The manager,I believe the owner of the Hotel was also helpful in explaining the parking problems near the property and provided hotel parking permit. I stayed at the hotel for one night only and had a comfortable sleep without any noise or disturbance.

Room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Loved that they provided a fan for each of the 2 bedrooms as it got quite hot at night. The single bedroom off of our room in the attic didn't have a dial to turn the radiator off so it was boiling hot in there.

I couldn't put anything in the room until I'd parked the car, but with a little more than one trip's worth of luggage, had to leave some of my stuff in reception while we went to sort out the car.

Our request to have an iron board in the room was also accommodated. The kettle in the room was very old plastic one with so much limescale inside, which looked like it wasn't cleaned for some time. So, we didn't use it. Otherwise every thing was fine.

Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is well located on the promenade with easy access to local buses which took us to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Portland Bill, and even just along the prom for a nice walk back. Our room overlooked the beach and sea – and as the sun shone all week, it was a lovely bonus. At breakfast, there was orange juice and plenty of tea, coffee and toast. There were lots of choices for breakfast with fruit and a number of cereals as starters, followed by a variety of options including a full English and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The food was good quality, well cooked and well presented. We had a really good holiday – thanks Geoff and Jacqui. Nothing. It was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - The location was excellent — right across from the beach and just a five-minute walk into town, which was ideal. Breakfast was served at a pre-selected time each morning, which wasn’t an issue at all. There was a great variety of options available, and the cooked breakfast was particularly impressive. I had scrambled eggs with salmon on toast, which was delicious. My husband and our two daughters were also very happy with their breakfasts. The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only slight downside to our room was that it was located at the back of the property, so our view was of the car park rather than the seafront — a note to myself to request a sea view next time! We stayed in a spacious family room that included a bunk bed, a single bed, and a double bed. The room itself was very comfortable and ideal for a family. The only issue we encountered — was that the double bed seemed on the smaller side. My husband and I found it a bit cramped, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. However, this certainly didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Very friendly and happy to help where they can. On our second night the floorboards and running water from the room above kept us awake but that was due to the occupant coming back late and moving around excessively for a long period of time rather than an issue with the property.

Breakfast was good with a choice of food free parking was a huge bonus. Everything was closed with lights turned off by ten pm. There wasn't anywhere we could sit other than our room and there was only one chair. A lounge area would have been great where we could sit and maybe play cards or a board game.

- Joyce (10/5): An excellent week's holiday. - We had a very comfortable stay at The Langham. Our rooms were quiet, just what we needed, and breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food. It was a very good location for everything in Weymouth. Geoff and Jacaqui were very friendly and helpful hosts.

Large spacious family rooms,we experienced two family rooms during our stay due to the water supply in the first room being cut off by the plumber by mistake. Myself, partner and 3 children were made to feel at home during our stay. Very attentive breakfast service.

- Patrick (9/5): brlliant break would recomend staying at the Langham - The hosts and staff were so welcoming , nothing was too much trouble and very helpful. They all made a fuss of our grandson Alfie, who loved playing pool downstairs in the bar. Breakfast was excellent nothing , all great

- Stephen (10/5): Excellent service. - As a solo visually impaired traveller the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. If I'm in that area again I will definitely be using this hotel I can thoroughly recommend it. Sorry but I couldn't fault it.

- Deborah (7/5): Very pleasant - Friendly staff, super location, carparking pass provided, nice well cooked breakfast. Needs a little updating, less furniture in room to allow for 2 chairs to take advantage of superb views
- Inna (9/5): Had a great holiday - The property was clean and welcoming and best of all it was very close to the beach and the train station. The breakfast was great. Also the owners were very friendly.
- Francis (8/5): Great location with very friendly staff. - Perfect location on Weymouth seafront. Hospitable owner and the room was spotlessly clean. Nice cooked breakfast next morning with as much coffee as you could drink. Everyone made us fell very welcome. Really enjoyed staying here and would return. . Bathroom was a bit 'snug' but them I'm 6'4"! Well stocked with toiletries and clean towels though so can't really complain.
