- Kelly (6/5): Bon rapport qualité / prix, déception car non service de ménage - Les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix, avec de nombreux choix. Le parking juste en face de l’appartement (même si il est un peu cabossé) est quand même bien pratique. Il n’y a pas de service ménage dans les chambres, ce qui n’est pas inscrit lors de la réservation. Il faut rester 7 jours pour avoir le service ménage. De ce fait, les serviettes ne sont pas changées, les lits pas fait, … Pour y être restée 4 jours, je trouve que c’est un point noir à cet hôtel. Devoir se laver plusieurs jours avec les mêmes serviettes, ce n’est pas hygiénique.
- FLORENTINO (7/5): Bien pero mejorable - Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación, está justo al lado del mar y el sitio es muy bonito, las habitaciones son amplias y casi todas tienen vistas al mar. No había climatización en la habitación, a veces en invierno hace frío y se agradece y en verano hace calor y se echa de menos el aire acondicionado. El colchón de la cama me pareció muy incómodo y no había habitaciones con cama de matrimonio. La piscina de agua del mar esta muy bien pero podrían retirar las algas no es agradable bañarse con ellas.
- Haridiam (10/5): Excelente - El personal súper amable, las habitaciones limpias y la comida muy rica. Estuvimos en todo incluido y está muy bien para el precio que tiene. No hagan caso a malos comentarios, para desconectar un par de dias esta genial. Y para ser un hotel de tres estrellas cumple perfectamente con las expectativas. No hay zona de fumadores bien delimitada y que no se pueden llevar las bebidas del bar a la hamaca

- Margaux (8/5): - La piscine naturelle, chambre propre et spacieuse, très bon petit déjeuner, calme et chant d’oiseaux le matin, bon emplacement par rapport à la mer. Lit confortable. Le vigile de nuit qui n’était pas du tout souriant, un minimum de politesse est attendu quand on côtoie des clients, même la nuit. Le kinder Bueno de la machine périmé, faire attention à ceci.

- Maciej (6/5): Nie liczcie na widok jak na zdjęciach. Możecie się zawieźć. - Czystko w apartamencie Pokój z widokiem na morze, za który dopłaciliśmy extra stanowił największy problem. Na początku, pośrodku tego widoku mieliśmy olbrzymią palmę, która całkowicie zasłaniała widok a sam pokój był na szarym końcu kompleksu. Nie sugerujcie się zdjęciami na stronie. Następnie po zgłoszeniu tego dla obsługi hotelu zostaliśmy poinformowani, że innych pokoi nie ma i mamy przyjść na drugi dzień jak będzie manager. Po wizycie u Pana managera udało się zmienić pokój. Dostaliśmy pokój obok palmy zasłaniającej widok choć równie daleko jak ten poprzedni. Cała ta sytuacja ze zdjęciami a rzeczywistością trochę popsuła nam wyjazd bo wybieraliśmy spośród kilku hotelów i głównie zależało nam na widoku.
- Rocio (5/5): deja mucho que desear - La amplitud de la habitación La limpieza al llegar La comodidad de las camas El espacio para almacenamiento El desayuno (muchas cosas fijas y a veces algo diferente) La simpatía de los camareros del buffet El check-in tan tarde (16:00) sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el checkout es a las 10:00 Que no cambien las toallas si no pasas al menos 7 noches en el hotel Que no haya servicio de habitaciones La piscina ya que, al ser de agua del mar, se pone verde y no hay quien se bañe hasta que la limpian (en 6 días no pudimos hacer uso de ella porque estaba verde o llena de algas) Las cenas son desastrosas, hay bastantes platos pero prácticamente siempre los mismos. Las cenas son muy pronto (terminan a las 21:30), si llegas a las 20:45 ya quedan muy pocas cosas y no reponen nada Cobran por usar la caja fuerte, las toallas de piscina, por hacer uso del peso de maletas, por cambiar las toallas de la habitación... La ventana de nuestra habitación daba al pasillo por donde pasan el resto de huéspedes, lo que impedía abrir la ventana o correr la cortina (esto hacia que estuviese siempre a oscuras y sin poder ventilar, prácticamente)

- Gary Roy (1/5): - Vogliono farti pagare tutto, non fidatevi!!! Meglio pagare qualche soldo in più con tutti servizi compresi (teli x andare in spiaggia/piscina, aria condizionata, cassaforte, parcheggio custodito, ecc ecc); che pagare di meno nel momento della prenotazione, per poi pagare più soldi per ogni servizio che in teoria è già incluso. Appartamento sporco, colazione a buffet nulla di che. Il Check-in non sarà mai anticipato anche se ti dicono di comunicarlo; se vuoi entrare prima delle 16 devi pagare €20 per ogni ora di anticipo, l’unica opzione se non vuoi pagare tanti soldi sono dei locker a €2 (attenzione mettete tutto dentro prima di chiudere, altrimenti devi mettere di nuovo €2).

- Ljudevit (6/5): Rentati ovaj hotel prvenstveno zbog dobre lokacije i super cijene, ne zbog bazena. - Lokacija je dobra jer je blizu aerodroma i daleko od turističkih gužvi. U blizini ima i trgovina i restorana. Ugodna šetnica u blizini hotela. Sami hotel ispunjava sve osnovne uvjete i povoljna cijena noćenja. Čistačica čisti sobu svakih 7 dana što je premalo i za čiste ručnike i za toaletni papir. Ne smije se nositi piće na ležaljke pored bazena. Bazen je jako loše očišćen, alge posvuda i kukci koji plivaju po površini. Bolji su uvjeti na plaži pored.

- Paulina (10/5): Świetny hotel! Gorąco polecam! - Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko portu , oceanu a obok hotelu są wspaniałe widoki! Do lotniska i okolicznych popularnych kurortów można się dostać z autobusem. Ogromny basen ze słoną wodą, który łączy się z oceanem a obok brodzik dla dzieci. Przepyszne jedzenie ,duże odnowione pokoje i bardzo miła obsługa sprawiają, że hotel na prawdę zasługuje na uwagę! Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu! Chyba tylko herbata i kawa bo nie były za dobre w smaku.
- Nataliia (4/5): - Сподобався лише номер. Не сподобалася їжа на обід і вечерю. Якщо голодний, то знайдеш щось поїсти, але без задоволення. Сніданок трохи кращий, бо він входить в вартість всіх номерів. Брали "все включено", але виявилося, що напої не включені. Тому навіть воду треба було купувати. Басейн перший день чистили, потім уже можна було купатися, але ми не захотіли, бо фарба була обдерта, не хотілося навіть ступати. Не було близько обладнаних пляжів. Добре, що зупинка публічного транспорту поряд, то ми їздили на класні пляжі в Лос Крістіанос і Коста Адехе. Правда їхати годину та півтори треба. Загалом - не раджу відпочивати, хіба що якщо дуже-дуже обмежені в коштах.

Colazioni e cene favolose con cibo di ogni tipo . Abbiamo partecipato tutte le sere all’intrattenimento organizzato da Carlo e il suo team! Il paese Las Galletas non offre granché di intrattenimento per i turisti . È comunque un ottimo punto di partenza per le escursioni
- Bryant Alejandro (1/5): BEDBUGS, WORST STAY EVER - Nothing BEDBUGS!!! Do not stay here. Got bitten multiple times by bedbugs until we decided to inspect the beds and found 3 big fed bedbugs. Showed stuff the dead bugs and they just gave us a pray can to spray it all over. Mind you it was around midnight, we spent horrible night and decided to check out one day early and spend it somewhere else. When we were checking out then the stuff offered to clean the room and inspect it and then change us rooms, it was TOO LATE. We lost around €100 for that last night. Very disappointing as we were only spending 3 days in Tenerife. (The spray can bug poison only made cockroaches die and come out)

- Roger (5/5): Une fois suffit - .la piscine Appartement 220 en 1/2 pension hôteliere ,pas d'eau chaude avant 10h et plus d' eau chaude après 21h devoir payer pour déposer les valises avant d'avoir l'accès a l' appartement.Si le petit déjeuner est bien les repas le soir sont très répétitifs et limités dans le choix, le ménage de l'appartement est fait une fois par semaine, il vous appartient donc d'évacuer les déchets poubelles et de refaire votre lit Autrement dit une fois mais pas deux Ona

Servizio a buffet x colazione e cena molto abbondante e variabile Servizio al tavolo efficentissimo con personale accogliente. Serate bordo piscina con musica dal vivo. Avendo il volo al mattino presto ci hanno preparato una colazione takeaway, carinissimi. 👍 Ci torneremo.
- Mijat (9/5): I would come again. The price is fair, breakfest is diverse. Parking was usually easy to find right across the street. I - Very clean facilities. The pool (which is filled with ocean water) was not clean for the majority of our stay (3/4 days). Although it is worth mentioning that this was mostly due to sea grass which comes in with the waves (people, including me were swimming). On the third day, it was emptied, cleaned and refilled and it was perfect. I would just recommend it being cleaned more often given that the appearance is really unpleasent and most of the people wouldn’t use it and thus would miss out on a beautiful ambiance of the pool area.
- Angelika (4/5): Disappointed and waste of money - The apartment was very nice and good bed , it was pretty clean too The staff was super rude and unhelpful, check in took forever the breakfast was a waste of money was nothing special I ate soo much better in other Spanish cities , they didn’t provide any washing up liquid except a tiny 2 single use sachets , no one single coffe or tea for welcoming . I payed for 1 week breakfast but only ate 4 times it was disappointing to come at 16.00 and don’t find one single instant coffe pod or anything pool was freezing even it’s not their fault the baby pool was too deep for a toddler and also freezing , the bodyguard there just coming over and tell you what you can’t do rudely they ask not to have your snacks or drinks at the pool cos they want u to buy in their restaurant however I went to order some drinks and staff spend 20 min on the till doing something before I got served it was a nightmare because I have autistic 2 year old in my hands trying keep him still from running around waiting to order drinks and icecream. Very disappointed experience to be honest . The ocean it’s definitely not safe to swim in weather wasn’t great either I wouldn’t recommend the city to come in may .
- Olga (2/5): No vale la pena - La comida y el desayuno. La piscina da al mar y entran todas las algas, por lo que está sucia constantemente. El horario de piscina es de 10 a 18h. Es un hotel que va a por el dinero del cliente. Pone que el check in es a las 16h, si llegas antes te piden que lo metas en unas taquillas y te comentan que puedes ir a la piscina. Lo metes en las taquillas por 2€ y si te dejas algo en la mochila o la maleta que hayas dejado en la taquilla, te quedas sin los 2€ porque se los traga, tienes que volver a poner. Las hamacas de la piscina tienen araña que bajan de los parasoles, tienen telarañas. Los horarios de la cena te rompen con cualquier cosa que estés haciendo durante el día, son de 19 a 21:30h. Por otro lado, la habitación, si no te quedas más de una semana no tienes limpieza ni toallas. Por último, la zona no tiene nada, es un descampado con una pequeña playa al lado, no hay zona para pasear ni nada.. tienes que coger el coche si quieres hacer algo.
- Abdoulie (3/5): Buena habitación, pero demasiados problemas para el precio pagado - La habitación. La estancia ha tenido bastantes puntos negativos que hacen que la relación calidad-precio no esté a la altura de lo esperado. Lo primero que nos sorprendió fue el aspecto exterior del hotel. La fachada y algunas zonas comunes dan una sensación de abandono y poca atención al detalle, además de que el hotel está actualmente en obras, algo que afecta bastante a la primera impresión. Contrasta mucho con las habitaciones, que sí son modernas, amplias y están bastante bien aprovechadas. Durante varios días vimos cucarachas, incluso el último día antes de irnos, algo que sinceramente nos pareció inaceptable para este tipo de alojamiento. También encontramos cubiertos sucios y algunos detalles de mantenimiento mejorables: el extractor del baño no funcionaba, la luz verde del detector de humo parpadea constantemente por la noche y molesta bastante para dormir, y en los pasillos hay muchas corrientes porque el final está abierto al exterior. La piscina estuvo sucia durante dos de los tres días de nuestra estancia. Aunque el socorrista indicó que era apta para bañarse, el aspecto no invitaba precisamente a entrar. Además, por la noche hay muy poca iluminación en algunas zonas exteriores, dando sensación de inseguridad. El desayuno tiene bastante variedad, pero la calidad nos pareció baja. Además, el restaurante está separado del edificio principal y hay que cruzar una zona exterior descubierta, por lo que si llueve acabas mojándote. También echamos en falta más actividades o entretenimiento para hacer la estancia más amena (ping pong, actividades, etc.). Como sugerencia, también faltaría algo tan básico como un colador para la pasta en la cocina. Otro punto negativo son los horarios: check-in muy tarde (16:00) y check-out demasiado temprano (10:00). Lo que peor nos dejó fue la reacción final del personal de recepción cuando nos preguntaron por la estancia y explicamos todos estos problemas.

- Toni (10/5): - Very nice place! The building is not new, but super clean and maintained. Nice pool and absolutely amazing breakfast, breakfast is like in top 5 stars hotels. Very large free parking just in front to the hotel. And a very, absolutely special stuff! Everyone! But the guy on reception who was working 13 and 14 of May 2026 on evening shift is just wow! Owners should give him a raise or offer him a stake in the business!👍👌 We definitely come back already next week.
