• Twanitta (8/5): Great stay for the weekend. - Location was great. There was a water leak from the refrigerator that caused the front room to have wet spots on the floor and under the carpet. Maintenance came in to fix it, but the floor was still wet the next morning.
• Rayanne (7/5): Great location and breakfast - Breakfast was great and staff was quick to ask if anything was needed. The two bedroom suite we stayed in needed some updating. Couch was torn and holes in cushions, one bathroom had shower handle that came off easily when turning, and the toilet seat was broken. I did mention these items when checking out ( only stayed one night) and the front desk staff said they would take care of it.

I love that the hand soap and lotion are good quality and full size bottles and they smell so good. Same with the body wash, shampoo and conditioner- all smell great. There was one employee in particular who didn’t seem very nice. My husband and I both said good morning and he did not reply. But, hey, we’re all allowed a bad day (or two) every once in a while

I was awakened by the maid tapping on the door with an ink pen @ 0815am then she tapped again around 09:15am - check out is 11am - why are you disturbing guests?

• Ashley (10/5): It was clean and comfortable. - It’s very clean and nice rooms. The staff except the maintenance guy. We did not care for the maintenance guy. My husband was eating breakfast and got up from the table to fix a bowl of cereal, and while he was up the maintenance guy takes his chair from the table and starts walking towards the front desk and my husband politely told him that he was using the chair and the maintenance guy told him that it doesn’t belong in the dinning room, and kept walking. The chair match all the chairs in the dinning room. My husband asked who the owner was and he replied he was the owner. A cleaning lady said he was not the owner and was the maintenance guy. He was probably in his 60s and very rude. The chair was placed in front of the lobby checking counter.

• Lynne (7/5): Clean, older hotel. Great Location. - Location was great. I liked the kitchen area and living room. It was a large room for the price. Parking was good. We didn't eat the buffet breakfast but it was free and I saw some fresh fruit. Two things that could improve were the mattresses which were old and the smell in the hallway (this could have been temporary from someone cooking fish in their room).

• Slavisa (5/5): Expected more from Staybridge suites - Breakfast was ok . Ladies that work there were friendly and accommodating. Hotel needs some upgrades. Bath tub was not draining very well. Faucet on bath tub was squeaky and needs updating. Stove could not be turned on because a knob was missing. After requesting a solution for this with the front desk nothing happened. Carpet on hallway had balls of hair ( most likely from a dog or some kind of animal).

Kitchen staff was very good. VERY uncomfortable couch in the room. Broken desk chair. Doors between the bedroom and outer room would not stay closed and handle fell off. many outlets did not work. Bathtub VERY Slippery. Chairs in the lobby were very uncomfortable. The pool only allowed 5 at a time in the pool?? kids took up the five all the time.

• Tonya (1/5): Disappointed, and disgusted! - Location was good, but hotel and desk supervisor, Daniel was absolutely disappointing! Hotel stunk, rooms had an oder, and was 10 times worse in one of our rooms due to no air! Spray used to cover up oder was over bearing an with no air made you sick! Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, sink was stopped up and no air in one room. The other room stunk as well, black mold looking substance formed around air vent and door to bedroom did not close. Went to pool for a few minutes to get away from smell and was hit by flying debris from a gentleman using a weed-eater right next to the pool. That was last straw, grabbed our bags and left! Desk supervisor Daniel refuses to return our money and denies there were problems. Not only will I leave a poor review on every social media platform I can, I will probably never stay at an IHG hotel again! I highly recommend IHG to remove Staybridge from there list and Daniel, desk supervisor, receive additional training in customer relations. This really put a damper on our little getaway!!
