- Johnson (6/5): OK for the price I paid - Good location in San Marino and after carrying some bags about 200m we discovered the Grand Hotel offered a golf buggy to take our bags. The Indian girl on reception was fabulous. The restaurant was lovely and the views were spectacular. Most of the staff were really good. The room was “ok” for the money I paid. The breakfast was really good apart from the hot food being stone cold but the rest was excellent. When checking in we were asked if we wanted to pay an extra €200 to upgrade our room for one night!!! No thank you. We were then told we were getting the upgrade for free. The alleged upgrade got us a room in the basement that was clearly a room for people with dogs because the walls were dirty and scratched and either a dog or vampire had tried to escape. The only other people in the hotel were next to us in room 307. For the money we paid it was ok but had I paid €200 more I would have been outraged.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli avulias, ja mm. parkkeerauksen maksaminen koko oleskelun ajaksi onnistui hotellilta käsin. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola Terrazza oli ihan huippu! Pöydästä upeat näkymät auringonlaskun suuntaan!

- SANDRO (8/5): Vacanza a San Marino - Tutto ok, la receptionist Indiana molto carina e disponibile ci ha fatto il check-in prima dell'ora prevista, cosi da permetterci di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio a tariffa agevolata e in attesa della camera abbiamo potuto visitare il centro storico di San Marino con tutta calma. In camera ce' tutto quello che serve dal phon ai saponi monouso asciugamani alla tv. Colazione buona e abbondante a buffet. Una nota che non sapevamo propio, fate attenzione perche' alle 19:00 chiudono tutti i negozi e il centro storico rimane deserto, anche molti ristoranti alle 21:30 chiudono, noi siamo andati a cena alle 18:50 convinti di fare ancora compere dopo cena, ma appena usciti alle 20:00 circa...il deserto, pensavamo che fosse come nelle zone turistiche che chiudono alle 23:00 circa, invece no, qui alle 19:00 tutto chiuso. Purtroppo al buffet si trova solo caffe' americano in caraffa e caffe' di orzo in caraffa, per gli stranieri va bene cosi che son abituati a quel caffe', ma per gli Italiani essendo un 4 stelle ci aspettavamo minimo di trovare anche la macchina per fare l'espresso o il cappuccino!!!
- MAYUMI (10/5): - 部屋がとても清潔感がありきれいで、色合いも好みでとても満足した。朝食もかなり良く、一泊しか予約しなかったことが残念だった。全体的にホテルのセンスが気に入った。連れが、サンマリノ着のバスに鞄を忘れてしまったが、フロントのスタッフが、バス会社に連絡を取ってくれて、迅速に対応してくれたおかげで、鞄が取り戻せた。その際、英語、イタリア語がよくわからなかったが、パソコンの翻訳で日本語に変換して説明してくれた。 全くなし。
- Charles (5/5): San Marino is worth visiting for the views but it’s really just for day trippers and sells lots of tat. - Views from room. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good. Poor access, staff not really interested in helping with luggage - unless the hotel’s joke parking was used. The hotel has NO bar! Instead you have to uses a tiny bar affiliated with the hotel, next door, where only three or four couples can be accommodated - and this closes at 8:00pm! We arrived there at 7:00pm and were told they were closing!

- Eiffe (10/5): Perfect❤️ - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Titano. The service was truly excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, with clean and well-maintained rooms that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Its location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The scenery around the hotel is absolutely stunning. The restaurant serves amazing food — every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. We were also very satisfied with the bar, which had a great atmosphere and excellent drinks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I would especially like to thank DAN for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. His warm smile and willingness to help made our stay even more special. We truly appreciate his kindness and dedication. Thank you, DAN, for making our trip unforgettable! No!

De 1,5 metros cuadrados la puerta de la entrada a la habitación abre para el pasillo ya que no puede abrir hacia adentro por pequeña la habitación. La habitación está junto al pasillo de entrar a la terraza del restaurante directa de la calle y es escandalosa Mienten co. Las fotos que ponen de las habitaciones. Ya que el establecimiento tiene dos partes y ponen las fotos de la buena pero no son ciertas. Lo único bueno la chica de recepción. Que se portó muy bien. Y el mozo que nos acompañó al garaje que está a 200 metros del hotel. Por lo demás pésimo Todo. No me gustó solo la ubicación y el personal

- Max (10/5): Kurz in San Marino - Tolle, zentrale und in der Nacht ruhige Lage. Gepflegtes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet was das Herz bzw. der Magen begehrt. Restaurant "La Terrazza" rundet den Besuch mit unvergesslicher Aussicht und vorzüglicher kulinarischen Spezialitäten ab.

Quarto confortável e limpo, ideal para uma estadia tranquila. L'hotel ha anche un eccellente ristorante panoramico, prenotabile attraverso l'albergo stesso. Sono sicuro che l'Hotel offra delle ottime stanze, ma quella che abbiamo prenotato noi (Economy Double) era molto piccola. Il bagno era vecchio e la doccia aveva la tendina, invece del box come si vede dalle foto. Si sentiva anche lo sciacquone delle stanze del piano di sopra.

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia e camera eccellente, bagno grande con molte amenities . - Carlos (7/5): Buena relación calidad-precio en pleno centro de la Ciudad de San Marino - Lo que más me gusto de este alojamiento fue su increíble ubicación, en plena Ciudad de San Marino, junto a la Plaza de la Libertad, así como el trato de su personal, que me resultó encantador. Lo que menos me gustó fue la habitación, ubicada frente al ascensor y con unas dimensiones bastante extrañas. Si bien el habitáculo con la cama, la mesa y la televisión tenían buen tamaño, el baño era una especie de pasillo alargado.
