- Jack (3/5): Great location, disappointing room. - Location was fantastic, very convenient. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to Shibuya and Shibuya Station. Room although 'clean' was extremely dated and in disarray. Pimple patches on the wall, doors falling off cupboards and walls (and all surfaces) banged up. Rooms need updating, repainting and repair.

Room is OK, except would have been better if there is a closet to put your clothes in, and since there is none, should have added more hangers to hang the clothes. But overall, room is clean.

- Tyler (1/5): We stayed approximately 15 minutes after check in and got outta there! - While the location is In an okay spot. The hotel itself was not good at all so much so that we could not stay the night! The one good thing is they rightfully gave a a full refund and we stayed elsewhere. We checked in and got to our room which was not clean at all and the worst part was literally seeing bed bugs! We immediately got out of there! I would not recommend staying here at all if you like hygiene and cleanliness.

- Warna (8/5): Locatie, locatie, locatie - De locatie! Om de hoek bij alle winkels in Shibuya. Loopafstand van het station. En vlakbij de Shibuya crossing. Beneden om de hoek zitten een Seven Eleven en een Family Market voor snacks. We hebben twee verschillende kamers gehad. (We besloten langer te blijven. Dat kon, maar we moesten wel van kamer wisselen.) Beide kamers waren uitstekend. Heerlijke douche! In elke kamer zit een koelkastje en een waterkoker. Je krijgt koffie. En elke dag een tas met schone handdoeken, schone kimono en twee flesjes water. Uitstekend verzorgd! Op de dag van uitchecken konden we onze koffer laten staan tot we verder gingen. We vonden het niet erg, maar weet dat er geen ontbijt is. (Genoeg te ontbijten in de directe omgeving, dus geen enkel probleem.) De luxaflex bij de badkamer zijn wat uitzonderlijk. Maar werkt uitstekend voor het creëren van privacy.

- Matthew (9/5): Great hotel to launch yourself into the nightlife of Shibuya! - This spot is a great jumping off point to go out at night to clubs and bars. The "alley" this hotel is on has over 5 clubs and music venues on it. Great food options nearby as well. Rooms are well kept and a little bigger than average for Japan. Love the decor on floors. I booked a room with 2 full beds thinking we could accommodate 4 people but when we arrived the staff told me we could only have 2 people in the room. We ended up getting a 2nd hotel room at another hotel but the room was definitely large enough to support 4.

- Lochlan (4/5): Convenient location for a last minute booking but major cleanliness issues - Location was very convenient for me as I was attending a music festival in the local area. Being able to pop back to my room between sets was a blessing, probably good if you are interested in partying to the early hours. Room and shared areas were not clean. Tidy at the surface level but in desperate need of a deep clean. Odd smells, mould, mildew, stained walls and curtains, and dust caked on in the harder to reach spots.

There was no wardrobe in my bedroom (808) which was not a problem because I only stayed one night. Not sure if there are bedrooms with wardrobes. I also asked for a quiet room and this was great. Despite being located in a busy area with bars around, I could not hear it in the bedroom. So overall I had a great stay at En Hotel. Maybe to have breakfast included. The price for the hotel is a little high and breakfast would have been nice for that same price.

- Lauren (8/5): Nice place in Shibuya. - Great location. They gave us water and clean towels daily. The shower had great water pressure and got warm quickly. The bathroom doesn’t have normal walls, instead it’s a window with blinds and curtains so it doesn’t feel that private.

Room was very clean and well laid out for the small space. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and caused both of us to experience neck and back issues. The room was very small - which is standard in Tokyo - but its worth noting is you have big suitcases with you.

Perto de cafés, restaurantes, metrô, 7 eleven ,e pertinho da mega - donqui 24 horas! O chuveiro é bom, quarto com tamanho bom o suficiente, aquecimento bom, e tem armário, o que ajuda bastante. Tem uma mesa também.Gostei! Staff nos ajudou a enviar as malas para o próximo hotel , mesmo assim, em minha opinião, pode melhorar, ser mais atencioso no dia a dia.

The room gets pretty hot and the ac wasn’t working the way a traditional ac in America works. We had to open the window for cold air and this made it kind of noisy at night as people walk by the hotel streets. Not too many extra amenities either.

Érdekes a fürdő az üvegajtón kívül belülről függönnyel sötéthítő/ választható el. A szauna pontos használatára nem sikerült a rövid ott tartózkodás alatt rájönni, de mindenképpen jó ötlet hogy van.

Just a few mins walk from the main streets where you can shop and eat, but tucked away just behind the business so had a great sleep. All amenities that you need were included. - Nicholas (2/5): meh - eh it was fine. easy to check in. not much else to like to be honest the listing said there was a sauna. there wasnt. the wall in the room was nasty like had a weird leak or something. beds were whatever, felt like a sex hotel maybe? didn't feel super clean. weird bathroom. generally would never go back
