- Tsutomu (8/5): 期待はずれでした。 - 立地は良かった。 ・朝食時にスムージーが置いてないことに何の説明もない。聞いて初めて今作っていますとの返事ではおもてなしとは言えないのではないでしょうか。 ・エレベータホールから部屋へ行く角にホテルのフェイシャルタオルが落ちていて家族が危うく転倒しそうになった。そのことを後程電話で受付に伝えた際に男性からは謝辞もなく事務的な対応だったのには心底がっかりしました。

Highly knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and goes way out of their way to make sure our stay was awesome. Bed is super clean and comforter is fluffy warm. Loved that there's a HEPA air purifier in every room. BTW breakfast is very traditional Japanese and is fantastic - great value with lots of different items. Extremely happy with stay here. Can't knock them for it but personal preference for vinyl hard flooring instead of carpet. But the carpet is very clean.

- Daryl (8/5): - The hotel was located in central Kashiwa, close to a little bit of everything. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because they listed Laundry was available when I made reservations, but there wasn’t any available onsite when I asked the front desk. We were in Kashiwa for a soccer tournament, so I wanted to have laundry at the hotel to wash my son’s uniform at the end of the day for games the following day. I had to locate laundry and parking a little bit away from the hotel.

- Karen (9/5): I’d stay here again, for sure👍 - This hotel is a block away from Kashiwa station. The air conditioning can make the room go to about 67 degrees which is amazing when it is more than 95+degrees outside. Also the windows can open a little, so we could create a breeze inside the room for fresh air. There is an overhead shower in the bathtub, so we were able to take both bath and shower. It is very close to both a Lawson and 7-11, for food and a cash machine. Most of the staff speak English, so asking them to print romaji train maps was accomplished. The rooms are nice and quiet. Literally the only downside was there is no laundry machine on the premises. But, taking taxis to explore different laundry mats was fun!

Some Western food (even just bread and jam, or just one type of brioche) would be preferable. An in-room safe would also be handy.

This is what hospitality is about! The ‘lobby concert’ on New Year’s Eve was a touch of class in hospitality - unexpected and definitely a pleasant surprise! Keep it this way!

- Masayasu (10/5): - 元々柏に住んでおり、用事で宿泊 プロスポーツ選手らも宿泊で使用するホテルという事もあり、ほぼ全てにおいて快適。 唯一枕は自分には合いませんでしたが、必要なら持って来れば良い事なので。 帝国ホテルグループということもあり、サービスもチキンとしていたと感じました。 朝食は和食のみ、できれば洋風の朝食もあると嬉しいですが、とても美味しかったです。

We ended up in a smoking room which was not good. The centralised air-conditioning is not ideal for a stuffy and hot room making sleeping unbearable.
