- 767j_rnm (10/5): Family of four - excellent stay! - I stayed at the cliff with my family for one week and were very satisifed. Our room, the rooftop condo, was excellent! Great seaview, two fairy large bathrooms, and the kids had their own bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, the kitchen area (were we had a couple of in-room dinners.) with a large fridge, and the spacious main bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day throughout our stay! Fresh towels every day, made beds, and the bathroom, floors and jacuzzi was properly cleaned every day. The kids really enjoyed the nice touch with "good night chcocloate" at the door every night + the "towel-dog" that was waiting by the bed every day. As for the resort itself: First of, the place is clean. All pathways, pool area, toilets and common areas inndoors and outdoors. The landscaping throughtout the resort is well maintained, wich enhances the total experience. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which is great for adults and kids (1.5m dept), the poolbar was great (although there should have been more than one barkeeper. One of the days we waiting for over half an our for our drinks. Just a small hick up, but definitely something to improve on.). My 10 year old son enjoyed the gaming room (wich consist of two pool-tables, ping pong, a small kids area and a small movie theatre). Nothing fancy, but a nice place to drop by if you need a break from the heat and sun. We also had massage at the spa, which was also really nice. Proper 60min vietnamese massage from 760k vnd is a bargain! The resort is right by the beach with its own part for sun beds, a small stall where you can buy drinks, + the aqua garden for more food and drinks. The beach was really clean, as were the sun beds. We did not use any of the water activities, as the waves were fun enough. The wind usually picks up after noon. The wind is really nothing to worry about. It`s so warm there so the wind is just nice. The restaurant Vista: The buffet breakfast was really a highlight! So much to choose from! Cold dishes, warm dishes, many different types of juice and coffees, vietnamese food, western food, and chefs to make fresh pancakes, omulette, fried eggs every day. The dinner menu is diverse so we ate there every night for a week. Again, lots of different vietnamese food + western. Enough to pick from! Food was really good quality! The service: Everyone at the resort is so friendly, smiled and said hello or "xin chao" to us every day! The gardener, housekeeping, bartender, front desk, the pool boy, everyone! It`s small things like that that makes the total experience! The front desk and the waitresess at the restaurant were amazing! Helped us with tours, transport etc. The level of english-competence varies, but it did not matter to us because we got the help and service we needed and everyone was so friendly and serviceoriented! Great job by the staff! We really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend families (or couples for that matter), to visit this resort!

We stayed in a Garden Bungalow, and the location was perfect – the pool was just nearby and the beach was only a short walk away. It made our stay so easy and relaxing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for a relaxing seaside getaway!

Huong was great at customer service and the best was Hai our room house keeping. Everyone was warm , polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and well-appointed for our family of 3 - it was just right so we didn't feel on top of each other and we hung out a lot in the room and on our terrace. The service was exceptional all around and we felt quite pampered. My mom and I took advantage of the spa services a few times, returning specifically for the relaxing massages. Our family eats vegetarian so we were ecstatic when we discovered the restaurant had a delicious vegetarian menu which we ordered from almost every day. Since we have family that live in Phan Thiet, it was important to find a hotel closer to the city and the cab rides only took about 20 minutes. Since our stay was for 2 weeks, we had lots of opportunity to order the same dishes from the menu. Though each meal was delicious, there were a few dishes that were inconsistently prepared. My mom loves pad thai so ordered it 5 separate times and each time it was a little different.

From the moment we arrived we were served a cold juice and given a cold towel. So very nice. We were early but they made our room quickly. As we got in the room they had a welcome fruit plate for us. 2 small water bottles are provided daily. Our room was in the new section on the left. Stunning room. Spa like decor. So so clean. Great shower pressure. They have Really comfortable beds and beautiful bedding and towels. They even provide a beach bag and a hat during your stay. You receive a good night chocolate on your pillow at night. The staff from the gardeners to the servers everyone is so nice helpful kind and friendly. The resort is immaculate. Gardeners are pruning and cleaning. It’s full of bougainvillea in flowers. The pool is large I even did some training while here. It’s 50m long at one end. Perfect for laps. The clean white sandy beach is probably the nicest in this area. We loved that it was quieter than most resorts. Beautiful calm music during day and night. Piano music at dinner. There’s a nice bistro on the beach. The breakfast is massive with choices for every cultural preferences. We were here 9 days and loved the food. Even at night they had a special healthy vegetarian menu for us. And not to the amazing zest spa. I had 3 services. . 10/10. Professional. Healthy products. Clean. Calming. And it is quite affordable for this level of luxury. We highly recommend and I would definitely come back. Thank you The Cliff staff for making our trip memorable.

The grounds were thoroughly maintained and the staff made sure to help us with anything we needed. We booked the Jeep tour through the resort and it was a really easy process.
