- Mykola (10/5): - Отличное место. Приветливый персонал. Очень большой и просторный номер. С видом (14-ый этаж) на центральную часть города. Мы ночевали семьей из 4-ох человек (2 ребенка), хорошо разместились. С нас не взяли дополнительной платы за 4-го человека (бронировали проживание для 3-их). Да и вообще очень понравился город и живущие в нём люди.
- Waqas (8/5): Cosy room. Good location. Good value for money - Staff is hospitable. Mehmoud was quite accommodating. Room was quite spacious. Breakfast was also sumptuous. Good location close to the market and mosque. Washrrom needs to be upgraded with built in hair dryer and magnifying mirror. They dont keep complimentary coffee or tea in room. I had to request for it.

- Ahmed (8/5): جميلة ومريحة - الغرف واسعة ونظيفة والسرير مريح والموظفين متعاونين وخلوقين ويوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف وتوفير ماء الشرب بشكل يومي وفيه خدمات بالقرب من الفندق مثل بقالة وحلاق و و و دورات المياه تحتاج ترتيب في المرحاض وماسورة وماء الطهارة يوجد في الدور 18 قهوة وشيشة وسعر الشيشة 2.5 دينار اما سعر الشاي ب 3 دينار يعتبر غالي جدًا

- Alia (7/5): Enjoyed it, but could be better - The room is wide and spacious. The staff are friendly. Reception and restaurant areas were pleasant. Room service and quality of food was excellent. The bed was too low and had no support which caused back and neck pain. No kitchen area. Not enough cupboards or drawers. No vanity mirror. The sink's water in the bathroom pours far from the sink which causes water and flooding on the floor. Expensive in comparison to location area, facilities and comfort. The parking in the basement is very narrow and confusing, the entrance is the same as the exit.

The bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my visit. The location is convenient, close to the city center and with easy access to main roads and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests.

- Allahnoor (4/5): I wouldn’t use it if I had other option - Staff was helpful and kind when interacting.. Everything else about the property was below average. The room were overly large and inconvenient, extremely cold, unpleasant in the winter.

- Ghdayer (7/5): الكويت اهل الطيبة والاحترام. رحله وغاية. - بكل صراحه كلامن. الاستاذ. احمد . وايضاً محمود شخصيات طيبة ويلبون لك الطلب ويحاولون مساعدتك في كل شىء. والإدارة راقية بالأسلوب الطيب. الغرف واسعة وجميلة. مع الاحترام لهم وإدارة الفندق. شكرا لكم. بالصراحه وشفافية. التدفئة غير متوفره خاصة في اوقات الشتاء البارد. ليس متوفر في الغرفه الشاهي او القهوة. وايضاً علبة مياة واحده فقط. البريق متوفر بدون اضافات التي ذكرتها. التهوية ولو بسيطه غير متوفرة. دورات المياة أكرمكم الله لاتوجد فيها المعدات الفرشاة او الحلاقة. الموقع زحمه ولاتوجد مواقف كافية.

- Rahul (7/5): - Overall stay was very comfortable and rooms were massive. Friendly staff. Breakfast options have to be better. For a vegetarian, the options I had for both days was cheeze pizza, falafel balls, french fries / potato wedges and fruits. Not an ideal breakfast option.
