- Katrice (1/5): I will never stay there again - Nothing at all! The maintenance man was extremely rude. The manager was very dismissive and condescending. The property had bugs on night stand tv stand and in bed. There were spiders in the window seal and cracks in the walls.

- Summer (4/5): - We live in the area but wanted to have a night out in an air conditioned room and use of a pool so we decided to stay here. Check in was great, we walked around the grounds and admired to outside scenes were very nice. The pool was nice however it was very hot in the pool area itself. In the middle of the night the air conditioning in my room broke and started pumping out hot air. It was so hot the bathroom floor was sweating and I fell. They had to replace it with a new one it took about an hours to do at 5am. Instead of having us change rooms we waited in the heat for them to fix it. Once they were done getting back to sleep was impossible. We waited for breakfast which was also very nice.

I don't think that your staff including management know they are in the hospitality business.... I've traveled and stayed (lived)in hotels for over 30 yrs and the way they've spoken to me as a client.... never in my life have I been treated like the dirt on the bottom of there shoe.... and never been more offended in my life and just my personal opinion but your rating would definitely go up if you gave them a course in people skills....

Kind, welcoming, prepared, addressed us by name and is the epitome of what a person working in hospitality should be. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Pancake machine was out, coffee ran out and the food didn't seem as fresh as it could have been. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel and we would stay there again.
