהממת עם ירידה לחוך שהוא לא באמת חוף בתאכלס אבל נחמד ממש. ממוקם באזור ביותר שווה של קופנגן אמנם לא בלב העניינים. מיועד למי שרוצה שקט בתחילת ובסוף היום שלו- פתחנו וסגרנו כל יום בבריכה בחדר והיה מושלם! מבחינת המיקום- הוא באזור הטוב של קופנגן, אבל לא באזור ההומה, ככה שאין לצאת ברגל לחוות את המקום, חייבים אופנוע. המלון לא נגיש. יש מדרגות בשיפוע ובגובה מעצבן כל פעם לעלות ולרדת אותם. ארוחת הבוקר לא וואו והשירות לא היה משהו בה.

The staff is really kind and helpful as well. Kinds intentions during our stay ! The only thing I can say if there is a lot of children in the main areas… so a lot of noises. Too bad as the hotel is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays. As a couple we were looking for peacefulness and relaxation. That’s a good point that you have a private pool in your room to still relax on your side ! Maybe it was during a particular time of the month (September) but it was really too bad. Thank you to Kupu staff anyway !

• yael (10/5): Amazing vacation in a stuning beach, - The hotel is amazing — a stunning beach, a lovely pool right by the sea, and the sea-view rooms are just wow!! We spent the whole day sitting and enjoying the view. The staff and the service we received at the hotel were incredible. I especially want to mention San, Admin, No Noe, Joe Jo, Bank, Lin, and Pla. The breakfast was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was also delicious. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel. For anyone looking for a breathtaking view and tranquility — this is the place. The room is a bit outdated. The prices of massage are too high.

• Tara (2/5): מזעזע אני לא יחזור - הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב במלון הוא הצוות שהיה נחמד ושירותי המלון מתוחזק בצורה לא טובה חלון מתפרק בשירותים , ריח של ביוב לעיתים ובלטות שבורות בבריכה שילמנו על חדר עם נוף לים , בפועל קיבלנו נוף לבריכה הראשית של המלון החדר לא פרטי בכלל. שומעים את כל האורחים של המלון בחדר. היה ערב התרמה של קבוצה במלון , בצמוד לחדר שלנו בפועל היה לנו רעש כל הלילה, אף אחד במלון לא הודיע על זה ! לא בצ׳ק אין ולא באותו יום. לגבי אוכל לארוחת ערב שהיתה מזעזעת , אוכל לא אכיל הדבר היחיד שהיה סביר היה הסלטים נמשיך לארוחת בוקר שהכל היה לא סטרילי , האוכל רובו נמצא פתוח לאוויר עם רשת מלמעלה שלרוב גם לא נסגרת , חלב שמאוחסן בבקבוקים רב פעמיים מלוכלכים !!! מיץ תפוזים גם בבקבוק רב פעמי לא נקי עם עובש בפקק של הבקבוק אפילו המגבות היו דהויות וקרועות באופן כללי בתור מלון ״יוקרה״ ציפיתי לרמה אחרת לגמרי, וכמו כן תמורה למחיר הגבוהה שהמלון דורש המלון הזה זה הונאה
