Subir las maletas por las escaleras cuando recién llega a 3300 metros de altura podría afectar a quien no está aclimatado. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

For the price that we paid, it was good, though. Breakfast staff is so nice and accommodating for all requests that we asked. Breakfast needs improvement.

Las habitaciones requieren un poco más de mantenimiento (locetas rotas en paredes del baño). No me ofrecieron boleta o factura como comprobante de pago, tuve que solicitarla yo y no me la dieron hasta el check out que se los recordé (pese a que el pago del total se hizo en el check in y la solicitud de boleta se hizo en ese mismo momento).

We had a problem with our phone and the reception has been really helpful in solving the issue... and the position is perfect ! Close to all main attractions but silent and quiet at the same time.... it felt as good as home ! Nothing to complain... eveything was perfect !

We asked to change the room, and they gave us better room, I think approx 15 sq. m. It was ok, but the distance between the bed and the toilet door was 15 cm. We moved to another room, returned the key from the previous one. After some time, the receptionist came and began to demand to return the key to the previous room. We said that we had already returned it, but she insisted that we had not returned it. As a result, the situation was resolved, but, In general, the settlement felt stressful

La habitación solo tenía un ropero abierto con un par de colgadores, no había cajones ni otro lugar para guardar ropa. No hay ascensor.

My only complaint would be the fact that my room faced onto the inner courtyard where breakfast was served each morning from 6:00am. But this is a good place to stay in Cusco for the price.

• ROSA (4/5): El dinero del desayuno a la basura - Me gustó la ubicación y el hotel era bonito A pesar de tener los dos dias el desayuno incluido, no lo pudimos tomar ningún día ya que teníamos excursiones que salían antes de la hora de inicio del desayuno. Solicitamos por activa y por pasiva que nos prepararan un picnik para llevar con alguna cosa o nos dejaran tomar café de la máquina que tienen a la entrada, sin coste y se negaron a ello escudándose en que el desayuno empezaba a las 6.30h. A pesar de solicitar el desayuno a las 6.15h, solo 15 minutos antes del inicio tambien nos dijeron que no. Creo que la hora establecida es a propósito para ahorrarse la mayoría de desayunos.

• Andrea Mara (8/5): Boa relação custo benefício - Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários. Muito educados e solícitos. Localização perto de tudo, e principalmente da praça onde as vans deixam as pessoas no retorno dos passeios. O quarto tinha cama e travesseiros confortáveis e o chuveiro era maravilhoso apesar do box pequeno. Secador de cabelos fornecem na recepção, Permitem que após o check out voce deixe sua bagagem na recepção sem custo se seu voo for bem mais tarde. Isso encanta os clientes! O quarto 102 tem 2 janelas. Uma para a área externa e outra para o corredor interno. Sugiro que coloquem blackout nessa janela pq a iluminação do corredor a noite atrapalha para dormir. Eles nao deixam lanche preparado para os hóspedes que saem para os passeios na madrugada e nao usufruirão do café da manhã. Muitos hoteis em Cusco fazem isso. Um espelho grande no quarto seria muito bom.

Bring your earplugs as this is an older building and we can hear every guest that comes in. There is a lot of echo that travels. Most guests are up super early for tours which makes sleeping in a hassle
