First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove this hotel from your listings

- Verified traveler (2/5): High price, poor quality - Room and bathroom were dirty and shabby. Dinner (room service) was awful. While close to the airport, the surrounding area where hotel located was very unattractive. A highly overpriced hotel. The saving grace was the friendly receptionist and decent breakfast.
