On street free parking if you're lucky, very close to town centre. Really informative guest book in the room with lots of suggestions for where to eat etc. A little more choice of cereal and fresh fruit with breakfast would be great, and perhaps a wider selection of cooked breakfast options (ie: scrambled eggs and smoked salmon/ Eggs Benedict) would be great.

- Richard (10/5): Short stay in Keswick - Greeted with a warm welcome,
bags carried to room and given knowledge about the area.
Breakfast was delicious .
Lovely warm room for a cold winters day.
Decorated lovely for Christmas.
Can't fault would stay again. Nothing
- Julie (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plentiful
Host's were very friendly and informative about the area Nothing to dislike
- Andrew (8/5): Excellent well run with great customer care. - Room was lovely and big too. Breakfasts were amazing especially before a long walk in the hills. There was a problem with the shower. Plumber couldn’t fix. Hosts did everything they could to mitigate the flow.
- Fletcher Joanne (10/5): Great place to stay! - Second stay at this lovely dog friendly b&b. Great hosts, lovely king-size room (great when taking a dog), very comfortable bed and great breakfast. Unfortunately had to leave early but definitely will return Nothing other than shower not very powerful but small price to pay for otherwise perfect stay.
- Patricia (10/5): Perfect hosts and perfect place to stay ! - The hosts were absolutely brilliant couldn’t do enough for my son who was staying there with his dog . The location is great very near town so walkable and the place was lovely and clean and the breakfast so I’m told and have seen pictures was better than mine 🤣 Nothing to not like
- Gary (9/5): Second stay at the property and would definitely stay again - Cozy, friendly hosts, good location and room was good. Host explained temporary lack of water pressure. Everything else spot on.
- Jeffcott (10/5): Idyllic weekend in the heart of the Lakeland fells - The breakfast was delicious and catered very well for my girlfriend who is vegan. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. It also is very close to a lot of very nice outdoor places if you enjoy hiking. Making some homemade cake for us at the end was a lovely touch to end a fantastic weekend. The tap was running slightly warm water in our room, so would have been nice to have access to additional drinking water in the breakfast room (although a bottle was filled in our room which was nice, we are very thirsty people 😅)
- Suzanne (9/5): -
- Josie (9/5): Gorgeous 24 hours in Keswick, eating, drinking, walking and shopping. Thank you! - Myself and my daughter travelled to Keswick for a rugby game that she was taking part in. We decided to book a b and b and stay the night before and we were really pleased that we did. The hosts of the b and b were very welcoming and friendly, the location of the property was perfect literally a few minutes walk from the centre. It was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning in the new year. It is hard to say what we didn't like the only thing I could say negative was the room was a bit snug to get into and the tv was small, but it wouldn't prevent me from not returning because we had a wonderful time and the value for money was exceptional.
- Michael (8/5): Lovely stay again. - Very friendly and beautiful breakfast. Second stay and will definitely go back again. Our room was cleaned and the door was left wide open with all our belongings in the room.
- Helen (10/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. - Brilliant place to stay. Great location and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and cake. Dogs welcome and made a fuss of!
- Eden (8/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): Great stay - Lovely cozy room ,great hosts very accomadating nothing to much trouble ,great breakfast!
- phillip (8/5): Lovely relaxing stay - Lovely staff, great location, great breakfast Extractor fan in bathroom a bit noisy and takes a while to go off
- Debra (8/5): -
- Marc (10/5): Simply great! - A very warm welcome after a long drive got our stay off to a great start. A clean comfortable room was in line with the rest of the facilities. A great breakfast. A great stay all round. We will visit again.
- james (7/5): Basic accommodation with street parking. - Accommodation was fine but without anything standing out as special. Keswick is a pretty little town and especially the Hope park next to the lake. I wasn't sure what to expect from a guest house (compared to a hotel). It's literally a house with 4 guest bedroom. For the price I would have expected a little more. The street parking is random and sometimes had to drive around to find a spot. I would assume that during peak season, parking could be very challenging, but we were there for a wedding and it was an overcast October. The staff/owners were friendly enough, but quite reserved.
- Chris J W (9/5): Immaculately presented small guest house in a great location for Keswick's attractions. - Immaculately presented small guest house in a great location for Keswick town centre, the lake and the park. Lots of personal touches such as a gift of a piece of cake on departure and being met at the door on arrival. Room was immaculately clean and warm and the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We usually stay at the hotels on The Heads but have found them a little impersonal in the recent past so it was nice to feel welcomed again. Our room was a little small but more than adequate for a 1 night stay.
- leanne (10/5): Great staff , good location - Great stay . Lovely host . Great breakfast and little treat each for the owner who has kindly made us some cake
- Linsky (10/5): Great place to stay. - Excellent location, delicious breakfasts and great hosts.
- Nicola Gray (10/5): -
- Claire (8/5): -
- Dave (9/5): -
- Lorna (10/5): Lovely guest house, very welcoming and comfortable, 5 minute walk from town. - This is a lovely guest house, The room was large, with a small sofa / seating area as well as large bed and en suite. The host was very welcoming and friendly and we had a great breakfast in the morning, with a free slice of homemade cake to take with us for later. It's just a five minute walk into the main town, which has lots of pubs and restaurants and a very friendly vibe. We were sorry to just stay for one night (we were breaking up a long journey from the north of Scotland to the south of England).
- Hayley (9/5): -
- Ana Sofia (8/5): Great location, welcoming hosts, would recommend! - Location is great; welcoming hosts; comfortable rooms. Early check out (10:00 am); would be great to have a bit more flexibility over breakfast (just planing 1 day in advance rather than at start of stay).
- stephen (10/5): - Friendly service from Matt and Paul both could not do enough to help. Clean and tidy guest house close to Keswick centre. Breakfast was class, and Matt even gave us some homemade cake, which was delicious. Nothing
- David (10/5): Great location and great B&B! - Great location and friendly hosts, always there if you needed your bike storing or charging. Would highly recommend. Great breakfast too !!
- Gail (8/5): Keswick town stay - Good location, responsive host, good breakfast. Host made an absolutely delicious small cake for each of us to take on our way. Street parking can be a challenge. Rather tiny room up 30 stairs but ok for one night
- David (9/5): Great location and great service! - Breakfast was great! Host was very helpful, with maps, instructions, etc. He carried our heavy bags up and down 3 flights of stairs which we really appreciated. The best part was the fabulous gingerbread raisen cake he gifted to us Very delicious!! Room was quite small. Would have preferred a room on a lower floor
- Julie (7/5): - Good breakfast. Nice owner. Good location Small room with very small shower. All seemed abit tired.
