- Jens (8/5): Ok, men lidt for dyrt til standard og beliggenhed - Fordele: Køligt og stille om natten, så man kan sove. Hyggelig gammel bygning Flot område og tæt på vandrestier Sød og service minded vært Ulemper: Det bør være mere tydeligt, at det er en lejlighed og ikke et hotel, samt at der er langt til by og sø. Svært at finde da der Ikke er et vejskilt. 20-25 minutters gang til søen og byen Ingen udsigt fra lejligheden Dårlig mobil dækning

У нас была квартира с двумя спальнями и кухней.Комнаты просторные,из окон вид на рядом стоящие дома ,место расположение дома очень красивый и тихий район. К сожалению в квартире пахло сыростью и было прохладно, к нашему приезду дом был не прогрет, после нашего обращения на третий день включили отопление. Рекомендуем хозяевам к приезду гостей обеспечить квартиру санитарными средствами (мыло,гель,шампунь и туалетная бумага).
- Valérie (8/5): Maison de caractère, logement charmant et calme. - Excellente surprise à notre arrivée : patio accueillant et fleuri, logement spacieux, sols de qualité et silencieux (pas de parquet qui craque !), équipements et salle de bain complets, terrasse sans vis à vis et quartier calme. Les logeuses ont fait des efforts pour communiquer en français et nous ont fourni un plan avec explications des lieux touristiques et du supermarché où nous approvisionner. Nous étions avec des enfants et elles nous ont offert un accès gratuit à la piscine de Menaggio. Situation proche du bord de lac (15 mn à pied, une jolie ballade dans les ruelles médiévales et piétonnes), parking gratuit à 200 m d'un côté (pas d'accès direct en auto mais c'est ce qui permet que les lieux soient si calmes) et aire de jeux pour enfants de l'autre côté (avec vue sur le lac). 1 restaurant et 1 trattoria à 5 mn à pied. Logement collé à la Villa Vigoni donc environs bien entretenues.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Méfiance - C'est simple, il n'y avait pas d'hôtel, ce country house lake como n'est que poudre aux yeux. Arrivés le soir fatigués après un long voyage avec femme et enfants de bas âges, je reçois un email de hôtel.com envoyé à 16h56 lu à 21h30 à Como m'indiquant que le prestataire n'était plus en mesure de nous accueillir sans possibilité d'avoir un interlocuteur encore moins une solution de relogement! Il a fallut lancer des coups de fils pendant au moins 2 heures dans l'incertitude la plus complète pour trouver une solution miracle. Le service après-vente de hôtel.com est à revoir, sa crédibilité en dépend.
- fred (2/5): What a shock - We arrived in the village and the barman of the main bar did not know the street of such a little village. not a good sign...after 45mn we found the place next to a 3 star hotel. and that's when we found out we could not access the room by car!! the road is too narrow and steep!!! what to do with so much luggage and 2 kids!!??
