• Normunds Ignatovs (8/5): Vienai naktij pavisam labi. - Izcila atrašanās vieta, ļoti laipns saimnieks. Brīnišķīgs skats uz jūru un cietoksni. Auto novietošana ērti, maksas stāvvieta ap 200 m no naktsmītnes. Blakus ieejas durvīm ir kafejnīcas, veikali. Virtuves stūris nav liels, bet var lietot. Telpā bija smēķēts, lai arī tas ir nesmēķētāju numurs. Dušā ūdens bija ļoti remdens. :(

• Jane (8/5): Lovely room with fantastic beach front view. - Location is fantastic, the room has an amazing view of the beachfront. Host was very helpful and informative. Room large size and well equipped for longer stays with washing machine and cooking facilities. Bed comfortable. We stayed over a weekend, the traffic was noisy. Bathroom is small and shower has a curtain, the room becomes a wet room but there is a drain to accommodate this.

Kb. 100m a strand, éttermek, élelmiszer üzlet minden 2-3 percre. Kedves a személyzet. Ha valaki nem vágyik 3+ csillagra, tökéletes minden. Úgy sem tartózkodik sokat a szálláson, aki kikapcsolódni megy. Bár ez csak mi véleményünk. Bátran ajánlom!

• Vel (10/5): - Оскільки ми приїхали трохи раніше часу заселення-ми залишили речі та пішли на пляж. Фото кімнати повністю відповідає дійсності (мали номер з видом на море). Балкон зачиняється щільно, тому шуму з вулиці майже не чути. Все є для комфортного проживання-пралка, праска, міні кухня з усім найнеобхіднішим. Дуже привітні господарі. В перший день нам провели докладно інструктаж щодо магазинів, ринків, важливих місць. Прибирання було щодня-хоча іноді ми відмовлялись). Марія радо допомагала з усіма питаннями, які в нас виникали. Місце розташування шикарне-до пляжу одна хвилина, кафе, таверни поруч, старе місто в 10 хвилинах пішки. Ми залишились задоволені, однозначно 10/10. З приводу душової кабінки-можливо для габаритних людей вона принесе деякі незручності.. Іноді були збої з роботою wi-fi. Але це абсолютно ніяк не вплинуло на якість відпочинку.

• amelie (9/5): Logement idéalement situé, aux prestations de qualité - Emplacement exceptionnel, logement très agréable, avec une belle terrasse. Literie qualitative. Très bon accueil de l'hôte qui nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles: sur les sites à visiter (avec un plan),et les commerces connus des locaux pour payer moins cher. Un parasol était à disposition pour aller à la plage, située juste devant le logement. Stationnement gratuit dans les rues envirronnantes, avec un parking gratuit à 7 min à pied. Possibilité de tout visiter à pied depuis le logement . Je vous conseille vivement cette location

• IULIANA (9/5): - Poziția apartamentului aproape de tot, magazine, terase, portul, orașul vechi, priveliștea de la balcon superbă, gazda primitoare, ne-a dat informații despre punctele de interes, parcare si tot ce aveam nevoie, curat. Gălăgia care se auzea atât de afară cât și din alte camere,cada de duș la baie mică, nu aveai cum să faci duș fără să uzi toată baia.

• Alan (10/5): Great location and value. - A late arrival wasn't an issue. Warm welcome and no rush. The location was excellent, just across from the beach with lots of choice of lounge areas. Only a few minutes walk from the main restaurant and bar area, close but not too close. Supermarkets very close by. Very clean, room serviced daily if required. Bed very comfy, extra pillows provided. There was a small issue with the shower, but that was fixed within 15 minutes. Excellent value for money. Would I return? YES!

The host was super helpful and welcoming and made our short stay very enjoyable. The bed was a little too firm for me.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped for a short or longer stay, while the location is great, in front of the beach but still not noisy. Big plus is the washing machine. Walking distance from the old city and castle.
• Tanya (9/5): Safe place, excellent location, walking distance to main attractions and beach, great stay. - Perfect location, very kind host, quick and easy check in (despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening), cleaning every day, very polite staff. Good for families with children - beach across the street. Nothing really. Perhaps some of the electric appliances (e.g. top hob, etc.) could be modernized. The room may not seem extremely spacious but we had a perfect stay. And a great view - just as expected :)

• Hannah (10/5): Wonderful stay! - We loved the sea view apartments! We were a bit dubious at first as the first floor is a bit run down, however where the apartments are is very clean and well kept. It was in a great location and the room had everything you could need, especially if you were staying for longer than a few days. There’s a brand new washing machine and fully equipped little kitchen. Over the road from a huge beautiful beach and around lots of cafes and restaurants. Owner was super lovely and helpful as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower was a little small but not a major issue. The parking was the only thing that let this hotel down, we managed to get parked but it took quite a while and wasn’t always clear where you could and couldn’t park. Despite this we would definitely be back.

There were everything you need for a holiday. (Hairdryer, Iron, Washing machine - even rinse aid). There is also a big terrace. It is very close to the beach, you only have to cross the street. Also, there is an amazing restaurant/café next to the building (with amazing brunch). -

• Tadej (8/5): Nice location, very nice hosts, quiet during the night, but lack of space/place to sit and eat - Nice location (just a road separating the place from a nice beach, short walking distance from the old town center). Very nice and helpful hosts (gave us two keys even without us having to ask, gave several nice suggestions about places to visit, and last but not least kindly printed for us the nuissant RyanAir boarding passes that have to be generated and printed out in the last 24h before the flight). Also, it was very quiet during the night, as the apartment (at least the one we stayed in) faces sideways, away from the road with all its cars and pedestrians. The kitchen is there, but it is tiny (approximately 2m x 1m), and there is no spot for 3 people to sit and consume the meal once it is prepared: in each of the two bedrooms there is only a writing desk at the wall (allowing for one chair), and the two small round desks at the balconies are strongly constrained by the narrowness of the balcony. That was not too much of a problem for us three as we only stayed for one night and ate one breakfast after that (with one of us standing), and for 1-2 people it would also work for longer stays, but for 3 people staying longer it would be quite a nuissance and would hamper the experience (unless they eat all their meals in restaurants). Another issue which for us was negligible (or even good due to the quietness – see the previous comment), but perhaps would be important to some, is that the apartment (at least the one we stayed in) is facing sideways and has no sea view whatsoever, which is incompatible with naming this "The Sea View Apartments". Were it not for this one major issue (lack of space/place to sit and eat) and one minor issue (somewhat misleading name), we would rate this apartment as a perfect 10.
• Mihailo (7/5): Good - Very comfortable bed, owner was very nice and helpful, and the room was super clean with a great view. I would recommend staying here. There were a few nights when the people from the street were a bit loud, and also sound isolation from the hall of the building is not great. The refrigerator was also loud at times in the night so I had to turn it off every night when I go to sleep, they should change it, also the AC gets a bit loud on the outside after working for half an hour. This was my room, and they should fix this, because everything else is great.

Would totally recommend to family or friend staying in Rethymno - Cleanliness (the cleaning lady even washed 2 of our dished that we left in the sink to wash purselves for later 🥺), kindness and hospitality of the host and cleaning lady (both very sweet and helpful), location, facilities and amenities (coffee machine and water boiler, oven and electric stove, WASHING MACHINE!! which came in handy more than expected), everything surpassed my expectations. Photos on booking don‘t do justice to this property. Attaching one photo of the breakfast view se had during our stay. Also, both sunset and sunrise were visible from the balcony, which was, again, LOVELY 🫶🏻 and a big plus for us. The only thing that I think could be improved is maybe 2 small rugs on each side of the bed because I don’t like my feet touching the cold floor tiles in the morning (I understand or I‘m guessing it‘s floor tiles and not rugs because it‘s much easier to mantain them in a good state with all the sand circulating the room after coming from the beach). BUT THIS IS JUST MY PREFERENCE, that‘s why I felt like I needed to explain myself, for you not to think I disliked anything about my stay.

• Hilde (9/5): Superb - We arrived in the middle of the night, but the host was there to greet us and was very helpful and kind. He helped us find free parking and gave us all relevant information regarding our stay. The rooms were clean, and they were cleaned every day by the friendly and professional cleaning staff. The only thing I would comment on was that the fridge, at least the one in our room, was extremely noisy at times. It should probably be upgraded. Besides that we were very happy.

Manos came with us to help find a free parking location, many of which can be found on the streets around the place. He then carried our big suitcase to the apartment. Second floor with elevator. Seafront. You can walk to the sea in your swimsuits. Some of the apartments face the garden in the back though… Nothing

• Floating (8/5): Good - Good location across the road from the beach. Good tavernas nearby. We liked Noodle House for Asian fusion food. Older style apartment block but quite pleasant. The host brought the keys a short time after we phoned him and was very helpful with local knowledge. A mini kitchen and a nice balcony. Bed a little soft but comfortable. On demand hot water for the shower. We were off season and traffic noise was a small problem.

He had to wait for us till midnight and still found the time to show me a good parking place by going with me in our car and also indicate recommended restaurants on the map after that. Also the cleaning lady was very friendly and ready to clean up our apartment every day.

Apartment was cleaned every day and Manos was always there to help us whenever we had questions Will definitely stay there again and again!! They took care of everything, from blicken out the sun, the street noise and even a washing machine and mini kitchen. Nothing we did not like, everything was just great! Maybe a coffee machine will round it off perfectly as there is only a kettle.

The balcony was large and we sat on the balcony with a view of the beach daily. Balcony had two sets of doors and when closed the room was completely silent blocking out any street noise. Walking distance to the port if you’re travelling by ferry. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Room was spacious, clean and modern.

CONTRO : premetto che con una bimba di 12 mesi le cose si complicano nello stretto..., cucinino minuscolo ,si cucina l'indispensabile stando nel terrazzo quasi, bagno cieco e con tenda nella doccia(odio le tende in doccia soprattutto quando il piatto doccia è piccolo)wc maleodorante, ascensore pericoloso mancante di porta interna. lo consiglio ad una coppia dinamica.

Meluisa tie parvekkeen alla harmitti jos yritti pitää ikkunoita auki yöllä. Kaksinkertaiset luukut vaimensivat kyllä metelin. Hlökuntaa ei saanut kiinni kuin puhelimella.

The beds are very comfortable to sleep, very clean, cleaning really is held every day. excellent location near the shops, supermarkets and many restaurants. And of course, many thanks the reception staff , he is very friendly and cheerful. I sure recommend these apartments to my friends

The apartment was 5 minutes from the old town, and we just had to cross the street for the beach. There were a lot of nice restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The room was a little bit worn, but it was clean and nice. And the bed was very good!! We will love to stay here also for our next trip to Rethymnon.
• Cornelis (8/5): Top - Superschoon, zeer luxe; alleen bed is klein en kraakt verschrikkelijk.
• Dave (8/5): Excellent for money - A little hard to find but the owner was amazingly helpful and told us areas to eat and shop. Rooms are good size and updated to new. Surrounding area and ferry is 10 min or less away. Beach directly across the street was an asset.
• Patty (10/5): Perfect location! - Hotel is perfectly located with the beach across street and supermarket and bakery around the corner. Shopping and clubs are everywhere so there is always someplace to go. . .for the young or young at heart. The staff is excellent with daily cleaning and friendly tips.
