• Mohamed (7/5): New look, but service needs to catch up - The property is currently undergoing renovations, and while the updates are visible, the experience is currently a bit of a work in progress. I stayed in the same room layout as my previous visits, but it has been refreshed with a new coat of paint. The Upgrades: There is now a much larger TV, though it currently serves only as decor since it hasn't been connected yet. The beds are very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The view from the window is good—not necessarily a major attraction, but it's a relief not to be facing directly into another building. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great perk. There is also a nice swimming pool, though the chlorine levels were quite high during my stay. On the bright side, the new coffee shop is a great addition Where it Falls Short Check-in: The process was frustratingly slow and took far too much time. Sustainability: The hotel claims to be sustainable, yet all outdoor AC units appear to be fixed at 16°C, which feels like a major contradiction. Service & Essentials: There are very few amenities provided in the room. Additionally, the breakfast was very average, made worse by the staff who seemed quite bored and unengaged.

• Jakub (9/5): - A great experience, mainly thanks to the staff. We arrived early in the morning due to an early flight and were able to arrange an early check-in for a very reasonable extra fee. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s not a top luxury hotel, but for what it offers, it’s absolutely worth it. The location is excellent, and there’s a fantastic Egyptian restaurant just a few steps from the hotel. We were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

• Nathalie Jane (5/5): Bed bugs negatively impacted our stay - The breakfast buffet was amazing and the woman who worked there was very friendly. We got bedbugs from our room and it negatively impacted our experience. We received bites during our stay and then found the bugs afterwards.
• Paolo (8/5): Good solution for budget travellers - This is a good business hotel that we took, as we wanted to save on the budget by avoiding tourist hotels. We arrived shortly after the change of management, in fact, the hotel was previously called Centara, and we did not have any inconvenience or problems with the new managers. The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. Both are well-maintained. The rooms are simple, like any business hotel, but functional. The breakfast is good and rich, even if it is a bit standard. There are many restaurants on the street near the hotel, all within walking distance. The Lebanese restaurant is highly recommended. Parking in front of the hotel has always been available. In conclusion, excellent value for money. The location is not the best for those who want to do tourism, probably the best place in this case is near the Corniche, about 20 minutes away by car. Obviously the prices of the hotels in that location are also three times this.

• Florian Thim (10/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker und das Personal jederzeit freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, vor allem da uns zusätzlich ein Gym und ein Pool zur Verfügung standen. -

• Saif (5/5): Decent but hardly slept the two nights as room was super hot - It was clean and at a good location with quite a lot of restaurants and cafes on the street. The Air conditioner was not functioning properly and kept going off after like 10-15 mins and also hardly any air was coming out of it despite having it on full speed.
