• Chloe (6/5): - Next to the airport. There is no door at the shower room so the floor of the bathroom is swamped after a normal shower. The room is smaller than expected and the carpet, while clean, is quite old.

• Venturi (8/5): - Molto vicino all'Aeroporto. Navetta inclusa. Distanza comunque raggiungibile anche a piedi, in una giornata dio sole. Ristorante un pò piccolo per la capienza dell'Hotel. Per un hotel così vicino all'aeroporto si poteva forse considerare che chi si ferma una sola notte, apprezza la possibilità di mangiare lì senza doversi spostare con l'auto.

If you want to stay at this hotel, definitely don't use the restaurant - Close to airport and shuttle service The restaurant was so bad it is beyond description. We went for lunch one day thinking we would have a burger but the only thing available was one variety of pizza. Breakfast was atrocious. Food had been in the bain marie for hours and the mushrooms smelled like rotten fish. The only fruit available was from a can. I had a long hair in my granola and the toaster was not working. The restaurant manager was rude and unhelpful and the cost was 24 CHF per person. Probably the worst breakfast we have had for 20 years. The room was very small.

• Cédric (10/5): Très bon hotel rien à dire, proche aéroport. - Toujours de la place, propre, bon restaurant et chambre correcte. Prix bons marchés et hotel prêt de l'aéroport. Navette gratuite. Le check-in est toujours problématique. De longues queues parfois. Les employés font au mieux mais ça pourrait aller plus vite avec du self-check-in. Aussi à chaque fois qu'il n y a rien l'employé raconte sa vie au téléphone. 3 employés différents, même situation...et ils ne parlaient pas avec le directeur. Mais ils sont toujours gentils.

I don’t know where the problem stemmed but after I got the breakfast, I was informed that the breakfast was not included; I would prefer to know beforehand.

• Roger (7/5): OK for Airport stay before or after flight - Very close to Airport. Decent restaurant on premises. It took more than 1/2 hour to check in and they only provide 1/2 for check-in parking. So I had to get a ticket, go to outside pay machine (in the rain) and then pay $5 just to get out of their parking lot after checkin.

• Sabine (9/5): TOP, wenn man am Morgen früh und kostenlos zum Flughafen gelangen muss. - In unmittelbarer Nähe des Flughafens, man könnte sogar zu Fuss hingegen. Shuttlebus bereits ab 4 Uhr morgens. Für CHF gibt es Frühstückboxen zum mitnehmen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für eine Übernachtung kein Problem. Das Mobilar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Lukas (3/5): - Not sure why this hotel has a good rating. There was mold in the ventilation above the shower. Given that it is hard to reach for cleaning, it has probably not been cleaned for years. Very bad and slow coffee machines at breakfast that were not working properly and the coffee was very bad. From a four-star hotel I expect good coffee. Finally, I asked for the use of the sauna for the next morning. Instead of asking me for a specific time to prepare it, they simply told me I can use it whenever. Next morning I asked again whether I can use it and I was told yes. When I went down there the sauna was not working. Seems like a hotel that was four-star in the past and now they're saving costs. Probably understaffed and not much is working anymore. Sad and definitely not worth the money. Only good thing is how close it is to the airport.

Calme, propre, personnel professionnel, rien à redire. Et la navette régulière est vraiment un plus. Pour les personnes qui doivent partir très tôt, un petit-déjeuner à l'emporter serait un plus.
